Attended train the trainer 2 day course. Fantastic training and great service!!

Avoid like the plague , hound you for payment re Courses that have been cancelled, then they have the cheek to offer you a 50% Credit on the cancelled course, Look at there reviews totally money driven with no Concern what so ever for there Trainers, how they are still allowed to trade god only knows. A lot better and more professional Training companies out there.

Had a group first aid course with this company, great day, amazing tutor and the whole team feels first aider ready!

The reason I rate 1 stars is because we're supposed to receive our certificates within 48 hours, it's been over 48 days and still no attempt to contact us about it.

I really enjoyed attending the Moving and Handling train the trainer course, learnt a lot and had fun too

A educational, informative and fun day. Our Tutor Andy Jones was terrific. Would highly recommend. Course covered so many different aspects of First Aid and all delegates thoroughly enjoyed the day

my self and 10 staff did a training course for moving and handling, thr trainer was brilliant, engaged with my staff really well, made the training fun and had everyone laugh he even managed to keep the night staff awake and laughing who jus did a 12 hour shift. he was friendly approachable and didnt bombard us with paperwork. its the first time in 16 years we have booked training and our staff have thouroughly enjoyed it. will defo be bookuing again. thankyou very much doughlas!

The course has been suspended and I have had no contact from anyone since...emails and phone numbers for course assessors, admin, accounts and matter of fact no one actually works. This is a fraudulent service. PLEASE AVOID

Worst company ever, NVQ health and social care courses are disorganised. Useless and unreliable assessors. Rude telephone staff with little or no knowledge as to what is even going on. DO NOT BOTHER!

Generally good Training in a Relaxed Atmosphere. I undertook Fire Marshal training and found it very useful. The trainer knew his subject well and engaged the group of participants to good effect. On the downside, joining instructions were sent out so late that I didn't receive them before the course. Added to that, signposting to the venue at Gatwick was virtually non-existent so I had a real problem finding the place !

We have used TutorCare numerous times now to deliver a Paediatric Fist Aid course for clients we are working with. The tutors have been brilliant ~ really engaging and informative and happy to answer any questions. We have found TutorCare to be reasonable priced, especially when booking more several courses at once. Would definitely recommend!

I would not use them. They do not pay the Course Trainers within the agreed time of 35 days according to their Contract. They have to be chased regularly and still try every excuse not to pay. They often take 60 days to pay, which is extremely unfair as they take course fees from participants upfront. Highly unprofessional run Company book a course with them at your peril

I love the fact they say that they have contacted me and there is no issue. Yet they do not know who the author is as they are asking me to contact them as they do no know who I am. So how have they managed to contact me if they do not know who I am. Yet more lies from Tutorcare Ltd They have not contacted me as I'm the wife of one of their trainers to whom they owe a substantial amount of money and yet despite attempts to contact them, we are getting no response as to when they will pay this substantial amount of overdue monies owed.

Long overdue but I thourally enjoyed my 3 day training course here. Currently about to look at booking another course via my current employer! Look forward to seeing you all again!!

We had in house First Aid at work training, one day course for all the staff team including the bosses!
Our instructor turned what could be a sensitive and quite emotional day in a 'tissue needing' experience. He added his own personal experiences with some one liner jokes, which kept us all amused, and crying! But still a place where we all learnt First Aid Skills. We would highly recommend him to anyone.
Hand books on the day would have been useful and still not received and would be good for referencing back to.

From start to finish Tutorcare provided a great service and hassle free, my account manager Claire was always willing to help and is a pleasure to talk to. My tutor Viv was lovely, very informative and easy to get along with which made the learning process so much easier. I will use Tutorcare again in the future.

This is the first time we have worked with TutorCare and I can honestly say that they are very professional and efficient company. My enquiry has been answered quickly and my requirements were accommodated with no hassle at all. First aid training was a success and I received a positive feedback from all delegates who attended it. I will definitely consider using TutorCare again.

We recently had Fire Marshall training at the hotel hosted by Alastair Robertson via TutorCare. Alastair took the time to tailor his course to suit our needs and made the training session a fun, enjoyable and insightful day for all staff involved. Hotel Eilean Iarmain will definitely be using TutorCare again in the future.

MD of a construction company and attended with 6 staff, was very impressed with the tutor who answered any questions thoroughly. All staff passed, i would highly recommend this course.

This was an excellent course. I particularly enjoyed the one day practical with Matt. He was very knowledgeable and obviously extremely experienced in this work. His explanations were clear and thorough - a fine teacher!

