I was so pleased from beginning to end with my experience with Traders. They were very thorough in keeping me updated on the status of my claim, but also showed concerned about the condition of my daughter, who was involved in the accident. Laura did a fabulous job and made the whole process seamless.

I needed a document proving I had insurance in good standing for a policy I had back in April 2016. With the help of these 2 ladies, I will be able to get my driver's license reinstated. Knocking the $640 reinstatement fee down to $350. I also would not have to purchase a non owners policy to have license reinstated, at a cost of $243 for 6 month policy. Angel and Julie went above and beyond to help me, I was so happy I was crying. Money doesn't grow on trees. I'm on the path of starting a new chapter in life. I didn't know how I was going to get it all done, they made a difference in my life today. I was a customer from 2012 till Nov. 2017. After I get my license and I buy my next vehicle, I will definitely be using Traders Insurance again and staying legal.

Traders Auto has been with me from the beginning. They provide low rates, excellent customer service, and fantastic response times. They also have a website chat, which I just used to speak with a representative named Matthew, to get my ID cards emailed to me again. It took less than two minutes, very quick and simple, and he was very courteous.

DO NOT PURCHASE COVERAGE FROM THIS COMPANY..... I switched insurance companies back in February of this year. I purchased full coverage and paid upfront for 6 months with them. I was just in a car accident in July. A man with no license, no insurance that was ticketed due to causing the accident. I filed the claim with Traders hoping I would get my car fixed. However, Traders has denied my claim stating due to their "garage clause" they are not legally bound to coverage the damages to my vehicle. They are refusing to pay for damages because I moved residence and mistakenly failed to notify them of my new address. I don't agree with what they are doing. People move all the time and fail to notify agencies of their current address. I would not suggest anyone going to Traders Insurance Company for coverage.

I was hit by someone with traders insurance and it s been 5 days and their claims adjuster still has yet to contact me. I believe they get to turn their phones off and ignore customers all day. I tried calling 6 times from 12:30 - 3p today and it went straight to her voicemail.

We just spoke with Juan @ extension 3019. WOW!!!.... We can't say enough great things about him! From the very start of our conversation, he was so very extremely professional, polite, and extremely knowledgeable on everything we asked, and he explained everything so we could easily understand and know exactly what is going on with our policy and what to expect for the next 6 months. What a Blessing!... We must say that, Traders Insurance Company should be extremely proud that they are being represented by Juan; he makes them look real good! It's so very refreshing to talk to someone as helpful as Juan was to us today!... And, when we told him how helpful he has been for us, Juan humbly said that he works with some really awesome and knowledgeable agents as well. Got insurance through these guys, just turned 25 and called to get re rated. So they take my name and address, my old address is about 5 miles up the road from my new 1, so they tell me they are charging me 50 extra bucks a month for living at a different address. 50 FREAKING BUCKS. Then they proceed to tell me, that although they will update my address in the middle of my term to charge me more, they won't update my age to charge me less.

So far, I'm not impressed. I was rear ended on 6/24 by someone insured by this company. I received a letter on 7/18 stating that because they could not reach their client, they are unable to make a payment to repair my vehicle at this time. There's a police report and it's clear who was at fault, yet they're not resolving the issue in a timely manner. My next stop is to report them to the insurance commissioner.

Terrible response to customer needs, companies go out of business if they continue to provide this level of services, the CEO needs to take time to read these posts and do something about it. I've spent more time on the telephone to address the damage to my vehicle caused by Traders insured motorist, finally when I get someone on the line, they are nice, promise quick response but nill, they never follow-up, employees are not at fault, management is and should be fired! Values on the website"Customer Service To provide services of the greatest possible value to our agents and their policyholders, thereby gaining long term relationships and loyalty" Keep your word and earn your keep is my advise to Trades! Jorge Machnizh Update from May 4 2017: Someone from the management team did contact me and got the process moving, since then all response has been very positive, my car is in the repair shop and proceeding well. My next update will be when the vehicle is completed to it's original form, stay tuned! Update from May 18 2017: Once management got involved in my case accelerated, got the initial payment issued, the supplemental cost covered and rental car during the repair, now because my vehicle it s been on an accident, I will proceed with a Diminished Value claim, I m looking forward to a smooth process with Traders. I will provide an update once the process is concluded and will change my rating accordingly.

My girlfriend had traders they, covered her vicheal, she got in an accident and they denied covering the damages...now we have to pay it our self please take your money els where... please because traders is barely an insurance company... and does not care about its customers.

