Went there to price out a new truck. After talking with the salesman, who was very professional, I told him I would rather sell my car on the private market, since it's still a 2016 under warranty. While waiting for him to see if I can get a lower price, the floor manager came to me and said he was told I'm confused about the tax credit applied to my new purchase if I trade in. I told him that I was not, and had zero intention of trading in. He kept pressing the issue and when I kept declining, he became incredibly rude. So after badgering me on something I said I was not interested in, I got spoken down to. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from a "manager". There's hundreds of other dealerships, definitely not buying from here.
