I went to the Service Department at Toyota of Richardson yesterday and once again received exceptional service from both the technician, Alan Bostley, and from his assistant, Mustafa. Mr. Bostley always assures my vehicle receives prompt and thorough attention. Service was completed much earlier than when first estimated. His assistant, Mustafa, took several minutes to explain the current status of my vehicle and to alert me as to future service my car would need. The consistently outstanding service I receive from the Service Department at Toyota of Richardson is one of the main reasons I purchased my second Toyota from Toyota of Richardson.
