Mr. Naresh from customer support who never support customer,
there team never read the documents properly,
Several times i sent my document but they always asked me that the documents are incomplete and when i call them and then educate them that please check the document (with mentioned name on document)
then they says sorry we will forward it to our concern team don't know what type of services they are providing,
they only wants to repudiate my insurance claim. i have sent complete documents. CEO Niyati shah is not serious about her work. that is why she never check the customer satisfaction level, too bad experience

Do not trust this insurance scheme v bad exp. v unprofessional staff no manner to talk, they don,t even know to write a simple email. Its almost 2 months seen's claim registered & after 2 months they have couriered my phone to registered address without a prior notice, they purposely take time to process the claim so that client self withdraw the claim request. It takes almost one hour to talk to their customer care representative. good review are posted by the staff do not trust.
