These people really know what they are doing and how to treat a costumer! Let me start off by saying ive NEVER had a good car buying experience until i bought my grand cherokee from toyota of richardson! Jeff our sales consultant was great at listening to everything we asked for and he stuck with us through the entire process. Not to mention when i first called about the car it was close to closing time but that didnt matter, he took the time to go pull up the car and send me a detailed video of it before i even set foot in the dealership. They were able to get my deal done that next day and i picked up my car that night, chad in finance was also a blast to work with! He made the signing quick and painless!
