Went through here today and as a hard core board game lover, I needed something fresh and new. Welp, the worker Lewis really helped me out, was super friendly and managed to find me an amazing game I hadnt played before. It was a big hit with my friends group and I couldnt be more thankful for such a helpful worker!

Horrible service. Inflexible, rude and arrogant. They make bold unfounded claims. Variety lacking. No quality checks. Their website is cheaper than the store. Will never come back.

Selection of games good. Owner (or employee) wasn't very polite when I asked him a question about price matching. For the same price I would rather support my local game shop.

Has a vast amount of board games but seems to be a bit pricy

My kids love the range here 2-9. Had to return something that wasn't working and they couldn't have done more to make sure my son was happy

The shop owner was friendly. The shop had a good variety of games ranging from puzzles all the way to card games. I found what i wanted which are Hanabi and Love Letters. Although, it just took a bit longer to checkout because there was only one shop owner to serve customers.

Terrible customer service, the reason I won't buy anything from here is purely the customer service. The manager is miserable and is in the wrong job. The website says the staff are friendly, that's a pure lie. Walk downstairs to Target or even buy it cheaper online. I'll never give any business to this place again.

Bad customer service, this shop really don t care about their clients, I would never buy anything from these guys ever again.. cheaper games and better customer service elsewhere.. happy but usessles employee..

They have a no refund policy. ludicrous for this day and age.

Good place to buy a last minute birthday present. Staff was not very helpful (chatting, having no clue about the games).

Good selection but sorely lacking in customer service. I patiently waited while she entertained another patron but she never asked if I needed any help, even though she did so with another customer who came in after me. She was pretty helpful to them but for some reason chose which customer to help out, and when done talking to others would just go back behind the till.

Favorite go-to store for fun gifts. Really helpful staff who really know their stuff.

Staff are nice - they should stock Warhammer or DnD figures for painting! The manager (owner?) Is really lovely and seems genuinely interested in having a quick convo during check out

Amazing range of board and card games. Staff have an insane knowledge of games in store, including the many variants of popular games such as Catan and Pandemic. Have loved every recommendation and bought gifts for family here. Not a huge range of dice for D&D etc sadly.

Games Chain have given us excellent recommendations for children aged 3, 6, 8 and 11 to play as a family. They have steered us away from games that would not hold their attention. Family favourites Games Chain have recommended to hold their attention for the above age range include: Slamwich, Moose in the House, Dinosaur Tooth, IQ Twist, Spot It and Loot. We rely on Games Chain to get us through long trips, media outages, homework free nights and wet weather. Will keep going back.

Excellent selection of games to purchase, with standard prices and friendly staff

I keep going back for games both for myself and the kids. I mostly know what I want but for the times I needed to pick out a gift the staff were very useful.

Do not shop here, way too expensive. Bought a board game, found in in EG Games 3 minutes later for $15 cheaper. Tried to return it, and would only offer store credit. Never shopping here again.

Have a wide variety of games, but they're all really expensive! And the games are oddly placed around the shop with no signage, so its pretty hard to find what you want.

Very rude service and I left feeling like I had been swindled. For starters the older gentleman that served me began speaking to me in a very offhandish tone, after he so begrudgingly presented to me the item I was after I then asked if it came in an all black option to which he said yes but couldn't seem to find any. I said fine I will take this one and then after my purchase had been rung up on the till and I paid he informed there was a 0 refund or exchange policy, at this point I felt very uncomfortable as I wasn't 100% with my purchase granted that's my error I shouldn't have engaged without being certain. However to inform me after my purchase that I am unable to change or return it is poor service. I left and shortly after (4 minutes to be precise I checked the time on the receipt when I bought it and then time I left the store a second time) I noticed the item I purchased was dirty, and had finger prints on it considering it was a gift I went back asked for a refund was denied then asked for an exchange denied. The sales associate who's rude manner maintained its consistency told me I said you can't change it to which I said after I paid he had to phone head office who I was hoping to speak to and didn't get the opportunity to. He then said I could change it if I would like to and presented to me the black item I was intially looking for and at this point I'm shocked the item in question by the way was only a mere $10 so I said no thank I will throw this one away seeing as you are unable to help me. Very very shocked and appalled at the lack of decent service.

Store is overpriced, has terrible customer service, and no return policy. Would not shop here again and advise others to do the same.
