3/21/18 update: company got back to me and resolution was fair.

A little over 2 months ago, one of Traders insurance clients crashed into my car.
After nearly 2 months, Traders has concluded their investigation and deemed your client responsible for the accident.
Traders has paid repair and deductible costs to Allstate, my insurance company - 5 stars for this part.
Since the investigation was concluded, I attempted to contact your claims agent, sending her my rental car receipt and documentation for diminished value reimbursement (document list given her).
After not receiving a response in a reasonable timeframe, I called Traders office and asked to speak to a supervisor. The person answering the phone refused, but said he would pass the message along to the claims agent and she will call me that same day. The person also unprofessionally told me that Traders had done their part and that he had never heard of diminished value. He also said: "I've never heard of diminished value for a rental." Me neither! Needless to say, claims agent never called back. Filed a complaint with BBB and will probably escalate to MO insurance commissioner.
