Took over 3 months from purchase date to installation. Scheduling the template to be done was like pulling teeth. I played phone tag with Barbara from scheduling for over a week even after giving her my work number because of an issue with my voicemail. It was a chore just to schedule the template then after not hearing anything from them about scheduling installation the counter tops weren't even done yet!! When I called and complained I basically got I'm sorry to hear that but here are all the reasons your wrong. The ladies in the office while nice over the phone were not very helpful in resolving the scheduling issues. I am generally a patient person when having customer service issue but 3 months??? If you don't expect things to be completed in a timely fashion this is the company for you.
