Unfortunately, my experience was not much different from others who went through Lowe's for countertop and had to deal this with company. The only good news...I was able to cancel my order after being unsuccessful for over two weeks to get an appointment scheduled for the counter templates with them. They continued to call my house phone even after I left two voicemails and Lowe's sent an email to them on my behalf asking them to contact my cell phone to schedule the appointment. It was clear after the first time that they were intentionally doing it. Perhaps they are overbooked and trying to buy time? Whatever the reason, it is very poor customer service. Glad I don't have to waste anymore time with this company.

@ Top line, I did return the call every time but was always transferred to voicemail. Never could reach the woman who handled scheduling.
