I purchased a granite counter-top thru Lowes. The scheduling dept was quick to contact me to set up an appt; Bill Prinz came out to template soon after. He was very thorough, offered suggestions and provided education on the process. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone that I have spoken to at the company has been wonderful, courteous and professional. They are prompt to return calls and set up service. Very impressed. My counter-top is set to be installed this week. Based on the customer service I have had so far, I am sure the installation will go smoothly.

Ordered granite for counter thru Lowe's. Had no problems scheduling. They came out on the scheduled day to measure. Gave me a firm date as to when the counter will be delivered. Hopefully, it will be honored.

Topline installed replaced the formica countertops in our kitchen and all our baths with granite. The work was done perfectly. The technician(Bill P.) who came out to template the countertops was an excellent ambassador for the company. He had excellent advice about subtle changes that would make the kitchen "pop". Best of all, when they came to install the granite, they came on time, they did the work efficiently, and they were respectful of our home. Overall an excellent experience.

Ordered a granite counter top through Lowe's. The scheduling department was very accommodating and Ross showed up at the scheduled time and date to do the template. They also let us go to their warehouse to pick out our slab. The counter will be here soon and we can't wait!

I ordered my black granite countertop through Lowes. It was installed by Top Line and it is beautiful. Top Line called us very quickly to set up a measurement date and an installation date. They even had us come in and pick out our slab. The installers from Top Line were very professional and informative.

We are very happy with our new granite countertop from Top Line. It was installed in half a day and looks great. The workmen were professional and they cleaned up everything before they left. My family was very impressed when they saw it and said why did we wait so long to get rid of that old countertop.

Recently completed an addition to my house which included a kitchenette and full bathroom. The granite counters were templated perfectly and installation was quick and easy. The counters look great!

I was introduced to Topline Company by Lowes when we contracted with them to remodel our master bathroom. Upon arrival, I was instructed to speak with Annie to pick my remnant for the vanity. Annie was pleasant and informative and she took the time to walk me through the entire yard of remnants so I could see and look for myself to find the perfect the piece to complete our vanity! In doing so she walked me through the warehouses where I saw first hand the craftsmanship at work! What an impressive operation! I did find the perfect piece and Annie was there to answer all my questions, even now when we are waiting for the template to be made. Steve showed up today and had all the answers to our questions along with suggestions on edging. I only wish we had known about Topline Company before this renovation. I would have certainly purchased and contracted them for our kitchen and hall bath, had I known them. All and all, a professional and competent staff and establishment!

How long does it take to get countertop installed? My measurements were taken 15 days ago. I was told 7 to 10 days. I have 2 small children in the house without the kitchen. I called to find out estimated ETA and all I got was we received your stone, scheduling should be calling me. Hmmm, but when? So far days are turning to weeks and soon weeks will turn in to months.

I ordered a replacement countertop from Lowe s. I ordered a granite countertop. The slab was very nice. Quick turnaround! We were able to recommend our preferred seam location and they accommodated.

This is a very well known place to order granite countertops, I would recommend these company to anyone who wants to get a great granite countertop installed! Very trustworthy! Let's start with the disclosure that I am retired from general contracting, so I have mor than just a homeowner's perspective on the quality of service that Topline provided.

Topline's scheduling was spot on. The office contacted me about measuring for the pattern and setting up the appointment. Bill came out to make the pattern, and he was very professional and business like in doing his job. He was also helpful about answering any questions.

On the day of installation, Rene and Pedro contacted me to say they were on their way. They arrived on time, introduced themselves, checked out the job and went to work. They exercised care and pride in all that they did. They were neat and workmanlike. They cleaned up before leaving and left the job as clean or cleaner than when they arrive.

I would not hesitate to recommend Topline Company to any of my friends.

