Ordered a countertop through Lowe's with Top Line ...
Ordered a countertop through Lowe's with Top Line as the fabricator/installer. Lowe's was great, Top Line not so much. Top Line's communication is horrendous. Multiple calls and emails go unresponded to. Lowe's had to intervene to garner a response and information. I would have been understanding in regards to the pandemic and its effects on the order and timeline had Top Line offered any sort of a response to my inquiries, as weeks and months go by after spending thousands of dollars on something undelivered all I wanted was an update/response. I would wait weeks at a time for a response before following up. Nothing. Four months of lack of response and no updates on the order and I've had enough.. The templater for TopLine was fantastic. I'll give them that. The rest of customer service, very weak. Cancelled my order and will gladly pay more at a local vendor that's actually responsive and has a product they can deliver.
In response to Top Line's response...I agreed to wait, but I did not agree to be ignored. Had your company bothered to respond to any of my numerous outreach attempts, I'd have continued to wait.
