Tried to get a oil and filter change along with state inspection. Asked about a known bug with my 2015 Tundra computer where the entertainment system will just shut down and reboot. Was pleasantly suprised when the service advisor told me no problem...it's a known bug and we'll do the update during the service. Got up super early to drop off at first appt, rent a car and get to work. That's when Easy met me on the service drive. He told me it would be an additional $125. I explained that's not what I was quoted and his response was it didn't matter and that advisor was no longer working there. Really poor service choice to lose a customer this easily and petty. I took my business elsewhere.
