I a professional and never write review on services, but I would be in guilt if I don't share my experience. I called internet sales department to check for Tundra inventory and wanted a basic. I was told they have 3 of them on stock and my black one is coming. I promised to drop in on Monday and did as I said. I spent 3/4 of my day at this dealership to find out that Jorge the manager working on my deal was misrepresenting numbers, did not give me a deal he said, and I was so disgusted with they manipulated the numbers to show me a low payment, with moderate interest rate, and long payment terms.

If you are buying a car here beware of the following:
1. They don't want to show you a basic model so they can sell you upgrade. Example: I wanted basic tundra for $31k but they kep showing me $40k+ got me to settle for $35k

2. Promotions was you can be qualify for 1.9% interest. They will say your credit score don't meet the special they give you $1000 off buy charge you higher interest rate and longer payment like 7 years. Example: :mine was 5.% at 84 months and I settled for 3.9 at 72 months

3. The deal agree for me to buy this car that I can turn in the lease of my prius but they didn't when I went to sign the paperwork.

Watch out before you sign:
1. they put in wrong zip code so I pay 9%+ sales tax instead of 7.5%
2.they show the amount on payment of my lease with positive and negative number but they still charge me for it on other fees in the agreement.

When I questioned all this and learned I been treated like a fool. I was done and walked out. I left went to Keyes Toyota in Van Nuys got my car of $34k and 1.9% interest 2 and 60 months.

This is my far worst experience in buying a car and it shouldn't be like this. Sad to say but be careful. We american people work hard to earn our dollars and if we can't get a fair bottom line price. America got serious problems.