I don't even want to give this organisation any star as they are completely Bogus, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM, We called to take a quote on the phone and the next thing is they started chasing us about for money and send us a court claim letter when we did not take the course or book to attend the course. This sort of company should not be allowed to be operating in this manner. They also seems to know all the loopholes in the legal system to chase after you causing distress to small businesses trying to grow. Complete scam

TutorCare ran a First Aid course for me and my colleagues and it was done to a very high standard and was actually really enjoyable! Was amazed at what they included over the 6 hour day and would recommend to any business looking at any type of First Aid training. 10/10

It was the best decision to change the provider to TutorCare. We had Manual Handling in-house training yesterday and the feedback from staff was excellent. Two members of staff commented 'We never thought that manual handling can be fun!'. People stayed engaged throughout the session and the trainer answered all questions patiently. A BIG thank you to TutorCare for making my staff happy, confident and up to date with recent changes.

I booked Tutorcare to dispense First Aid courses in my Homebase store. The whole process has been smooth from start to finish. The admin staff are professional and courteous. Bookings for two sessions, which were done over the phone and email, were effortless.

The tutor was well presented, professional and friendly. He made the team feel comfortable from the moment he stepped into the room. He had a thorough knowledge of Health & Safety, which he dispensed passionately, efficiently and at times he infused his sessions with a little humour to keep things fresh and get the message across.

All in all, it was a very satisfying and pleasant experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tutorcare to any business for all their training needs.

Utterly frustrating..

I contacted TutorCare for our Fire Marshall Training requirments. They were able to offer on site training at a really cost effective price especially since I had a large number of staff that required training. The booking process was an easy and efficient process from the TutorCare team, without using pushy sales techniques. They also allowed me to change dates of the courses once booked (within the given time limits). The training was fantastic, the tutor made the course really interesting and interactive and we had no problem in requesting the same tutor for additional courses I booked. I will definatley look to using Tutorcare for futher fire marshal requirments as they offer a nationwide service and look to them for my first aid training provisions also.

Great training and head office support, various subjects were covered with various practitioners. Our entire team enjoyed the training and we will be booking with tutorcare again in the future. Thank you to all. eddb.

Really enjoyed the First Aid training from Tutor Care. The instructor made it not only informative but also lighthearted and enjoyable. I would most certainly use them again, five stars.

From booking the course and to receiving all the relevant information from Tutor Care, I have to admit they were very professional and very helpful from the beginning. Claire, accounts manager, kept in contact and addressed everything properly, followed by Nigel who conducted the course on the day.
Please say a big Thank You to Nigel for coming to us and conducting the course on Saturday. He was great, very helpful and conducted the course really well. He explained everything really well considering we had European staff there too, so he was very patient and did really well to get the message across to them. Definitely would recommend for people to book him :)

Tutorecare helped me quickly complete missing modules in my Level 5 qualification that I was required to get certified in a different country, they allowed me to complete it in a matter of weeks and my tutor Nicki was excellent in allowing me to complete it at the advanced pace- this has allowed me to resume my Level 7 and accept a job offer.

Tutor lied, on initial first aid course our management were told that our that all staff needed first aid training at which point we asked them to carry out the course. Upon investigation it wasn't required so we cancelled. No course was provided and they incurred no costs but insisted on FULL PAYMENT! Unbelievable!

Attended a health and safety course in July via tutor care and was excellent. Very thorough and explained all very well. Would highly recommend to companies after this type of training for staff

Interesting and enjoyable training course. The tutor was very knowledgeable answering questions. Definitely gave food for thought on improvements and policies to introduce to our workplace. Our training was held at the TutorCare office which was very welcoming. Second course I've done with them and would do more.

We've booked a couple of courses with these guys. Each time we have had great service. Tutors were knowledgable and their presentations interesting and well resourced. Our staff felt comfortable working with the tutors and the feedback from them was really positive.