So Topline installed my granite several years ago as subcontracted through LOWES. The staff was always helpful and professional. However, when the installers delivered the slab they wheeled it on a dolly over my hardwood floors. This caused a long indentation in the wood from the front door to the kitchen. The installers also cracked the granite. The installers offered to replace the slab or seal the crack with glue which we accepted. It was sealed nicely and to this day you can t even notice the crack. When we complained about the damage to the floors the BUSINESS OWNER offered to take a look at the damage. Well the owner said that he did not believe his installers did the damage and he refused to pay for the repairs. We were really upset about this because the owner basically accused us of lying. We did not ask for new flooring. We would have been satisfied if they had just offered to sand and restain the floors. We have worked hard all our lives so we respect business owners and others too much to try to cheat them in some way. I also assume that businesses have some type of insurance to cover these things. After complaining to our kitchen planner at Lowes they eventually paid for the damage because the owner would not budge. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH TOPLINE AGAIN BECAUSE OF THIS. I understand that there are people that try to cheat businesses but this was not such an outrageous claim for the owner to accuse us of lying.

I m thrilled with my quartz countertops! It was cool how Bill made a template so the countertop could be perfect. They are very efficient- I got an install date when I called to make the arrangements to have the area measured. I highly recommend TopLine!

Top line is truly an amazing company to do business with. They did everything in their power to make the process of getting my countertops fitted and installed to be as stress free as possible. Being a parent of a special needs child it was difficult to be without a kitchen for so long. Both Barbara and Dale communicated with me and my husband everyday and were always there to keep us updated throughout the whole process and answer all of our questions and concerns. Jose and Pedro who delivered our countertops were so friendly and professional, they were mindful of the fact that I had multiple projects going on in my home and were still able to do a quick, clean, and amazing job getting everything in place! They took a moment to educate me on how to prevent any damages to the countertops and answered any and all questions or concerns that I had. It s very rare to have such a wonderful experience with a company from both ordering to delivery to installation, but the employees and staff at Topline are a great team and deserved to be recognized for how above and beyond they go for their clients!

The young man the was sent to my house was very prompt, clean, efficient, personable, and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with my service and absolutely LOVE my new counter tops. Highly recommend Topline Company!

I HAD to use them because I bought my granite through Lowes and they subcontracted to this company. Their tech who came out to do my template Bill was EXTREMELY rude, repeating himself forcefully every two seconds on the phone that "EVERYTHING had to be off the counter, and I mean everything". Then when I ask about using my sink cut out, which is approximately 2 sq feet of product, as a cutting board which is about 60-70$, I am told that it falls to the floor and breaks there is nothing that can be done about it. Okay, then provide me with a credit for the piece you are deliberately breaking and refusing to even TRY to save for me. No we don't do that either. Then tell me how the other 3 granite companies I spoke to all do this? Ridiculous. When I called Lowe's and told them about everything, THEY are the ones that provided me with the credit for all my aggravation with this place off THEIR cost. That should NOT have come out of their pockets, it should have come out of Top Lines. And finally, they book your install date but don't tell you a time frame until the morning of install. I'm sorry I work for a living, I don't have time to wait around until 930 AM to let you get your ducks in a row to tell me when you're going to come do a service I paid/booked two weeks ago. All I can say is the tech better have my counter installed PERFECTLY and quickly when he finally shows up at my house.

I wish I would have read these reviews before using this company. They messed up our edge, cut the overhang too short and messed up a cabinet putting it in. It s been 3 weeks and still fighting with them to fix it. Horrible costumer service, nobody knows how to return a call. Unbielvable that this is how someone would run a company. No apology s or anything.

Horrible experience. It took 6 hours to install a simple counter top. They cut the counter top in my kitchen causing the stone dust to go everywhere. Took us over a day to clean the mess up. I reached out to the company and received no apology or concern. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

We had the worst experience imaginable with this company!! They measured the granite countertops wrong 4 times!! The sinks were off set on my bathroom vanity causing the drawer to be remade!! I would never allow this company into your home!! You will regret it!! No one knew what was going in!

Overall very positive experience from the template to the install. All employees were a pleasure to deal with. Counter-top looks great and fits well. Would highly recommend Top Line.

Unfortunately, my experience was not much different from others who went through Lowe's for countertop and had to deal this with company. The only good news...I was able to cancel my order after being unsuccessful for over two weeks to get an appointment scheduled for the counter templates with them. They continued to call my house phone even after I left two voicemails and Lowe's sent an email to them on my behalf asking them to contact my cell phone to schedule the appointment. It was clear after the first time that they were intentionally doing it. Perhaps they are overbooked and trying to buy time? Whatever the reason, it is very poor customer service. Glad I don't have to waste anymore time with this company.

