I can't begin to thank Chase Asay enough for the wonderful experience he gave my daughter when she bought her car!!! He did everything he could, above and beyond a wonderful customer service experience!!!! As a mother, I wanted to make sure my daughter was going to get a good and reliable car that is safe for her and her children and also a price I knew she could afford being a single, young mother. Chase made that happen for both of us!!! I will be going to him as soon as I am able to get a new car for me!!!! I recommend Tim Dahle Nisson Southtowne and Chase Asay as your sales representative, I PROMISE, he will take great care of you and make sure your buying experience is the best!!!
Thanks again!!! Can't wait until I can get a car for me!!!!

I dropped my car off Friday night bc I had to replace my front wheel bearings. I didn t know if it would ready by. I was thinking Monday. Saturday morning I went in to get a loaner car and was told it was already finished and under my warranty! Very quick and friendly service!
I drive a 2018 Nissan Rogue. I came in to get a part fixed on my car that was still under warranty. I called ahead and set an appointment, when I arrived at the service center I asked if this was covered under warranty, they said it should be as my car was still under the "bumper to bumper" warranty (3yrs 36k miles) and that the procedure would be less than an hour. After over an hour of sitting in the lobby they came and told me they wouldn't honor this under warranty because the part that needed to be replaced was broken... which we already knew and was the reason I came in to get it replaced. They assumed, with no evidence, that it had be broken by someone else and wasn't a manufacture defect. I have four of these parts in my vehicle, three of which work fine, however this one does not, it sounds like a manufacturer defect to me. I purchased the car used and have no record of previous work done on the vehicle. They said the repair would be a little over $200. I told them no thanks and that I would go somewhere else. I'm still waiting for my car maybe I'll be out of here before the two hour mark.
Update - After nearly two hours, the came back and gave me my keys and walked out the service entrance door. The associate had no idea where my car was parked and pointed toward a sea of nissan cars and said he thought it was somewhere over there.
Two days after picking up my Murano from Teansfer case repairs - it was leaking worse than before I took it in. They broke my axel and made me pay 1/2! They put a after market in without my constant! I left a message with the service writer on Tuesday and 4 days later still no one has called me back! I lost 5 days pay while my car was down and I have reached out to the dealership association and media! It s so unprofessional and I m positive Nissan will not appreciate at either since I purchased a 2019 Murano in cash -6 months after this one.
Cameron was very nice and helpful. I did have issues with getting a ride back to work. I signed up for the shuttle and was told the shuttle would be there to take me to work "shortly". 40 minutes later I went to the counter and asked how much longer. At that point, she called me an uber. Then when my car was finished I told them I had made my own arrangements and had a ride back to Tim Dahle to pick up my car. About 30 minutes later I had 2 different uber drivers call me to say they had been scheduled to pick me up from work. The gals at the counter didn't take a lot of responsibility in getting things done I felt.
ZERO STARS!!!! It took the 3 hours to change my oil!! I know because went at noon on a Friday and didn t leave until after 3:30! Horrible service. Hardly even a sorry. That oil change should have been free for that kind of wait.
I get service on my Altima done here and they're usually quick and have a shuttle service if it's going to take a while. I'm always happy with the results. I've been going here for 2 years and have never had a bad experience.
My wife left here frustrated and overwhelmed from just going to go get an oil change. They told her everything that was wrong with the car, and bombarded her with what she should do. They didn't clean the car or do anything beneficial that Ken Garff does when you get an oil change. Very disappointed.
I had a great experience working with Dakota on my new pre-owned car. Found the car online and called in. Dakota sent me pictures and a video when I asked for details. He also came up to Salt Lake City for me to check out the vehicle in person and we drove down to finish up the paperwork. So far the car has been great! Alan with the finance department was great to work with as well. Explained everything in detail. Thanks again guys!
My husband and I purchased a car in October last year and still don't have the title. It has been quite the fiasco as it seems like first they lost it, then they didn't know where it came from, and then weren't able to get it from the people once they finally figured it out and now it's out of their hands because the DMV has to deal with it. Each time we would call about two weeks before our temp expired and they would sound surprised and not really know what was going on, promising to call back and then not doing so. I feel that we have been more than patient. The only bone they've tossed our way is a few free oil changes.
Such an amazing place to buy and service a car!! My Armada that Cameron sold me is awesome and everytime I get it serviced I m always taken care of!! The service manager is the best and he has the best crew in town!!!
The team at Tim Dahle Nissan in Sandy has always been there for me ever since I purchased my very first car! Every time I come in for a check-up, oil change, or just to browse the car lot, the staff is always so friendly and always accommodates all my car needs. I already can't wait to purchase my next new car.
Took my car in for warranty work. They were sloppy & lazy. Left a light in the engine compartment, drained the fluids & didn't refill. Won't be going back.
When we went in from test driving a car a woman sitting outside told us not to buy a car from here it was the worst experience ever. We didn't listen and now I wish we had!! GO TO ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP theres a bunch! NIGHTMARE!