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY!!!!! They are spamming me with courses that are available for me to train for them - however after the unprofessional and unorganised way that they attempted to arrange the last training, I flatly refused to have anything to do with them. My reputation as a trainer is far to valuable to me so there is no way that I want to be associated with this terrible bunch. They asked me to train for them but would not send me any specs, presentations or learning objectives for the training. I warned them IN PLENTY OF TIME that if I did not receive anything, that I would not deliver the training. I contacted them on a daily basis but with no luck so I told them that I would NOT be delivering the training under such circumstances. I told them 3 times altogether prior to the course date. However I then received a call after the weekend to ask why I had not turned up as a room full of customers had been waiting for me!!!! SHOCKING WAY OF DOING BUSINESS!!!!! I have asked them to DELETE all my records from their system, they tell me they have and yet then they spam me with more courses. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE - avoid at all cost!!! I am happy to send you the spammy emails and their response if you would like verification of the facts above. I am now on a crusade to warn as many people as I can, using social media so others do not get roped in with this such unprofessional bunch of..... well.......I better not swear here!!

***UPDATE*** I have just received yet more unsolicited spam from them, offering me courses. THEY REALLY ARE A BUNCH OF IDIOTS. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tutorcare were efficient and helpful and sent us a really great trainer. He was an experienced 'First Responder' and really gave us great training. He was also willing to tailor the coarse to our needs-we needed to cover paediatric first aid as well as adult.

couldn't have asked for anything more! looking forward to my next course that is currently being booked with my boss!!

seems like a lot of 1 star reviews for this company - all I can add is that they don't stop calling, emailing and harassing even though GDPR regulations state, that after unsubscribing, I should not be receiving marketing emails. Somehow this info does not get through.

Have used Tutorcare for a number of face to face sessions; first aid at work, health and safety, manual handling, working at height and defibrillator use feedback from the attendees is that the trainers are very engaging making the sessions enjoyable and informative. certificates emailed the following day. Very happy with the service so far.

I did Level 7 in management and the assessor completely understood and supported me when time management became an issue. this way of approach is very good for anyone who look forward to doing courses, while working. Have used Tutor Care both personally and for group training and have always enjoyed a pleasant 'journey' with them.
On each occasion I've been allocated a personal advisor who has placed myself and my team on the relevant course and been on hand for any last minute amendments.
There are a multitude of courses out there and it's essential that we allocate resources to the most relevant training and I thank Tutor Care for this guidance.
Will certainly continue to use and also to recommend.

This was a brilliant emergency first aid course! Very informative & I would highly recommend it to everyone in the construction industry.

Con Artists. Once they have your details they will never let go. Do not give them the time of day on the phone. Tried to take us to court for something we didnt even agree to. Staff are nasty and very experienced in taking your money. BE WARNED

Although trainer was very good, he was sub contracted. There doesn't appear to be any cross department communication and sorry to say the training experience was spoilt by the daily phone calls from TutorCare accounts department chasing payment, which was not late!

Attended a first aid course hosted at work. The trainer was really friendly and made the content very easy to understand. We all feel a lot more confident about putting our newly-learned skills into action if needed! Have recommended to a couple of people already.

TutorCare have been very flexible and accommodating to the business needs and Michael is particularly helpful and always comes back with a response to your queries promptly. i would definitely use TutorCare again for training purposes

The course was excellent and I have now put in practice what I have learnt, excellent customer service was received.

A thorough and very well taught course for emergency first aid. We covered lots of ground in a short space of time and it was delivered in a manner that is easy to remember.

I have completed several QCF qualifications with Tutor Care. I have found the experience supportive, positive and professional. As a manger I have to work with several training organisations, however I would give Tutor Care the highest rating of them all. The assessor was exceptional and competent. The organisation return calls and queries get answered. I would definitely recommend this organisation and in particular anyone wanting to embark on a level 5 or 7. My only regret is that I didn't find them earlier.

They provided a really good quote for the some defibrillator training together with a purchase of the defibrillator and provided excellent training. We recently had TutorCare deliver a First Aid course at our premises. We were pleased TutorCare came to us, helping to ensure we covered all our team in one easy place. The tutor held the attention of everyone throughout the whole workshop, it was interactive and informative. The booking was easy. The whole process from start to finish was great. We would definitely use them again.

Terrible customer service, money taken out of my account and not refunded, no one got back to me, reception said they had no clue if the offices were open as it's the Christmas period, very unhelpful! Still no refund 2 weeks later, no call back, nothing??

This company and its directors think it is fine to bully small traders into reducing their invoices and manipulating the court system to hold off payment, thankfully the first of many CCJs have been logged against them. Judging by the reviews and infantile behavior shown here, it s best to steer clear.

Appalling customer service. Trainer did not turn up to a training course and Tutorcare are not prepared to refund our full costs or even enter into a conversation about it. Company is just a money making machine in my opinion.