My car was damaged by an individual insured with Traders. I was deemed to be faultless. I am deeply disappointed with their decision regarding a rental vehicle. Traders Ins. representative called, today to let me know that I could take my car to the repair shop of my choice. Tomorrow, I am leaving on a vacation that I planned, and paid for, months ago. While my vehicle is "technically drive-able", there is damage to the trunk, which allows it to leak, as well as damage to a rear passenger door, so it will not open. This means that we cannot put luggage in the trunk and rear sitting passengers, would need to slide across the car to get in and out. Obviously, I am not able to use my damaged vehicle for a family vacation, given these issues. Because the insurance company is only planning to provide a rental vehicle for 4 days, they would not make an exception, nor would they allow me to pay for the additional days use, so that the vehicle could be rented for the vacation week. Now, I will need to pay for a rental vehicle ,out of my pocket, for the entire vacation....when I was the person deemed to be faultless.

PLEASE AVOID THIS INSURANCE COMPANY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE !!! This insurance company is a JOKE I got hit by the person who is insured by them and my car still at the body shop almost 2 months. Because they and the body shop are dealing something and the body shop need to get their approval to release my car. I was calling them as a claim department A HUNDRED times but they never pick it up or it went straight to voicemail. I left the voicemail either but never get the respond. My car is plan to finish this Wednesday, but the body shop still waiting for the insurance sending the rest of money and confirm that the amount being paid before they can release my car. The body shop tried to email them but didn't get the respond. I don't get it. I need my car to be done as soon as possible. But they just keep delay and didn't pick up any of my calls. This seem like they don't want to pay for the remain amount. They sent me a paycheck but not all of it, and they told me they will send the remain to the body shop directly. But now they didn't respond to me or the body shop to gets thing done. How long do I have to wait until I get my car back? This company is EXTREMELY UNRESPONSIVE!! This company is so ANNOY and UNPROFESSIONAL. Please AVOID this company by any chances. Have I wait for another 5 months to get my car done????? I read some others respond comment by them, they said got a great group of people here at Traders and always working to improve their service????? THIS IS TOTALLY SCAM. I NEVER EXPERIENCED ANY INSURANCE COMPANY LIKE THIS. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY FOR GOD'S SAKE!!!!

I absolutely am pleased with Traders Insurance. I talked to Odalys Valdez today to renew my insurance that was cancel. She went above and beyond in getting me the best quotes and discounts. She was wonderful and patient and very friendly with me. I will recommend Traders Insurance to everyone I know!

I have had Traders for 3 years and have nothing but good things to say about this company. Customer service is great, and my billing notices are easy to understand. I also love the fact they offered me Roadside Assistance, have had to use that a couple of times and never had any issues. Just moved into my first apartment and will be getting my Renters insurance from Traders as well. Thank you for making it easy for me.

One of the worst insurance companies to deal with. They think that if you are in a accident with one of their clients they think you need to pay for car rental then figure out how not to pay for all of that. I cant believe they are still on business. The one star here is to high of grade. Should be minus 10. They refused to pay for 2days of rental because they claimed was drivable. I guess I was suppose to go to collision company tell them I have to take my car and bring it back after the week end. They would have throw me out and said man you are stupid. The person I talked to there said she knew my car had the door back on, guarantee she didn't ever go there. She was just flat lying. This insurance company is the poorest excuse for a insurance company. They do not know the meaning of customer service. You do not know what that even means. I think the heads of the company tell their people to figure out to screw not only their clients but especially the people that have claims. Means more money in their pockets. I will keep posting on here as I remember as my experience with the poor excuse of a insurance company

They low ball people on damage and it wasn't the drivers fault for the wreck their insured person was at fault and sent the car for a salvage title after the owner wouldn't take the amount they sent so this company can take care of their own but not the driver that has to fix their car over this insurance company should understand the law better and not make someone else's life hell

If you get hit by someone insured under traders good luck. Took 40 days from accident to repaired truck. They ignored multiple voicemails and only responded once I mentioned my lawyer getting involved. Been trying to get ahold of them recently and it s the same song and dance. I absolutely love Traders Insurance Co. Today Roxi made my experience a great one. I had to transfer my vehicles, everything went smoothly and she answered each and every one of my concerns. She was very polite, courteous, and easy to talk to. Traders Ins. Co. over the last couple of years, have been great from the rates, to the prompt customer service. I've never had to wait more than 2 minutes. They ensure you have the best understanding of your policy's coverage, rates, and due dates which are very affordable. If anyone asked me to recommend them to any insurance company Traders would MOST DEFINITELY be my first choice. you guys are AWSOME!!!

Worst insurance company ever, very dissapointed and dissatisfied, have a full coverage insurance policy with them and won't even cover a Lock-out invoice for less than 200$. I can't even imagine the hassle it would be if I was ever involved in a car accident. Cancelling insurance policy and moving to a different company! WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS AGAIN WITH THEM!!!!

Well I do not know if it is the same company that is in Wichita Ks but today I had a bad experience, well more said every month that I'm going to pay my insurance is the same, the girls there are very rude today I was almost 10 minutes waiting because the lady was busy and never went to say good afternoon, much less to have the attention to say right now I attend, I opted to leave and then I will return at another time because I have to make my payment, but every month is the same with Every person who touches me, I think we deserve the courtesy of a greeting because we need you in the same way you thank us good afternoon ...