We had a really great experience in here purchasing a Nissan NV! The sales manager helped us out and he was very good to work with. If a Nissan is in our future we will definitely come here again.
Buy the car was a good experience. However, I feel they are lacking in communication, competence, and speed. Good intentions, but I will probably go somewhere else for car repairs from now on. This is an updated review after purchasing a car, and going in on multiple occasions for services and repairs.
Beware, dishonest advertising! I called the store several times about a car listed online and nobody could ever give me any answers about the car, they just kept saying to come down and see what they have. After several calls to them I gave up but then they started calling me multiple times a week asking when I was going to come in and test drive the car I was interested in. I kept saying I would come in as soon as they could answer my questions and finally a sales manager told me they didn't even own the car I wanted, it was a fake add, but they had others I would like. They list fake cars online at awesome prices... bait and switch. Thanks for wasting my time!
I have less than average credit, and dread going into a car dealership because I have always felt like "they" treat me like the red headed step child. Mackie and Big Al over at Tim Dahle Nissan Southtowne completely changed my car buying experience. They treated us like VIP's from the moment we walked through the door, and worked hard to get us a deal that was best for us and that we were extremely happy with! They were kind, respectful and sensitive to our current needs, and offered options and programs that could help us repair our credit to fulfill our future desire of becoming homeowners! We were there to purchase a car, but it felt more like we were catching up with friends we had known forever! I have recommended my family and friends to them, and I feel completely comfortable knowing that they are in capable and caring hands. I have become a happy, and loyal customer of Tim Dahle Nissan Southtowne because of Mackie, and Big Al...you two are doing a great thing!
I love this dealership. The staff goes out of their way to make everyone feel at home. I will continue to recommend this dealership to everyone I meet.
My mom came in to look at an internet special on a new car and they refused to give her an offer that was at the online listed price... Shady practices from the sales manager.
At a previous date I had good dealings with Alan he was excellent to work with, on a used car.
Steven Galaso was so incredibly helpful. I went in based on the recommendation of a friend and she definitely did me a huge favor. Steven made sure he was honest, upfront, and clear with me. He worked to ensure the others I felt comfortable with the process along the way from beginning to end. I had a tough ask, but Steven never treated me like a chore or a challenge. I m so happy to have worked with an actual honest and great car salesman. I guess unicorns are real after all!!
Had an appointment, salesman was a half hour late, said he talked to everyone else but didn't find me....I was sitting with everyone else....never came by to look for anyone. The car I was looking at had a number of scratches on it for being 3 years old, including a huge 2.5 inch by .5 inch chunk out of the front bumper. Car drove fine. When we got to talk price, "I" was supposed to pick up the tab on the huge number of scratches and the chunk out of the front bumper, really low ball on my trade in made a deal on the car impossible, I was going to pay cash too, no need for financing. They didn't budge at all on the price of the used car. Terrible experience overall. I wish I could give zero stars.
We were told that that an oil change would be added with the repair of our heating system. The heating system was not repaired and the oil change was not done. We will have to bring in our vehicle again to have the heating system repaired. We also desired a full vehicle detail and were surprised that 1) we were treated as though we couldn't afford it and were told "it's really expensive", and 2) it wasn't added to our appointment as we had requested. We had been treated really well up until the past few months. We are not asking for VIP treatment, but we would like to have appointments honored and valued as our time is valuable. We went without our main family vehicle for a day and a half without a loaner car and we didn't get anything close to what we asked and paid for. It was essentially a wasted day and a half. We understand there are numerous things going on at your facility, but we have felt as though "making an appointment" is just as good as walking in and that our time was not valued.
Started buying this car 12 days ago. Was quoted one price, and the contract showed a different price( monthly payment) over $30 in monthly payments for extra stuff.. 6 trips back and forth after agreement to buy car. Worst car buying experience ever
My Experience with salesman Josh Stewart was amazing. He really helped me find the car of my dreams. I couldn't have found what i wanted without his help. i would recommend him to anyone who wanted to by a car. He was the most helpful honest person. and i couldn't have asked for anyone better to help with this experience
By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Jacob Mulivai at Tim Dahle Nissan in draper is the most professional car salesman I have had the pleasure of meeting & doing business with. I will be back to see him for my next car purchase GUARANTEED!!!
I was pleased with the service but felt wary of the surroundings to make sure everything was safe for me in the building. There were few people who didn't wear masks that made me feeling uneasy. And, while in the waiting room, one of the TVs wasn't enabled with closed captioning. I highly recommended to leave it on at all times due to the fact a State Bill (HR3) has passed that all TVs must be enabled with captioning. Check it out. And, one of the nicest things that happened is the communication system - texting. It helped me greatly due to the fact I'm deaf. I considered a very deaf-friendly service. Thank you for this!
