When I lived in Newbury I would skip this hospital and go straight to London 80% of the time. Especially for the children.

I ve been to emerge numerous times and every time the RN at the front desk has always been rude and unprofessional. Everytime I ve came here she always seems annoyed to have people come in.
The doctors who are actually suppose to help the patients who come in, usually don t provide proper help & have told me everytime to go to my own doctor because they aren t trained in that certain field.

Terrible service!! 1 Doctor running ENTIRE hospital we were told, on a long weekend at that. 1 gentlemen there when we arrived. Poor Senior said he had been there for 7 hours and was so cold. Staff were rude. Waste of A LOT of time! Sad... St Thomas worth the drive.

Very efficent. In and out in 2 hours. Had temperture, blood pressure, blood work, ekg, chest exray and covid test. Seen doctor twice. In a big city would have been 6-8 hours easy.

Visited for an outpatient ultrasound appointment. Everyone from patient registration to the tech was extremely helpful and friendly. Awesome experience.

The Doctor and Nurses were quick and so kind and helpful.
I really appreciated all that they did for me.

In & out quickly although I am a little disappointed that the emergency entrance isn't easier to find during daylight... Can't imagine it at night

Nice staff. Great hospital for a small town who deal with smaller communities

Been going here for years and the service has always been brutal. Staff is often miserable, rude, and unprofessional. It's never busy yet the wait time is insane, on average about 3 hours just for them to tell you you're fine. You leave as you come in and you know just about the same. WebMD does a better job diagnosing then their staff. Free health care at its finest!

The care from all the staff at this hospital has aways been excellent. I just want to know, has anyone else felt as though they are overly concerned as to why you came? I have come in bleeding I have come in with swollen body parts I have come in with partially blinded. Every single time they ask me so why'd you come today? They ask regardless of how self-evident it is.

The wonderful Angels here saved my life!
Forever Grateful

I been to this hospital twice now for a 3-4 week cold and they have done nothing to help. I wouldn't even give this a star. Been there a few times and I would never go back.

I would never go back there again I would never take my family back there to this hospital it's all play time I swear no one works there front desk always laughing and moving Halloween decorations. Both doctors I seen are rediclious and no help

I think all doctors who's arent from this country needs to go back to there country.