@ Top line, I did return the call every time but was always transferred to voicemail. Never could reach the woman who handled scheduling.

I just moved into a condo and looked through the paperwork and noticed that Topline did the new kitchen and bathrooms - they are beautiful and one of the reasons I purchased the condo. The work is impeccable and my father was a contractor so I have an eye for detail when it comes to remodeling. Thanks for such a great job!

Although this post comes up under my son, David Yannazzone???? My name is Cecelia Kett. I contracted with LOWE'S for complete demolition and renovation of my kitchen and bathroom. When I was advised that the countertops would be done by Top Line Company, I immediately went online to research the reviews. I must admit, after reading some of the negative reviews, I was a bit apprehensive. However, after addressing my concerns with our contractor, I was re-assured that he was impressed with installations done by Top Line.
I must admit I am a bit of a perfectionist, having said that, from start to finish, (11 days) this company was OUSTANDING! From Annie, who answered the phone to Barbara,the scheduler, to Cody, the template guy to the insanely professional installers, I am thrilled with the performance of this company! My quartz countertops are PERFECT! I highly recommend Top Line of Pennsauken to anyone desiring beautiful countertops and great, professional service!

After reading so many scathing reviews about this company, I felt obliged to write one of my own after my installation experience. I also had a hard time scheduling my template, but once that was done, the rest of the installation was a breeze. Two professional, friendly, knowledgeable young men showed up ahead of schedule (one hour) and within 20 minutes my new counter top was in place and my kitchen cleaned up. They told me how to care for the surface before leaving. They even brought me the leftover product to use as a cutting board. The counter top looks beautiful. While I agree that the office staff leaves a lot to be desired, the installers more than made up for it. Happy customer!

Don't have installation yet but so far all contact with this company has been great. Called to schedule measurements when expected, tech. person called as expected and then appeared on time just as scheduled. Tech was very knowledgeable, professional and nice.

We used Top Line through Lowes for a Solid Surface Counter top. Top Line showed up on time. Answered all my questions and did a beautiful installation. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them in the future.

Update- If you are wondering why you are receiving many negative reviews it is because you are not an effective business owner. I did read my warrantee and the defect was not causes by me which us why you came out and repaired it. Interestingly i have a crack in the SAME spot you repaired. My warrantee clearly states it should be repaired. Your comment that I damaged the Quartz is based on nothing but a lie. I will be reaching out to LG Viatera so that they are aware of your poor business practice. Read your reviews and be honest with what is going on here.

I have a 15 year warrantee from LG Viatera that clearly states they will repair a defect in the counter tops. Top Line came here a few years ago to repair a chip in the quartz and now there is a chip in the same location. I left messages for Gayle who never called me back. I finally spoke with her after calling four times. She told me chips are not "a warrantee issue" I explained they were covered last time they came out and that the chip is in the same area which indicates a defect in the quartz. I have a copy of my receipt and warrantee. She said she would check again and call me. That was over a month ago and still no return call. Hopefully this review can be changed when I receive the service I deserve.

Very good experience with Top Line. I was aligned to them through my local Lowes store in Oaks, PA and the staff who came to do the measurements and installation were friendly, punctual, and did nice work. I'd recommend them with no reservation based on my experience.

I recently had purchased new kitchen cabinets from Cabinets to Go in Kearny NJ and the manager, Justin, convinced me to use their countertop company for our quartz counters that we wanted. I am absolutely glad that I did. Our quartz counters are perfectly gorgeous. The employees at Top Line were also a pleasure to deal with. Dale and Annie from customer service were a delight to speak to. Bill came out to measure and template the counters and was friendly and extremely knowledgeable and the installers, Pedro and Jose were an excellent team. They did excellent work and we courteous and clean. They allmade me feel like I was family to the Top Line Company. They even spoke very highly about their boss,Bruce MacLachlan, which proves to me that Top Line is an amazing company. Great work Top Line and keep up your great leadership Bruce. Whatever your doing is working quite well.

Took over 3 months from purchase date to installation. Scheduling the template to be done was like pulling teeth. I played phone tag with Barbara from scheduling for over a week even after giving her my work number because of an issue with my voicemail. It was a chore just to schedule the template then after not hearing anything from them about scheduling installation the counter tops weren't even done yet!! When I called and complained I basically got I'm sorry to hear that but here are all the reasons your wrong. The ladies in the office while nice over the phone were not very helpful in resolving the scheduling issues. I am generally a patient person when having customer service issue but 3 months??? If you don't expect things to be completed in a timely fashion this is the company for you.

