The agent I had was very kind and very helpful and I had no problems adjusting my policy. Her name was Roxy #3057 and she even called me back to confirm I got the information and how to complete it.

On May 22nd 2013 my wife and I were on vacation in Hot Springs, AR and were involved in an accident with a Traders client. Since that accident I have spent over four weeks dealing with Traders over an accident I was not at fault for. Traders was not able to get in touch with their client so I sent the police report, proof of my vehicle ownership, the estimate I got from my local dealership to fix the damages, as well as pictures of the damages in to Traders for reveiw. I also found the work number for Traders Client and spoke with her myself twice on the phone.
After SEVERAL attempts to reach Brenda at Tradersr and leaving voicemails with only a handfull of responses in between, I finally got a call back on Wednesday 6/19/13 from her (4 weeks after the accident) and the offer was 80% of the "revised" estimate b/c I was found to be 20% at fault BY TRADERS INSURANCE for this wreck. I was not issued a ticket by the responding officers at the scene but Trader's Client was. She failed to yield a green light on a left trun, and was issued a ticket for "Failure to yield". The accident would have been 100% avoidable had she yielded as she should have. I have expressed my concerns to both Brenda and Lisa at Traders that I do not agree with this finding and if a court of law finds their client at fault for the accident why wouldn't Traders. I called to speak with Ella the manager over Lisa and Brenda but she wass out of the office until Monday 6/23/13. When I called the main number back and asked to speak with Ella's supervisor I was transferred back to Lisa who again said 80% is all they would pay.
I believe this is wrong and it is just Trader's way of trying to get out of paying the full amount to have my vehicle fixed. We are not asking for personal injury, or mental anguish, or time spent gathering this information for Traders, or even a rental car. I am simply asking Traders to pay 100% of the damages that my vehicle incurred in a wreck that the Hot Springs Police department found Traders client at fault for. I would not recommend doing buisness with this company and if you are ever involved in a wreck with a Traders Insurance client, good luck!!!

Went through hell trying to get my money back, the reps seem a bit unfriendly. I get you re just trying to get you check and move on but hey! Have a little customer service . I did however manage to get my money from the higher ups now THEY were very police and sweet, understanding and made the headache go away aft dealing with their horrible staff, good people the higher management is but the people beneath them? Umm... can we say, New Staff???

Worst company ever $2600 in damages to my car and I got a $500 check almost a year later. They will treat you bad and do everything possible to not fix your car. My car is still not fixed and I paid $300 for full coverage and then this company tried to raise my bill.. very bad service. Wish I could give no stars and i should have got a lawyer and went after this company.. they will not answer your calls. This was my company and it was the worst ever

There should be a no star rating. This company is the worst I have nothing good to say about them. I had called many times on a claim and never got a return call. It said the hours were from 8-4 and they were never there past 2pm and trust me I called many times. They never explain things to you they just do them. All I can say Is even if it cost you get a good insurance company. This company seems to do more for the other end then for there customer. They can't even inform me so now I'm stuck with my insurance going up and having to sue someone with little to no information. Hope they don't go after this driver for the same thing I'm going after them for. The amount of stress I went through and I'm going through in no way was need. I had ignored the rating on the company but please stay away from this company.

Omg Briana Wright is awesome, she took the time to look at my account and seen i have been with your company for over 5 years and advised me about a discount that I could be receiving and also looked to see if I could get a lower rate. I had spoke with a previous representative and ask them the same thing and they advised me no I didn't have a lower rate available to me so that was very disappointing at that point but speaking with Briana she advised differently so for her taking the time out today and really researching my account I applaud her. I work in customer service myself and you guys have a great representative there with your company. Briana thank you so much honey I really do appreciate you.

So I don't know if your company knows or not but apparently your insurance is invalid in Oklahoma.... I have your insurance which I only recently obtained due to United pulling out of Oklahoma and my friend got it as well and got pulled over the other day because of the insurance and was ticketed amd literally told by the cop to get better insurance because his was invalid ..... terrible..... I will be looking for other insurance sucks that I just paid another month for nothing :/

ability to understand and provide assistance to what I was wanting to accomplish in the least amount of time I've ever had to spend on the phone with an insurance provider, it was such a nice change of pace from the typical Insurance companies such as progressive or Geico. Will absolutely recommend this company to anyone tired of being treated like another number. Thank you Mrs. Wright!!!!!

I am not impressed at all with my local insurance agent; they leave early, rarely responds to emails, and phone messages are hardly returned... This is very frustrating when I have a situation and require assistance. So - I contacted Traders directly and have found peace of mind that someone appreciates my business and is there when I need assistance!
I am VERY impressed with Traders; when ever I am unable to reach my agent, all I have to do is call or email Traders directly for immediate assistance. Traders customer service and management are the only reason I am still with my local agent (hats off to Roxi)!

