Toyota of Richardson was great. They took a fair amount for our trade, and the sales staff was very kind. Omar helped us find our new vehicle and he did everything he could to accommodate us and our needs. He listened to what we wanted, didn't push us, but still did his job as a salesman. He was excellent. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family. This is not a paid review.

It was an absolute pleasure. I called on a weeknight about a preowned car at 8:30pm. I spoke with Tracy Brown and told him I was very interested. He said he would hold it for me to come see at my lunch the next day. He had all the paperwork for me to sign and I went back to work while he had the headlights buffed out, touched up a little paint discoloration on the bumper and got some floor mats for me. I bought the car for my husband and this is the first time in 33 years he showed excitement when I bought him something. He absolutely loved the car. Toyota of Richardson gave me a great deal and the purchase went off without a hitch and expedited everything so I was able to take it home the day of purchase. Thanks to Mr. Brown for all his help. I just bought a Toyota Camry 2019 XSE at Toyota of Richardson , and the experience was great , this was my second time purchasing a vehicule at this dealership. Shervin Razmgir the sales person was great , and not pushy , he spent a few hours with me trying to get me the best deal possible . If I m ever on the market for another Toyota car , I will most likely come back to see these guys again .

I recently got a new car, so I needed to sell my 2019 Camry. I already went to 3 different Toyota dealerships around Dallas and Ft. Worth, and I did not have very good experiences with all of them. As a person working 8-5 M-F schedule, it was hard for me to even go to any dealerships to get appraisal that will match the true value of my car. I almost wanted to give up... I was getting lowballed from all of these places, but, after getting numerous emails/phone calls from Toyota of Richardson after submitting KBB instant cash offer, I decided to give it a last chance.
Oh man. From the start to finish (which only took literally 2 days), it was THE MOST honest and transparent selling experience I have ever had. I had the pleasure of doing a business with Sarah Croft. She completed understood my busy work schedule and worked around it. Sarah was super friendly, and she was very transparent with what KBB appraised, what they can offer, and how much they re willing to negotiate. I was extremely happy with the offer that I have received, and how quick the selling process was.

This place is simply amazing! Such great customer service! Normally when I walk into a car dealership you always leave the lot questioning "what the heck did I just do?" but at this car dealership you do not leave there with a question left in your mind unanswered. I was very skeptical about having outrageous monthly car payments and nervous about getting talked into something that I didn't want, you know how salesmen can be, but at this place the salesman has your best interest at heart, yep I said it "best interest at heart".
Andrew Williams was my Sales Consultant and he went out of his way to make sure that I got a good deal that best suited me and my needs. I was going to uber it to the facility from my office, but they arranged for a car to pick me up from the office that's about 20 miles away. Andrew showed up 30 mins early and waited until I was done with work. The drive over was very comfortable, he was friendly and very conversational. Very knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in.
Nick Williams was the New Car Sales Manager that helped with making the visit a successful one. I went in wanting to purchase a car instead of leasing. I had only heard of bad things when it came to leasing a car, and my biggest issue was the limitation of mileage on a lease. He assured me that I can adjust the amount of mileage I can have. After discussing the pros and cons of both leasing and traditional purchasing I decided to give leasing a shot and see for myself the goods and bads about it. Also Nick had given me the assurance that if I do have any questions that I can call/text at anytime. They hooked me up on a really good deal.
I cannot tell you how much I appreciate their assistance with all of this. I was very nervous about the entire thing and they calmed my nerves through their understanding of my situation, friendliness, and professionalism. Such a great company to make a deal with. Highly recommend them!

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!!!! This was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had.
They did the tune-ups on both our Prius cars in a timely manner and kept me up to date on what they were doing/finding. Costs for each was below their estimate and they changed the windshield wipers for free even though that's not part of our maintenance agreement. The rep was excellent, not trying to sell me services I didn't need and even suggesting a couple of repair/maintenance items I could do but could also wait on without worrying about damage to the engine. Usually when I took my car to a dealership, they treated me like I was a female idiot. That's not true here.

I then get passes to Sean Russell who texts me saying that I am Approved!
Come to find out, I was not. After two weeks of lack of communication from the multiple sales men, no one even called to update me that we couldn t come to a deal.

Sales associate was amazing. To the time to go through all extra on every trim level. Only issue was with the finance department, the finance manager at the time that help informed us of services that we declined but they still ended up adding into our contract. When notify finance department manager found that nothing can be fixed on rates given at the time. They explained we would just pay off car sooner, win win deal. As customers we know what's in our budget and to find that we have to pay excess of 120 more then what we expected is a little hard to swallow. Lastly sales associate Jerry was outstanding but the same can't be said about the rest of the process. 10 out of 10 rating I'll give a 5 simply because of Jerry.

