I feel so happy here because the waitress so friendly, the pool is so big and many. The room is so comfortable and there are two bed in one room.

Room was dirty still had cup stains on bedside/walls and the pillows had stains and bad smell. Really disappointed, food/drink expensive, we thought we had booked breakfast but found out we didn t and we re told we had to pay a ridiculous amount. Then our room was terrible it really put us in a bad mood for our last bit of our holiday. We talked to the staff several times regarding our issues.... the next morning we were offered a new room but at this stage we just wanted to leave...we were told no refund would be given for the remainder of our stay..... after talking to our booking company later that day we finally got a refund. The only one good thing I have to say is the boy that escorted us to our room was lovely.

Everything is great, there is no place like to complain about.
Even early to the hotel, the staff let me stay up directly.
Especially like all kinds of swimming pools, each is very beautiful! There Kubu Beach, where the whole sea is considered a swimming pool, too Wei.

Breakfast buffets like Limba over Ayana

It is a hotel where personal and property security is not guaranteed. Woke up in the room at night and lost the camera and all the jewelry, worth 40,000 yuan, the hotel does not allow us to check the monitoring, do not understand why so much praise...

The view from the lobby is nice. The room is fashionable.

It was the cheapest room but satisfied enough except for the narrow one. The Indian Ocean, viewed from the lift down to Kubu Beach, is beautiful enough to cause the Stendhal syndrome. The sunset from the cliff is the best in the world. The pool is very nice and service is not overly warm. I was surprised to see that every piece of decoration on the wall of the lobby was wiped with a rag. I'm worried about the Chinese, but I plan to visit again next year.

The modern version of Ayana Resort. The hotel lobby is breathtaking. There are 2 pools with some seats with beautiful view. There are also some art around the hotel. The king size bed is huge, approximately 2,4m wide. Restaurant for breakfast is fully airconditioned.

My room was leaking water. Not the kind of hotel I expected for the price. Other than that, breakfast is nice and a lot of beautiful scenery.

It is a well-equipped hotel of scale and modern facilities. There is no shortage of comparison with a more expensive hotel. If you do not stick to the sea view, there is no regret.

They have large beds but the you'll need to sacrifice a nightstand which I didn't particular like. The pools are especially the private beach are amazing.

It is my favorite hotel. I frequently stay in this hotel. At this occasion, my room was upgraded and I was allocated to the new building, completed about 11 months ago. I am so grateful and the room is new and design is excellent, but regrettably both the shower water pressure and hot water temperature are abit weak and not hot enough, respectively. I also I noticed that the food prices in the hotel has increased significantly and over priced.

Private beach, a rock bar at the edge of ocean, infinity swimming pool, forest all around. You can easily spend 3 days only in the resort. A wonderful romantic getaway..

Here is where I can just rest without thinking

The Ayana domain is made-up of 3 main hotels, the Rimba, the Ayana villas and the Ayana. You get access to all amenities from the different hotels. The resort is HUGE, a shuttle bus drives you around the resort every 10min, a complementary shuttle is also available to Nusa Dua. Due to its size this is a busy place with lots of restaurants pools and many things to keep you busy. For me personally the resort is to big and busy. That said, Rimba and Ayana wel deserve the 5* rating! Very friendly and beautiful place! Also make sure to visit the rock bar and beach pool!!

Nice hotel, worth the price. High class , definitely good relaxing vibes with a touch of nature and Bali cultural atmosphere, blended with luxurious 5 star hotel facility and service. They will provide a map of the resort, and not like other places, its actually usefull not to get lost in paradise

Roof top bar need more ambience but still worth going. Little over priced and cocktails need attention.

Cool banged, cozzyyyyyyy. There are 2 types of designs, which are more modern and which still have the feel of Bali. Divided into east and west. (East is more modern). Can be accessed by shuttle, to ayana. The facility is very spacious, perfect for sharing because everything is here. Worthed for price. Very friendly service. Food, no question, banged.viewnya incredible tasty, there are forest and ocean, can be selected. There are 2 sizes of rooms, standard and suites.

What a hotel ! .... all the staff is always trying to help you and smiling!..., the best and most efficient waitress of the breakfast buffet is SUVI !

Very relaxing place. Would not mind checking into this hotel again. It has spacious rooms, infinity pools, restaurants and bars that offer good food and free wi-fi for guests. Pleasant staff that are always smiling. We stayed at twin room that was cozy and it had a nice bathroom with an eco-fresh toilet and a big, round bath tub with a rainfall type shower above it. Our room also had a very spacious balcony, good for those guests who smoke hahaha or if you simply just want to breathe some fresh air outside without having to get out of your hotel room. Great experience over all.

It is a vast resort in the hinterland. It is divided into five or six districts. There is a shuttle bus every ten minutes to help the tenants to and from different locations. If you want to explore every corner of the resort, you may need to stay for three or five days. No matter which park you live in (this time you stay in Rimba), all the facilities of the resort can be used, including more than a dozen swimming pools and the innermost Kubu private beach. When you make a reservation, you can choose whether or not to include breakfast (about one person plus NT$1,000). Breakfast is a buffet. The breakfast is flat and stable, which is the level of luxury hotels. Rimba and Ayana each have a buffet restaurant for breakfast. Interestingly, if you live in Rimba, you can also eat Ayana's breakfast and vice versa. So if you live for more than a day, you can eat it in turn. The room type of this time is a hillside room. The room is like a room of a general five-star hotel. There are some, but there is nothing special about it. It may be because the restaurant has a long history, and when you enter the room, you feel that there is a musty smell that has been blowing for a long time. The socket of the toilet broke down and it was impossible to blow the hair in the toilet. When I checked in, I found that there was still a little water left in the kettle (the room was not cleaned). Finally, because the resort itself is in a ridiculous way, once you check in, you basically don t want to leave, so this time you also eat the restaurants (19 in total), but the price is of course expensive (to the island of Bali).