We have had an overall positive and professional experience with Topline Company. Everyone from customer service, the rep that did the measurements to the installers have been very professional and attentive. We highly recommend!

Top Line is a great company to work with. Their turn-around time was only two weeks from template to installation! We forgot to tell them we wanted a different edge when they were there for our template, and we called them afterwards and they reassured us everything would be fine. We went with a quartz countertop and it's beautiful! We highly recommend them!

I am very disappointed with this company recommended by Lowes in East Stroudsburg, PA. The template was done DECEMBER 4, 2020. I am still waiting for my counter to be installed correctly. So many mistakes, poor communication, forget brackets, unacceptable workmanship, counter was off by almost an inch along the backsplash, went beyond the knee wall, did not round the edges, and time frame has been a nightmare. Waiting to start over with the company, the new template was done March 2, the materials are not in yet. The kitchen has been ripped apart for over 3 MONTHS. They should offer a partial refund. Stay clear of this company.

Clean! Beautiful work! Showed up when they promised! The guy that came out to measure was very nice and personable. He told us to ask any questions we may have and answered all of them. Would use these guys again! Already recommended them!

Where do I begin... They have cut the counter top wrong twice for the length. The edge cut was also done wrong but I was told sorry not our problem and you're stupid when I called. The quarts was also cut uneven. Scheduling is horrible the ladies in the office are horrible. The quarts was cut to short so the cabinet was exposed since they made the templets you would think it was their fault. They did not accept that they cut it wrong and said an extra $200 has to be paid to come back with the correct size piece. They spent 3 hours using a machine to take templets so how is it my fault? Why do I have to suffer and find more money?? This process has been going on for two months. I have been washing my dishes in a bucket. Was told the owner would call us to figure this out, that never happened. I've called 10 times and I'm always told we will call you back. They never do. We've missed several days of work because of this business.

Jul 10, 2018. Renee and Carl did an awesome job installing my quartz vanity top and under mount sinks. The 8 foot top needed a seam due to the layout of the bathroom, too many obstacles to do in 1 piece from wall to wall. You really have to look hard to find it. Very courteous and professional workers.

Purchased granite countertop through Lowes and Top Line handled the process from choosing our slab, to templating the countertop, to installing the granite. We couldn't love our counters more! They are beautiful, the seam near the sink looks great, the template was perfect as the counters fit great. We asked Top Line to make sure the counters were cut so that certain parts of the granite slab that we didn't love (they were darker) were avoided as much as possible. They did an excellent job, in spite of my rather vague direction, lol. The guys that came to template and install were all polite, friendly, skilled, and showed up on time. I would definitely recommend using Top Line for your counters. We are very satisfied.

Great workmanship and professional attitude. They were in and out in a short period of time and cleaned up everything before leaving. From start to end they were awesome.

We've ordered a new Granite Counter Top to replace our existing Laminate Counter Top though Lowes. Top Line is doing the install on Feb 3 2018. So far Top Line has been the easiest part of the replacement. Their scheduling department was quickly in touch with us to do the Template. Barb there was much more informative than the "professionals" at Lowes. She save us a bunch of money that Lowes insisted we needed to spend. Bill Prinz from Top Line did the template. He was on time and did a quick job. He also was much more informative than the "professional" at Lowes.

So far Top Line is only getting a 4 Star Review because the install is not done yet. But, if they keep up the great work they have done so far, We'll be changing it to 5 stars.

The only thing I must say that WE did wrong was to go through Lowes. They have made this project much harder than it really needed to be. I wish I had gone directly through Top Line. Lowes told us that the installers DO NOT uninstall. Lowes told us that we absolutely had to have our old counter top removed to do the template. Lowes told us that the installer would not install our new counter top unless we had braces installed for the Breakfast Bar over hang.

Barb at Top line assured us that it was not required to remove the old counter for the template. Bill asked if we were removing the old counter or if they were. That proves that once again Lowes is wrong. The installers do remove the old also. Bill also said that we should be fine with out braces at all, but in any case they would be in their way during the install. Once again Lowes wrong and Top line makes our life easier.

