I went in to have my alignment done. While leaving I noticed my keyfob looked like it had been run over or put through a mill. When I questioned the representative in the customer lounge, he told me I would need to speak with a manager - and none were in at the moment.
I turned 180 degrees to be face to face with the Service Center Manager's office door - and guess who was in there!?
After a heated discussion with the Service Center Manager, he agreed to replace my keyfob - but not to pair it to the computer in my car.
