They called me, I made an appointment. I dropped off the car in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon. Everything was efficient and hassle free.

I also asked them to give me an estimate on bodyshop repairs, which they did as well.

I would recommend that they commission a client experience mapping. It would be invaluable information on what the client sees, and might incrementally improve an already great business.
