I booked Tutorcare for an on-site first aid course at our sports club. Found the process easy and they were very flexible which was good as we had some awkward requirements and our facilities weren't exactly a purpose built training room.
Had good feedback from the attendees about the course content and the trainer; have used before and would do again.
One of the worst companies we have ever dealt with. Attempted to invoice us for a service they have never provided. Extremely unprofessional and desperate to take your money. Rogue company - would not recommend!
Tutor has provided Ourtlc Limited with outstanding training sessions that allow the staff to work within their organisation having a better understanding and enabling them to be more knowledgeable of their job role.
The tutors who delivered the training sessions are remarkably knowledgeable and kept the students involved and motivated.
Was happy to begin with, course was going fine, then a couple of weeks ago due to no fault of us, the company I work for is closing down, got another job doing EXACTLY THE SAME THING, then I get an email to say I cannot complete as I am not in a senior level 4 role. Been told I cannot get a refund... Currently being dealt with by head office and will update as soon as I find out more, they say they will get back to me by Friday and if I hear nothing I have to call them! Absolute disgrace! Would not recommend at all. Assessor is fine, but turorcare itself I m absolutely appalled by.

They finally resolved this, it took long enough but I am now able to continue my course, stress that I did not need with everything going on but going forward I am pleased with the outcome.
Yesterday myself and Helen attended an Emergency First Aid at Work course in Woking.
Our Instructor was Mr Paul Markham. I have to say how blown away we were with how Fantastic Paul was !! he was very informative, encouraging and he explained everything so well. we really enjoyed the course and we will definatley be recommending Tutorcare to our friends and colleagues in the future. Thank you so much, we now feel we could confidently carry out CPR & use a defibrillator if the time ever arose. i am so pleased we booked with you and we will be re booking again.

I recently completed a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care. I must say I recommend Tutorcare for the excellent support and expertise from my personal tutor. The course was in work training but being the first time to study on-line. It was extremely helpful that the tutor tailored it around my working schedule.

Rude tutors, unprofessional customer service, people don t communicate between them and they thrown me out from my course by saying I have breach contract. I never signed any contract which stayed I must login or etc. They took full money from me and now hidding. All they do is response by email as I feel they are too scared to speak up on the phone calls.

The course was informative and comprehensive going into good detail. The instructor was very knowledgeable and made the day enjoyable and humorous. Would definitely use them again in the future however the building itself was hard to find as limited signage.
Be very careful with this company, we have the feeling that it is a con running under the cover of a training company. We get a court letter when we didn't proceed with our inquiry. We were told it was confirmed booking and it was subject to 100% cancellation fee.
They keep calling and harassing through the phone. They seem to be very familiar with all the legal tricks to scare people.

This is the most unreliable and untrustworthy training provider that i have ever come accross in my entire life.
We (RGVA LTD) used TutorCare for our First Aid at Work course recently for the first time and we was very happy with their service.
The trainer was very efficient, yet was able to make the course enjoyable. We received our certificates within days!

Our organisation arranged a course on loss and bereavement recently. It was carried out by a very professional trainer who understood our requirements very well indeed. We are a small charity and it was a small group of people in attendance, but this made the session even better for us, as we had the chance to ask everything we needed to know. Highly recommended.

I have used TutorCare on numerous occasions and wouldn't look else where for courses. Clair Geal my account manager is fantastic and I have always been made to feel welcome when I have visited.
Very poor service, even after we cancelled took us to court. Check your contract, our Solicitor stated very unfair contract and little we could do but pay up. Stay clear, not the kind of company you would want a business relationship with.

Have just completed the Emergency First Aid at Work course with Tutorcare, having been nominated along with a colleague to be First Aiders in the office.
What could have been a very dry and dull day was made informative and interesting by Mike who led the course. We were a class group of about 10 which meant there was plenty of time for everyone to try out what they were being shown during the day.
Lunch of sandwiches, fruit and crisps etc was provided and there were hot and cold drinks available throughout the day.
We ordered a virtual course but found a better face-to-face alternative, and tried to cancel it the very same day. They told us we are liable to pay a 75% cancellation fee as per their terms and conditions. Be very careful while dealing with this company.