Worst car buying experience of my life. I was tossed from person to person 6 times without ever feeling like one person was working with me. They were all told which car I wanted and they told me to come in. When I got there, they didn't even have the car that was listed and told me it had morning. SIX PEOPLE KNEW very sad I purchased three car before not anymore very bad customer service very poor..... They wasted my time and that is infuriating.This dealership has lost the understanding of integrity.

But personally I am writing this review for the dealership to read, I have a strong complain against their Sales Representative Abaid Khan. I think this person needs medical evaluation. He is very ill mannered, unethical, disturbed and manipulative when it comes to customer sales service. I always write good reviews on the internet, this is my first worst experience with anyone ever in the business industry. It took me 2 weeks to decide and write this review. I had the most awful experience at this place. I love Toyota but this place is a joke. I bought a car with Jerry Purnell. My car was missing the floor mats. I try multiple time to reach Jerry and nothing. Email and call the dealership and still nothing. It's been 3 months now. I got a coupon for a "free" oil change and I've been here now almost 3 hrs.... THREE HOURS for an oil change. I had an appointment at 10 am this morning and it's now almost 1 pm. This place is trash, and no one cares about customer satisfaction!

I just came back from my Prius 25K service appointment. Got there 10 minutes early for my 10am appointment. Vinnie signed me in and during our conversation told me that the 25K service is only a tire rotation and inspection. I was incorrectly under the impression that an oil change will be takin place but upon clarification, I understood. Vinnie advised me to get some oil additive until the oil change at 30K service. I said no, I'll don't want that and will get the oil changed on the 30K. He had printed up my service paper and I walked to the waiting room. At 11:10am, I walked up to him to check what was taking so long for a rotation, to which he informed me that he didn't even put the car in. He assumed from our conversation that I'll wait for 30K service for everything including the tire rotation! Why would I do that? If the service book asks for 25K tire rotation and I have been getting my service from you on time as per the book, why would I go 5K miles with service needed message on? Furthermore, he had my car pulled out and left in the lot thinking I'll go pick it up and leave. He never confirmed his assumption with me clearly (he is the service consultant). Upon asking that I wanted the service done the wait time offered to me was further 30-40 minutes. Incredible! (Notice that there was not even one apology, fake or genuine, uttered during this exchange.) He just looked at me like I was at fault there. I refused the 30 minute wait and asked for my car to be returned.
Then I walked over to the Service Manager's office. Same attitude as Vinnie! No apology or effort to correct it other than, tire rotation doesn't take long and Vinnie misunderstood you. Again, no mention about my wasted hour or lack of communication or hey, let me fix this for you. He just sat in his chair looking at me like I did something wrong and am a fool for bringing this up. I just walked out as I had enough. Customer service is not that difficult when you know what to do and it's a blank look (like I received today, twice) when you don't...
Great job guys, NOT!!! Guess, it's time for me to find another service center where they don't make you feel like a fool.

Dear Mo, I will certainly take your advise on "Take it up with the state" because I have acquaintances working for the Texas State Comptrollers Office. Unethical and tax-fraud at its finest. Purchased a new car and was told that I can get their extended warranty/protection for $3 per month more on my 60 month finance agreement. I ask Ameer (the crook in the finance department who tricked me): "So that's $180 total for the 60 months right?" He says "That about right." The numbers looked inflated on paper but I did not think much of it because they tend to be confusing. I drove it home and sat down and read the papers and lord be hold, was charged $2,582 for the warranty! Absolute no exaggeration, too many moving parts to explain how in the world I was stupid enough to fall for the trap. Fortunately I canceled it within the 30 day refund period but they refused to refund the tax that I paid it. When I asked for it back, "Mo" from the finance department said "Take it up with the state." Really? As soon as they take money from you, your treated like a peasant. Lesson learned: READ EVERYTHING BEFORE SIGNING AND NEVER EVER BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTIES (DO YOUR RESEARCH, TONS OF REPUTIBLE ARTICLES ADVISE AGAINST IT).
Toyota of Richardson took great care of us and got the job done! Our service representative, Lee always takes care of our service needs on both of our vehicles. Today, our Rav4 had to have a major over haul. We replaced condenser, water pump, and serpentine belt on the car. The experience could have been painful due to all of the money that we were going go have to shell out. Lee made sure all work was completed in one day in a timely, and efficient manner. Lee kept my husband informed through out the day on the progress of the maintenance being done, alerted him on any price changes, and always stayed positive, friendly, and knowledgable through out the process. Lee is always so accomidating and an expert on making sure that his customers are happy and satisfied with their service experience.

1. Not enough parking for customers.
2. Gloomy looking sales floor- they don't spend money on their dealership.
3. Sales person had to make multiple trips to a glass enclosure office every time we asked him a question about their inventory. You would think they would know what they have in their inventory daily.
4. Their pre-owned cars are in very bad condition compared to Toyota of plano.
5. The financing is shady.

