I have had a problem with my car since February when I was in Florida. I brought it to a Toyota dealer who told me I needed a new part and they refused to deal with my extended warranty because it was based in Canada. After the part was replaced, the car had the exact same problem twice more and they said they fixed it but it continued to have the problem. When I returned to Toronto I contacted Toyota Canada who advised me to bring it to my nearest Toyota dealer which is Toyota on the Park. I initially dealt with Mario Ng, the service manager, who took it upon himself to get my refund from Toyota for the work done in Florida. He assigned me a Service Manager, Russell Lagman, who was great to deal with. He made certain that I got a replacement vehicle and he took responsibility for getting the car properly fixed.
I cannot speak highly enough about how pleased I have been to deal with the service department at Toyota on the Park