Avoid - Paid for a service and this did not get delivered. Been trying to receive a refund since March 2020 the last 7 months they have given nothing but excuses, they then tell us it is being processed and yet this never happens.
This company is only interested in your money, and not in providing any service. They persuade you to sign their deceitful contract after which they threaten to take you to court if you merely request a change of event date. Furthermore, the instructors they send have absolutely no qualifications, and certainly do not have a 'wealth of knowledge' as they dishonestly claim.

*BEWARE* scam artists. Training was rubbish and un-engaging. Credits against original invoices were promised and never provided, they disputed we had correspondence with them despite email trails. Forced to pay invoice due to threats and intimating our staff then late payment charges added ! Avoid there are far more reputable providers out there
This was our second time using Tutorcare and the standard was no less for our First Aid Training. The course leader was enthusiastic and passionate about the material he was teaching and very experienced. He paced the teaching so that we were all fully engaged at all times and included usual training outside of what was needed to achieve the accreditation. He was also well grounded in regard to the expectations of persons who have been trained for one day and encouraged us at least to have a go!
I really enjoyed my experience with Tutor Care limited. I learnt a lot from this course and would know what to do in certain situations.

This was our first time using TutorCare for our first aid training. Some of us were refreshing and others were doing the training for first time. We were mixed ages and genders and our tutor made a long day go very quickly and a serious subject good humoured and enjoyable. I have since used my first aid several times for a few cuts on the family and remembered all the key elements Paul taught me and have already topped up my first aid box with item used, as he had instructed, which is one of the things I wasn't doing regularly enough.
I feel more confident following his training, more than I have done with any other training I have had in the past he explained everything so clearly and in plain language a valuable day well spent. Thank you

Until some muggins tells me that the first aid instructor is sick!! not only did they not care but they even told us with a slight eyebrow raise and a hidden smile. could not believe it. very pathetic! can't believe people still go to this company!! want to push us back till the end of September even though we had this course pre-booked months ago! waist of my time & waste of everybody else's time that decides to go here!!!

This organisation is very unhelpful. You cannot speak to anyone who would understand a problem of a student. They will call you almost every day few times a day until you get registered and commit your self for payment. Once payment is schedules if any problems occurs to them, they are unwilling to assist you. Then they will threaten you. Please be considerate when opting into payment as there will be lots of hidden gimmick. I would never recommend this site to anyone who is willing to take any courses under them.
Training provider that doesn t pay its trainers. Not paid trainers for work completed in February and March. Shut off all communication with the only notice of closure being a blanket email saying they will pay tutors in June. No other contact until May 1 st when asked to call and given the option of taken 50% of what is owed as a final offer or nothing. Shameful service. Use them at your own peril.

Found them on the internet and they found a trainer for our location. It was quick and easy to arrange and extremely organised. The course was fantastic and well equipped and a great benefit to all staff.
We were training all of our staff in emergency first aid. We chose Tutorcare based on cost as much as anything but were pleasantly surprised at the excellent training skills, presentation of material and approach of the tutors. We were able to carry out practice scenarios without feeling uncomfortable and asked lots of questions all of which were answered fully; even giving examples of scenarios to demonstrate important points. I would recommend this business to all levels of client.

The delivery of the In House first aid training was excellent my girls looked forward to the next Saturday that they had training. BUT the admin/finance is not good and lacking in manners, competence and treating the customer as though they are illiterate. The sales team are good. I have had Tutor Care to do my First Aid training for many years but this is the last time as I shall be looking for another company to do this for me at my Nursery.

I have lots of First Aid companies, however this company is the most unprofessionally i have ever had to deal with. They have just let us down for a course booked a month ago and said these things happen! They hounded us for payment i was getting at least a call every day when i was told to just pay a week before the course was due.
15 staff turned up today especially for the course (all being paid) and we are told casually that the trainer is sick and they can offer me a new course at the end of Sept..... ! Outrageous, how this company is still in business i will never know. Use at your own peril.
