Only left one star because negative stars are not an option. I received a rental car for a total of 8 days max and now, after 3 AND A HALF MONTHS I am FINALLY receiving a check for my totaled car in the mail (hopefully) because of a driver insured by Trader's. After countless voicemails and phone calls that were NEVER returned, I was told to expect my check in the mail by Saturday. Literally have never experienced such horrible service and un-answered phone calls from any kind of business ever. Will be writing to the insurance commission about how unprofessional and slow this nightmare of a company is. If I did not work an overnight schedule this company would have cost me my job. I had to repeatedly call and ask for a supervisor otherwise I wasn't getting off the phone; otherwise I probably never would have made contact with any employee from this company.
