First time on the New Car side but it was as painless as possible. Hector was honest with us at every step. He's even reached out to make sure we were good and not having any problems. My best experience at a car dealership ever, you cannot find this type of customer service these days. Hector made sure we understood every step of the process and brought in Nick to assist us further. These two were the most upfront and honest people we have met in the business.
