Staff Lian at service desk is friendly and welcoming. We booked loft room. My daughter liked the room.
During foam party my daughter slipped and fell and got hurt. The staff Need more attention on the kids during foam party since the entry is restricted. Staff was busy selling the tix for foam party entrance rather keeping an eye on the kids. They didnt even have waterptoof plaster only cloth type.

It is not just a hotel, it's a tradition of rock n roll, with the hard rock Cafe, it's music, souvenirs n memorabilia. The location of this hotel is also perfect, just across the famous Kuta Beach, and within a walking distance is the Beachwalk shopping center, matahari department store, a lot of Cafe and bar nearby, highly recommended

Great hotel. Centrally located within the action in Kuta, across the road from the beach and minutes from bars and restaurants. Huge pool, perfect for kids. They have lots of activities to keep you entertained.

We had a great stay there in june 2018. It was just incredible to have been guests there: everybody is overwhelming friendly and wants to help every second. We had to change the room because of the loud sounds from ourside and strange noises out of the bathroom ... was no problem, the final room was more than comfortable. Special thanks to the Spa-Ladys who treated my wedding-wife twice and to the guys from the pool restaurant. Food there was much better than in Jamies and the service was just that what a expected but never experienced in Germany. Just one thing I would recommend: why isn t possible to receive some special towls (like from the pool) for the beach? That would be great next time.

The hotel location is great .. boom.. just opposite the Kuta beach. The pools and bar are simply great.. kids enjoy the activities at pool... However, please ensure what they charge at time of room booking and what is complimentary..!! Sadly, They a hefty amount for the kids club activities... brand name like this shouldn t be doing business at cost of kids entertainment.!!! The rooms are deceptively shown on website while the real picture may vary.. too cramped and small rooms and, if booked for a family s stay, they convert the double room meant for two pax with one double bed into two double beds , making it look like a Dormitory for 4 pax with no space to keep luggage and even walk around ..!! and no place to sit... so you sleep, sit, eat .. everything on bed.!!! Staff are not bothered once you have paid the room rent..!! Definitely better options are available in the neighbourhood!! However, the hotel architecture is very unique and has awesome collection of guitars from world famous rockers / guitarist/ singers..!!!

Friendly staff and great hotel in a central location. I enjoyed my stay there for 8 nights and it's a great hotel for kids. The kids pool is great! However kids below 4 are not allowed in the kids club which is a shame
The room was small and the design was not the best compared to the Pullman or Padma. However I enjoyed the stay with the good food, lovely staff, super entertainment and great pool. Would recommend the hotel especially with kids but does need improvement in room design.

We stay for 4 awesome nights in deluxe room, with direct access to the sandy park. The pools as awesome as what people told us, my kids keep staying there even after playing and surfing in Kuta Beach.... And what impress me the most is breakfast time... 5 stars...
We did not stay here. BUT during low season they offered a day pass to the pool. It was 300k Indonesia for the full day. BUT they have you a voucher for food and beverages at the pool restaurant if the same amount. The vouchers covered or lunch and desert...so basically got to use the pool for free. Great deal and pool for a day we wanted a break from the beach. The staff was super friendly and even though we had a band saying we were just day passers...they still treated us with the same respect they did hotel guests.
Excellent hotel with great facilities and food. The chef cooked us some Indian food which you couldn't get off the Buffett loved the way they went the extra mile. As we were on Honeymoon they gave us free cocktails too highly recommend this hotel in Bali by far the best hotel in Kutha.

The hotel is really good and right in front of beach. Spare one day just to relax at the hotel as there are many ways you can just spend ur time. Take a dip in one of the two swimming pools or u can visit hard Rock Cafe. You can buy rocking stuffs from the shop or you can get a professional to take a family pic. Service is super cool and so is the food.
Always been my favorite place whenever i visited Bali! It's strategically located at the heart of Kuta! It also have the famous Jamie's Italian and you can enjoy 20% off just present your room key! This hotel also have 2 swimming pool, but the main attraction will be their main swimming pool! I always enjoying my stay here at Hard Rock Bali!
Vacationing to Hard Rock Bali is certainly very exciting, a strategic place that is directly in front of or across from the beach of Kuta. The parking provided is also very spacious. There is a bar that meets international bar standards. And the most famous is the Hard Rock swimming pool which provides facilities such as eating in the middle of the pool and many more.

Nyesel nginep here ... very small room, so the standard differs from 5 star hotels in general ... the way to the room is far from given at the end of 4 rooms, the type of deluxe premier price is 2 million permlm. It was already checked, I asked Dr. 9am, the ... the message was full ... it was given at the end ... the visit was also to the village home ... regretted it. I want to be in June 2017. 2 more ml ... arghhhhhh

I left an envelope of IDR equivalent of 1000 USD in the room at Hard Rock Hotel. We checked out from the hotel and went to Ubud without noticing it. The hotel sent an email to me as soon as they had noticed it and then I realized my money was left there. After 2 nights stay at Ubud we went there again and they gave me the envelope I left. Thank you so much guys. You are the best!
We stayed there for 3 nights and our stay was awesome. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was perfect. It was our second time staying there and we will come back again for sure.
