They make me feel like I m their number one priority and they know what they are doing. When I take my car elsewhere, things don t get done correctly and I end up wishing I had gone to the dealer. I ve finally learned my lesson. From now on, everything gets done at Toyota Richardson! Krystal is so sweet and helpful and I wish I knew the name of the gentleman who serviced my car. He was so willing to help explain so I could understand the problems and be knowledgeable about what was going on. It made me feel so much more comfortable as I was making decisions. Thank you Toyota Richardson!