Stay away! We switched insurance companies 6 months ago and called Traders to cancel our policy and the rep told us it would be canceled. I had set up automatic monthly payments when we had their service and the next month comes around after we called and cancelled and they deduct another payment from my account! Called and got the run around and was informed once again that it was for sure canceled this time but they could not give an explanation on why it wasn't canceled the 1st time. Low and behold next month comes around and they deduct another payment again!! This has been going on for 6 months now and they have taken payment from my acct for all 6 months after canceling the policy. The last time we called last month we were told it wasnt canceled because we needed to fill out a form, sign, and return it. WHAT?! 1ST off why wasnt this ever said the last 6 times we called and 2nd I have never had to fill out a form to cancel a policy when switching to a different company, you just call and cancel. Everything they were doing was so shady. So we got the forms, filled them out, signed them and faxed and sent the hard copies back via fed-ex so they couldn't try to say they never rec'd them. We were promised they would also issue a refund for the 5 months they took payment on a canceled policy once they received the forms. But today they just took another payment from my acct and we sent the papers back 3 weeks ago!!! I am reporting them to the BBB and talking with my bank about getting a new debit card and completing a request for stopping payment. We will also be in contact with our lawyer as you took 6 months worth of payments on a canceled policy and put us in a bind because we were already paying for our new insurance policy so we were paying double for a service we weren't even using!!! Don't trust this company! Upon reading other reviews it looks like I am not the only one who has experienced this either either.

The worst I've ever had to deal with, I was hit by someone insured by Traders on September 10, 2018 I first spoke with Jacob Yager on September 13th about my accident and he told me that I'd need to send in pictures of the damages to my car, so I did he told me it'd be a couple days and he'd let me know something about getting my car fixed well a week later I spoke with him again and he said he wasn't able to get ahold of the lady or her husband to get a statement from them and when he finally got ahold of them the day before I spoke with him they gave a totally different story as to what happened so he was waiting on them to send in pictures of their vehicle, and I was OK with that and completely understood he's just doing his job. Well here it is 2 months later and still my car isn't fixed I've called numerous times and couldn't get a call back until finally on November 6, 2018 he returned my call and said he just got the pictures of the lady's vehicle who hit me the day before but was only able to get them to send a couple of pictures in well what didn't make any sense to me was when I had to send in the pictures of my car it made me take 15 before I could submit it but they only sent a couple well he said he'd definitely call me back the next day with a answer on the investigation as to who was at fault well here it is almost another week has went by and still no phone call from him or anyone at Traders. This is ridiculous. I just want my car fixed and don't know what else I need to do or who else I need to contact to get that done without getting the run around like I've been getting.

They will ignore calls all day, and send you to voicemail. Hard to get them to answer the phone when dealing with a claim. Gave 3 stars because when they are actually doing their job and not tryna stall/discourage filing a claim they are Alright. But it is a slow process dealing with them so be prepared for your patience to be put to the limit!

If you need liability insurance on an older vehicle this is a cheap place to get it but if you want full coverage and have an accident they will low ball you. Maco said they could barely fix my truck for that kind of money with used parts. I have one at fault accident now in the last 20 years and my premium on two older vehicles is $270 a month. Had to go elsewhere for coverage on the boat etc... I will be looking elsewhere for coverage today I

Turns out I sent them the wrong title (my bad). They accepted it and salvaged the wrong title. I went to get my tag and realized the mistake. Traders said it was ok, we can fix it. All I had to do was send the correct title and they could reverse the other salvaged title and send it back. I sent my title to them a month and a half ago. Still haven't received my other title. They did say it could take a couple weeks, but we are past that now. I have called and left Diego messages 3 times I the last 2 weeks and haven't received any call back. From what they tell me he is the only guy who can help me. So apparently out of the whole company there is only 1 person who can help me??? Doesn't sound right... anyway I called today to speak with a supervisor and guess what, they are also unavailable. Left a message for them too, I was assured by the customer service lady that answered the phone that the supervisor would for sure call me today. Guess what, NO CALL!!! I will be contacting the BBB and whoever else I can complain to about this company! Very poor customer service! #STILLWAITING #RUNAROUNDFORWEEKS #CONSUMERSBEWARE

If you've been hit by a vehicle that carries Traders Insurance, you have my deepest condolences. If you havent, well, just know that if hell had an insurance company, it would be Traders. Seriously. They will never return your call if you leave a message and if you do actually reach a person, they are rude and unhelpful. I will update more after I contact the insurance commission or I receive reimbursement for my wrecked vehicle.

Traders Insurance added my 20 yr old daughter, who had her own policy with amother company AND lived in her own place because she once lived with me. They refused to remove her or refund my moneyes when they cancelled me 7 weeks early for not paying for her. There is no savings with them. They find something to jack your bill up with after you sign the contract.