Moral of my story. DON'T go to Lowes to start a counter top job. Go directly to Top Line.

After reading several reviews on here, I started to get a little concered. I did not use Lowes for my cabinets which is where I think a lot of the problems arrise. Template scheduling for my granite was easy and was completed in about 30 minutes. A week later the install date was set, workers showed up on time and completed the job in what I felt was a decent amount of time. Job area was swept when they completed and even swept the entrance into my house as to not track the snow/icemelt in. Nice job and would recommend

Remodeling our entire kitchen has been stressful. When we set up for someone to come out from Lowe s they got someone out ASAP and Ross was such a great help and explained everything he could. About 10days after he came we called the company to find out the status on the counter tops and they couldn t find our order then when they found it our order was red flagged, no one called us not Lowe s not Topline no one! Totally upset me, like I wasn t already... finally about a week goes by and we have an answer they will be delivering it any day!! What a relief! The counter tops arrive and I love them. We did not have them installed by I have a husband who me can do multiple of handy man things. As I go to look underneath I see that our over hang on our island looks like if to much pressure get put on it, it will snap right off. So I call and Topline reassured me that it will be just fine. We shall see how everything goes with two kids running around we shall see the sturdiest. Thank you for the counter top...you should give your answering service a class on speaking to consumers!

Overall great experience, from template to install, we couldn t have asked for more. Templater was professional and accurate and very informative as we learned our way through our first granite countertop process. Installers were just as great! Made sure the seam was barely noticeable and everything flowed with the grain of the stone. We truly couldn t have asked for a better experience.

The worst experience and work you will ever experience. Top line is a terrible company with bad work, unprofessional behavior and expensive to boot. Lowes should cease to do business through them. We spent more than $2200 for a less than 10 by 10 kitchen counter top and had the worst experience. Back office people are horrible and not prompt at all. The guy who came out to install did such an amateur job a handyman would even be embarrassed about and they claim to have over 20 hrs of experience.
POOR SERVICE, WORSE WORK and Terrible skills.

Technician called before arriving, and arrived on time, was very thorough and asked all the right questions about overhangs, back splashes, and sink locations. This is my third time ordering counter tops from Topline, and will continue to order all my counter tops from them in the future. "Dave's Remodeling and Renovations".

Ordered a countertop through Lowe's with Top Line as the fabricator/installer. Lowe's was great, Top Line not so much. Top Line's communication is horrendous. Multiple calls and emails go unresponded to. Lowe's had to intervene to garner a response and information. I would have been understanding in regards to the pandemic and its effects on the order and timeline had Top Line offered any sort of a response to my inquiries, as weeks and months go by after spending thousands of dollars on something undelivered all I wanted was an update/response. I would wait weeks at a time for a response before following up. Nothing. Four months of lack of response and no updates on the order and I've had enough.. The templater for TopLine was fantastic. I'll give them that. The rest of customer service, very weak. Cancelled my order and will gladly pay more at a local vendor that's actually responsive and has a product they can deliver.

In response to Top Line's response...I agreed to wait, but I did not agree to be ignored. Had your company bothered to respond to any of my numerous outreach attempts, I'd have continued to wait.

Installers were fast, clean, and knowledgeable. They even helped me with advice on appliances that were being delivered while they were there.

Ok so the template was made wrong, then the supervisor said the cabinets are not square. Still trying to figure out how he came to that conclusion over the phone, and how thats possible if the template was made off the cabinets that havent moved. Supervisor refused to get on the phone, however i was able to here him on the phone telling the installer what he thought of me. As a contractor doing my own kitchen, ill be sure to recommend them to no one. Ty lowes of manchester for setting me up with these folks.

Absolutely worst experience I've ever had when having countertops made. Scheduling for a template and install was a pain in itself. Every time you called them, it seemed as if you were ruining their day. Always had some time of negative attitude. I paid for a backsplash and they forgot to make it when they installed the countertops. Took 4 weeks to come back with it! Not an apology, discount, nothing was given! Don't waste your time and money with this company and save yourself the headache!

I am very happy with Topline Co. The template and counter installation was easy to set an appointment to meet my schedule and they where very prompt. Both techs were very personable and helpful with all my questions. I would recommend them. I did go thru Lowes
