I HAD to use them because I bought my granite through Lowes and they subcontracted to this company. Their tech who came out to do my template Bill was EXTREMELY rude, repeating himself forcefully every two seconds on the phone that "EVERYTHING had to be off the counter, and I mean everything". Then when I ask about using my sink cut out, which is approximately 2 sq feet of product, as a cutting board which is about 60-70$, I am told that it falls to the floor and breaks there is nothing that can be done about it. Okay, then provide me with a credit for the piece you are deliberately breaking and refusing to even TRY to save for me. No we don't do that either. Then tell me how the other 3 granite companies I spoke to all do this? Ridiculous. When I called Lowe's and told them about everything, THEY are the ones that provided me with the credit for all my aggravation with this place off THEIR cost. That should NOT have come out of their pockets, it should have come out of Top Lines. And finally, they book your install date but don't tell you a time frame until the morning of install. I'm sorry I work for a living, I don't have time to wait around until 930 AM to let you get your ducks in a row to tell me when you're going to come do a service I paid/booked two weeks ago. All I can say is the tech better have my counter installed PERFECTLY and quickly when he finally shows up at my house.
