Update- If you are wondering why you are receiving many negative reviews it is because you are not an effective business owner. I did read my warrantee and the defect was not causes by me which us why you came out and repaired it. Interestingly i have a crack in the SAME spot you repaired. My warrantee clearly states it should be repaired. Your comment that I damaged the Quartz is based on nothing but a lie. I will be reaching out to LG Viatera so that they are aware of your poor business practice. Read your reviews and be honest with what is going on here.

I have a 15 year warrantee from LG Viatera that clearly states they will repair a defect in the counter tops. Top Line came here a few years ago to repair a chip in the quartz and now there is a chip in the same location. I left messages for Gayle who never called me back. I finally spoke with her after calling four times. She told me chips are not "a warrantee issue" I explained they were covered last time they came out and that the chip is in the same area which indicates a defect in the quartz. I have a copy of my receipt and warrantee. She said she would check again and call me. That was over a month ago and still no return call. Hopefully this review can be changed when I receive the service I deserve.
