A really well organised day with a great instructor for the First Aid. It was a comfortable environment with a mixed group of people and I feel I learnt a lot of really useful information :)
Not a good organisation to work for gets clients to pay upfront but pays there tutors late constantly.
Would recomend using someone different or research on some of the face book pages (first aid) for opinions from other tutors who have had problems with them.
If there are any good reviews on here it is down to the quality of the trainer, not the professionalism of the company. They treat their trainers badly, and have offered them 50% of their outstanding invoices. Please don't use this company as you will be exascerbating this situation. At the moment there are dozens of trainers taking this company to court.
AVOID. have used Tutorcare once.have been harrased nonstop by sales teams.The tutor that delivered course was poor,and stated continuously how bad a company Tutor Care are.They are not paying their staff,and do not care that they are owed thousands of pounds.

I have been a freelance trainer with Tutorcare since last July, invoice always paid late, no communication, I have invoices outstanding since February 2020 unpaid and no communication only offering 50% from furloughed money they have obtained.
Had to cancel training due to staff ill with COVID and all staff need testing but still had to pay 100% with no refund or re-booking at a later date with 5 days notice - will need a lot of convincing to use this company again - when the subcontractor phoned us to ask what time and place!!
Booked First Aid at Work for 10 people on a Saturday, they were keen to get our business but chased for payment the same day. Paid the fee and the trainer did not turn up, no-one contacted us despite having our contact number. Spent a long time trying to find out what went wrong on the following Monday. They didn't seem to care and refused any compensation for petrol and staff wages. Rubbish customer service. Won't use Tutorcare again.
Absolutely fabulous training from TutorCare, very professional and delivered with real expertise and a bit of humour too! Thoroughly recommend them to provide training in your workplace setting - well done!
Listen i am a small business - read these reviews VERY CLOSELY and take carefull note - DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY they are pure evil they should be not allowed to do what they do - they will sweet talk you and have you. If you looking for first aid training/health and safety rather go online and do it in your own time.

The course was interactive, funny and fun and the guys gave fed back that they learnt so much more from this teaching style alongside many practical sessions which is great to hear as first aid can be a dry subject sometimes

I completed "train the trainer" I have done this course many times but for the first time with yourselves and gained so much more knowledge and better practise that I can share with clients and staff

My company used TutorCare for a Fire Marshal course. The course was very good and interesting. We enjoyed the course and found it very informative.
I am another trainer that has been treated really badly by this company. Whilst working for them I was often sent to jobs with too many people, rooms not appropriate for training or to jobs that the customers didn't even know about me coming! I was even asked to create my own paperwork and programme for a course they had taken payment for as they didn't normally run it.
When lockdown happened they cut ties with their trainers and refused to engage with them. Leaving them unpaid for jobs that had been invoiced for. Then we were offered 50% as full and final settlement.
They have a poor ethos of how they treat their customers and trainers and are entirely focused on the money.
The good reviews here are for the trainers the customers had. I always gave 100% for the people I trained and there is even a 5* review here mentioning my name. It is a shame that they never reciprocated this towards us.
Read the reviews before you book with this company, there are far better options out there.

We have used TutorCare for First Aid training and Fire Marshall training and on both occasions the process was very smooth and professional. The training delivery was engaging, practical and enjoyable and we will certainly consider TutorCare again in the future if any further training needs arise. Anna-Maria
Be aware. I asked for Emergency First Aid at Work professional course valid for 3 years . They booked emergency first aid for baby and child - not professional. I cancelled this course. They want full money for cancellation. Now waiting for court decision. They still sending invoice. This is not my mistake and I'm not gonna pay for that. This response under is not true. They try steal money from us. They are unprofessional and I was tricked by them. They clearly text for the court I booked from them first aid training at work but they offered me first aid for baby and child. I confirmed because they said it is professional training and I trusted them. Nobody explain terms and conditions over phone. Unfortunately I was tricked and never said about payment month later. If the payment could be made seven days from booking date and I didn't paid after 7 days and was 2 months until the training date they could charge me 25% with terms and conditions. Unfortunately they was waiting until less then 2 weeks to be charge me 100% for nothing and steal our money. Good luck liars!
Organised a Fire Marshall training for the company I work for. Fantastic service, very reliable, energetic, passionate, knowledgeable trainer - Sam, you were great! Thank you. All the participants were engaged in theory and practice - a lot of useful and interesting information. Super happy - highly recommended.
The training we received was brilliant. The trainer and course content were great and the certificates arrived really quickly. We will definitely be booking again in future.
Phil our trainer was great. We have never held a course here in which all the staff have been so interested and kept entertained and on focus all day. Everyone dreads a boring course, this was very much the opposite. We have all come away from the training with a much greater knowledge (even the people that have complete this course multiple times before).
The booking process was really easy and Michael at TutorCare kept a constant point of contact with us. Mike & Phil are a credit to the company and we look forward to booking our next course.

