I had a bad Saturday. My lovely new Prius had a flat; bloody cold. CAA came, but couldn't put on the spare because an adapter was missing. The CAA guy filled the flat tire with air and said it might hold long enough for me to get to TOTP. I called at 3.20 pm and was told they were closing at 4.00. I dashed over there, and Alex Chan took care of things. The guys quickly determined that the flat couldn't be repaired, so Alex had them put on the spare, ordered a new tire, and sent me on my way as the snow started to fall. (I needed my car to run errands for my 92-year-old mother.)

Alex called me Monday morning to say the tire was in. I waited about an hour while they had difficulty resolving an ongoing tire sensor problem. Alex updated me and said he had an idea of what the problem was, and was going to do some digging and follow up. He'd keep me posted. He followed up late Monday with a definitive solution.

Alex was exceptional. So I wrote to thank him. I also wrote Mario Ng, Service Manager, because those are his people, and he makes the place work. (Not to mention always being gracious and welcoming if I ever have any questions.) I've been a customer of Toyota on the Park for almost 20 years, and never fail to tell everyone what an exceptional experience it is having your vehicle cared for by the folks at TOTP. So thank you, Mario and Alex both.