We met someone named (( Robert allicea )) We told him hello, we are looking for a used car under 15000, and he said exactly what type we told him what kind of cars we do not care. We just put our target amount and we will pay cash and he said, No, you are not buying another car. You must tell me what kind of car you want! !!!!! He then came up with us about the credit history and gave us some advice and then told us Now go abroad, there are a lot of cars, choose one, then go in and tell me what you want, then sign the papers and go !!!!! There is no professionalism until he did not ask us to fill out any form this madness until he did not come with us ales outside in order to make us do a test drive or at least see the car from the inside? !! We went to the car park and found that all the cars are, of course, locked and we cannot see anything. And I told my friend, let's go from here, they are not professionals, and here a woman came to us and she said I want to help you. We told her what happened with that man. She told us I will take care of you and she did it professionally. She welcomed us and gave us coffee. We went to a test drive for the car and I liked my friend and we returned to the office again, and if this man attacked us and said that I was waiting for you and you searched for another person and he spoke to us in an inappropriate manner and we told him you did not help us and she did and after that everyone was silent and after a while and before the contract holder signed it was This man has other clients and we heard him mock us in front of his clients because they are of the same nationality and he tells us that we are a lot of talk and other dirty description like him. We heard all this about ourselves Do you imagine that ??? Is this a respectable employee in a respectable place ??? I do not think so, and I will remain in my complaint until this man is fired. If the company does not care about its customers, I will sue her too and I will contact my lawyer next Monday. I will not be silent about this insult. We were going to buy two cars now, we only bought one because of a foolish employee who says he's the oldest employee here and he's the most experienced one. I think he's a psychopath.

I was in need of a new car and as soon as I walked in the door from the time I left Nick Williams took care of me! There wasn't any pressure from him! He was VERY helpful, he explained buying a car versus leasing and which would best fit me for my lifestyle. If you want to be screwed over by shady car dealers this is the place to go. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES! Don't be ripped off by these scammers. They sold me a 2010 Tundra for $26,000. I agreed to the price and then traded in my vehicle for much less than I should have. They then sold my trade in vehicle and said they couldn't get my loan financed after I paid $5000 down.
They then found a lender but the vehicle they originally sold me for $26,000 was now $29,000. Danny and Rey in financing are thieves. If you want to be screwed over by shady car dealers this is the place to go.

Wasted my time. Went in to buy a car (with cash). They told me it would be there. I drove thirty minutes to get there and moved around my schedule to do so. Salesman went on lunch and asked me to wait so I stopped to get gas and do some other things to accommodate him, but told him I was in a rush. When I got there he was just getting back and apparently the owner had taken the car on a joy ride. They tried getting ahold of him but he did not pick up. They gave me the option to wait around for an unspecified amount of time or leave. I had other things to do as I had told them before so I left. After the multiple delays I got stuck in traffic and missed an important meeting and never even got to see the car. They told me they would call me as soon as they heard from the owner. I expected to get a personal call from the owner of manager offering to compensate me for my time and find a way to connect me with the vehicle. I never heard back from anyone. BIG TAKEAWAY: If this is how they treat people who want to buy cars from them, how bad must they treat people one they've already bought the car? I run a service business that is heavy in sales. This is no way to run a company, treat customers, or build a positive reputation. I really liked that car too...

We Had a terrible experience with this dealership. We purchased a vehicle with the promise they would go over the vehicle and mak sure it was detailed, the dents & chips removed and that they would go over the vehicle and make sure everything was in good working order. We had to go back to the dealership 4 time to get them to do what they said they would and the quality it terrible. The tire went low twice and they looked at it and said it was fine. It went low again the next day. We took it to discont tire to have them check it and they said it has a hole and that the dealership had to have know about it. When we purchased our vehicle we purchased a Warentee that was specifically for tires and they are refusing to honor it saying tires are an out of pocket repair. This has been a horrible experience and would not recommend anyone goes to Toyota of Richardson for a vehicle!!!!!!
Elvin was our used car salesman. This is the second time I have bought from the dealership. I went in to see if I prequalify. Elvin check on things. Said pick whatever you want. Set an appointment for 8:30 am couple days later. My wife and I met him. She picked her car and went to the fair with the kids. Elvin and I worked out the details. Easy and smooth. I highly recommend Elvin. Great job sir.

We knew what we wanted and had been pre-approved thru our credit union for the loan. We called Toyota Richardson to set up an appointment. We met with Randy Penn. We worked with him before when we bought our last Toyota. We told Randa what we were looking for and within 3 hours we were driving home in our brand new 2017 Rav4 Hybrid!!! Randy made our experience personal and professional at the same time! We will go back to him every time!
