worst company and insurance team,

Mr. Naresh from customer support who never support customer,
there team never read the documents properly,
Several times i sent my document but they always asked me that the documents are incomplete and when i call them and then educate them that please check the document (with mentioned name on document)
then they says sorry we will forward it to our concern team don't know what type of services they are providing,
they only wants to repudiate my insurance claim. i have sent complete documents. CEO Niyati shah is not serious about her work. that is why she never check the customer satisfaction level, too bad experience

BEWARE Cheaters and fake people earning by cheating people. Do not go to this company they are partner of vodafone mobile insurance. They will take your phone for repair and never give you back. NEVER

They are cheating Nokia as they did not provide me any claim after taking all the documents

Do not trust this insurance scheme v bad exp. v unprofessional staff no manner to talk, they don,t even know to write a simple email. Its almost 2 months seen's claim registered & after 2 months they have couriered my phone to registered address without a prior notice, they purposely take time to process the claim so that client self withdraw the claim request. It takes almost one hour to talk to their customer care representative. good review are posted by the staff do not trust.

Worst service i can say, they dont have any proper communication channel , you have to take leave to contact them as their call center is too busy and they dont call back

Fraud company. They will never give u money. I have for waited for more then 5 months but no response.

Funny thing is whenever I called customer care number It take more then half n hour then their stupid executive picked up the phone n when he dont have ans for when my amount will transfer they disconnect the phone. So better never trust this guys. just fake.

Submitted a claim for Vodafone Red Shield for my mobile phone insurance. No response from their team. It's already been a week now. Their customer care number has options which never work neither do they reply to emails after the claim has been submitted.

no one should join this company even not if this is the last company in the whole world.

This company is not clearing FNF to any of their ex-employees, waiting from last 8 months no reply to mails, call and if you visit and meet them in-person HR replies will call you once the arrangement is done

There should be an options to degrade its rating. Waiting for my FNF from last 2.5 years after even completed all the formalities with proper KT. HR/CEO not coming on emails.
Most of reviews are fake who all are saying good company.

They don't deserv any rating.. very poor and third class system.

worst company ever i seen in my life guys honestly speaking i was working there and our TL bhushan shelke was literally telling us to lie to the customers on call do not buy the insurance service vodafone red shield is in big trouble plss break the contract or else you will loose your market image.... and specially the Mr. Imran khan the boss of insurance department the master of lies and just know to eat money of customer as well as employees. he dont know to speak in proper manner to their employess ... both bhushan undergraduate 11th fail TL and his boss imran is hell

Cheater Company, Pathetic service.
Customer care cut your call and if picks by mistake, they tell lie on your face. You will never get your claims. Their favorite statement We have sent your document to the insurer, we are facing some difficulties from insurer to release your fund. Your fund will release in next 10 working days .
I don't know why Vodafone has tie up with this company for Mobile Shield insurance product or may be Vodafone also wants to cheat with their customers.

Worst ever experience in my life. Do not take mobile insurance from Vodafone postpaid. Couriered my mobile a month back and paid amount but still not acknowledged from their side.