I received a voice message requesting I contact Trader's Insurance Claims regarding an accident I witnessed. I left three messages in 24 hours an attempt to connect with the adjuster Jemara M. including a suggestion for her to call me at a designated time 4 hours later and I would be certain to take her call. Of course there was no call back. I then called a different phone number in an attempt to get another adjuster - then magically Jemara M. was now available. Later I left a voice message for Brent M. a Supervisor detailing the terrible claims process. I expect this will be no surprise to Brent M. since google reviews gives Trader's Claims a 1.6 out of 5. FYI - an hour later no call back from Brent M. - not surprising! Poor customer service originates from the top down.

One star but if I could choose zero and do a review I would. 2 days away from 2 months since one of their clients hit me. She didn't even bother opening a claim, my insurance had to call Traders. FINALLY got a check issued so that I could get my car fixed and now 24 hours before i'm supposed to take my car in, the check is over $1k less than the estimate. I can't get the claim rep or her manager to call me back.

The worst service. A guy who had Traders hit me. Took them forever to get ahold of him and theN had to get a quote for the damage then had to have a claim adjuster come look at it 2x. Then they had to get anot her estimate which they lost. On top of all that the guy who was handling my claim never called me back was out of the office a lot. His supervisor never called me back. I had to deal with 2 more people to get my check. Took 4 months on a regular claim wheN the insured took full responsibility from the first.

Horrible service. Their insured person rear ended me while road raging, admitted fault to police and in body camera footage, yet they said is 50/50 because overzealous cop gave both tickets, even though mine dismissed and she plead guilty. Dont expect to get them to pay, hire a lawyer and just go after them, will be faster.

Update: worked with their supervisor and came up with a compromise to fit both our needs. Satisfied with outcome and have no issues now. Thank you for meeting me in the middle.

Not one to usually post reviews, but when a company is this bad a person deserves to know. Anytime that I had to call for a question, I was treated like the worse human being ever. I signed up originally because my rates were the lowest I was quoted, but when I left I went to a company that actually charged me MORE per month (if that says ANYTHING at all) and the reps are always very friendly at the new company. Please, do some research before allowing this company to gain your business.

I applied for auto insurance through Insure One and somehow got insurance through Traders Insurance. I was mislead by Insure One and when I cancelled my policy as soon as I found out I had not gotten Insure One Insurance but Trader's Insurance I never got my money back. Trader's kept all my money and I only had the insurance for literally 6 days and they told me since I cancelled it was a short term policy and so that $72 will go to fees I owe but could not tell me what fees I paid and how much. Then they couldn't tell me where they have in their policy of what a short policy is. They took all my money and the customer service kept hanging up on me and were very rude when all I was doing was asking questions about my money and how it was spent. I have never had a company hang up on me for asking questions about how my money was spent. You can't go to an actual office to talk to nobody and when you call the number you just get a random person that is literally at their home and not even able to look up your information. When I asked if I could get exactly what my money when to since all they kept telling me was fees they said it would be like 2-3 days. What kind of company doesn't know what you paid for. I just kept hearing fees fees fees. I reported them to the BBB. Next Im going to the Missouri Insurance Board. They can't keep doing this to people.

3/21/18 update: company got back to me and resolution was fair.

A little over 2 months ago, one of Traders insurance clients crashed into my car.
After nearly 2 months, Traders has concluded their investigation and deemed your client responsible for the accident.
Traders has paid repair and deductible costs to Allstate, my insurance company - 5 stars for this part.
Since the investigation was concluded, I attempted to contact your claims agent, sending her my rental car receipt and documentation for diminished value reimbursement (document list given her).
After not receiving a response in a reasonable timeframe, I called Traders office and asked to speak to a supervisor. The person answering the phone refused, but said he would pass the message along to the claims agent and she will call me that same day. The person also unprofessionally told me that Traders had done their part and that he had never heard of diminished value. He also said: "I've never heard of diminished value for a rental." Me neither! Needless to say, claims agent never called back. Filed a complaint with BBB and will probably escalate to MO insurance commissioner.

Only left one star because negative stars are not an option. I received a rental car for a total of 8 days max and now, after 3 AND A HALF MONTHS I am FINALLY receiving a check for my totaled car in the mail (hopefully) because of a driver insured by Trader's. After countless voicemails and phone calls that were NEVER returned, I was told to expect my check in the mail by Saturday. Literally have never experienced such horrible service and un-answered phone calls from any kind of business ever.