I have used Tutor Care several times for different types of Health & Social Care E-Learning courses, the information contained in their courses is useful and relevant and their customer service is great. Their E-Learning gateway is also simple to use and they hold all information in memory should you require back up copies of your certificates. Their prices are also reasonable. I Will definitely be using Tutor Care for the foreseeable future.

I thought the trainer, Mick, was excellent. The material was great, the pace was appropriate and he was very engaging and able to target the information to apply to our own training needs at work. I couldn't fault it. The facilities were great, lunch provided of good quality, easy to park. I would suggest however that the instructions for entry are clearer, with photos included of the specific barriers to enter car park through.

ABSOLUTE BULLY'S! beware of this company the sales team are pushy and nasty individuals who will pressurize you into paying with threats of taking you to court. Do not trust as according to them asking for a quote is a transaction and they will trick you and threaten you daily.
We (Hayes Staff Recruitment) used Tutor Care for our Epilepsy Training and found it absolutely fantastic.
They provide an advanced course including emergency medication and had 12 people in the session.
It was very cost effective and thorough and the trainer was absolutely fantastic, very professional trainer who all of our staff took a shine too and has requested back.
I would highly recommend Tutor Care again.
I phoned this company asking for a quotation as I was shopping around for an online training for my staff and the next thing I am hearing from them is forcing me to pay a bill crazy company do not bother with them. There is a lot of very cheap and more detailed companies. Ask for a written contract not over the phone
On behalf of Livability, we've used Tutorcare as one of our preferred training suppliers for well over 5 years (possibly longer, I joined in 2011) and have always been very happy with the level of service and competitive pricing. Any issues have been resolved quickly and they will always tailor courses around our policies & procedures.

Take your money and do not deliver on any means of support. They made it an incredibly terrible experience. Assessors are over run with students and can not maintain contact and do not encourage. I have decided to rather loose the course More
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. These are the worst people I have ever dealt with. Their customers service is atrocious their reps are rude and unhelpful. They tell lies about bookings and charge you when told no charge would be made. Ripped off a charity twice to my knowledge. Their tutors are just as bad spoke to adults as if in kindergarten every person who attended the course complained no apology from company. There are some fantastic training companies out there for your own sake look elsewhere stay well away from these idiots.

Excellent from start to finish. My Assessor was brilliant, and the support I received throughout my course was excellent. I would recommend using them for Level 5 QCF. Would definitely use TutorCare again in the future.
RGLL recently had TutorCare for basic first aid training 1 day and 3 day appointed person first aid training. We had 4 trainers in total and the feed back from staff has been very positive. All the trainers made the first aid very interesting and enjoyable. The trainers were very professional and accommodating and knowledgeable in all areas of the training. Thank you very much and we will consider using you as a training provider in the future.
Quite satisfied with the trainings I have undertaken for TT medication and M&H. Of course you would have to devise your own training. It would be helpful to have more handouts and templates enabling us to make a our own lessons base leraring outcomes. Overall I would recommend. Thank you

Not impressed with customer service i was told 195 (plus vat apparentally but didnt hear that) . First time i rang back i was yelled at simply because i didnt know what in house meant and got angry coz i had to check which place the course was meant to be at. Then come today i just said that i would have rathered the full price be informed and then he snapped saying i was informed. And 14 days for a refund??? What a joke.
I did the Fire Marshalling course today in Gatwick. It was run by Rob who was thorough and direct, but with a friendly approach. Always willing to accept questions and was very informative. We have used this company for First Aid training several times. Training does depend on the individual trainers. Feedback from the people being trained last time was very positive: "The instructor was brilliant and we actually enjoyed the training. More importantly we learnt a huge amount."