Didn't like my experience here. Staff was helpful during my visit and I did get the help I needed. But at the end of my visit, the employee I was speaking to said something I found odd, "Everyone goes off of NADA for trade in value" I thought that was weird because my bank was using Kelly Blue Book, and this other dealer doesn't use either of them. But after me pointing that out he just stated, "I've been in the business for 15 years so I know what I'm talking about" Now that wasn't the part I'm posting this review about. They gave me the price of $10,800 for trade in on my car, so I decided that was not a good enough amount to justify doing that, so I of course declined. And then the aforementioned stuff happened, then they almost were belittling to how they basically said, "Go to our competitor across the street, they'll definitely give you a different answer."
Those words by themselves might be seen as a cool thing to do, but his tone of voice suggested that he was questioning my intelligence and treating me like a child that knows nothing. Unfortunately for him I don't take things lying down and I do extensive research.
Unless things are remedied in some way, I will never set foot in a Nissan dealer for the rest of my life, and everyone I know will hear about this encounter.
I do feel it to be unfortunate that one person's attitude would change my mind so much about an entire company, but it is what it is.
I don't wish for that person to be fired or anything severe, but I do believe he needs to change his approach to customers, even if they end up deciding not to buy from him. Because where I work, that doesn't fly, no matter how nosy the customer. After all, they are still a customer in the end.
When I first went in to see the vehicle I was interested in, the "experienced" salesman that helped us didn't know ANYTHING about the car and it's not because they had just gotten it in, they had had it for a few months. (How embarrassing is that?!) He didn't know past history, where it came from, the type of engine or features or anything. My husband knew all of that info. The only thing the salesman was good for was to allow us to take it on a test drive. Once we started talking numbers, we liked the offer we got and decided to go ahead and purchase the vehicle. We went into the financial office and signed paper work. We were very very rushed during that process and I was told more than a couple of times "oh you don't need to read that fine print, I've already explained, just go ahead and sign here" it made me feel as if they were hiding something, not a good sign. To top it all off, the vehicle was super dirty when we drove it off the lot. Jose, our salesman, told us that while we filled out paper work that he'd have it detailed and have gas put in. They put in a 1/4 of a tank of gas and had the wheels shined. The inside had greasy finger prints, foot prints, there was mud all over the inside trim, the center console was sticky like a drink had been spilled and the windshield, front any back, were disgusting. Just because it's a used car, doesn't mean it shouldn't be detailed and filled up. The last two other dealerships we have dealt with had filled the tank of gas to the full line and had asked us to inspect the car to make sure it's clean enough before we drive it home. It gets worse, My temp tags expired in May, it is now August and I still don't have my plates. Every time we have asked for new temp tags they tell us they can't give them to us because it will delay receiving our plates by a month. Then they started telling us they LOST the paper work and we had to go in a fill it out again but still refused to give us new temp tags. They just told us that if we got a ticket to take it to them and they would pay for it. Still no plates, this time they not only LOST the paper work again but apparently the finance guy didn't even fill it out right. What the hell?!! We filled out paper work once again and were promised plates in 2 weeks. Two weeks later still no plates. Apparently the paper work got lost and part of it wasn't even filled out when it got filed. This time we told them we were returning the car. They told us that they could drop the payment by $20 and that they could extend the payment due date by a month, told us to take a few days to think about it and come back and fill out paper work, AGAIN. Over the weekend we got pulled over by UHP. They told us that the VIN number on the vehicle isn't even registered to their dealership. Hell, it's not even under the previous owner or anything! They said that even if we are awaiting for plates and the dealership lost the paperwork, the vehicles VIN number should still be registered to them or us but it's not. UHP told us that it's no where to be found and that its in our best interest to return the vehicle as soon as we can, that the dealership has no right to treat us this way and that the VIN not being found anywhere is more than a little red flag. We did just that, returned the car and paid for the mileage we put on it. Good riddance!! This has literally been the Worst experience EVER! Do not buy from these people! So many bad reviews and they are notorious with not being able to provide plates let alone temp tags. Not worth your time!
Very disapointed with the sales team had been talking to the sales manager James through out the day and set up an appointment for the following morning to test drive a subaru that they had listed on the web and I told them I would be taking it to get looked out and James said not a problem. I showed up for my appointment and met with Brant Graves who does not listen to his customers about what they want. they told that they could not show me the car as it has to much engine trouble why in the hell could they not tell me the night before instead of wasting my time coming down there. then they tried to sell me an SUV which I told them I did not want a SUV because of gas prices, will never go back, and would tell everyone I know to stay away from then
It's official customer service is DEAD! Took my wife's car here a few times in the past 6 months and every time I did I had a HORRIBLE experiance. They even flat out told me lies to get me to keep my car there. I asked their manager to call me and Mark never even tried. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this place. They honestly only got 1 star so I could post this.
We have been burned by dealerships before, but our experience at Tim Dahle Nissan has been great so far! They really care about helping people build their credit back up. We are excited about their credit building program and a big selling point for us was that they care about us as clients and want to work with us in the future-- they don't just want to make a sale. Mackie is the best financial manager! He fought so hard for us! He helped bring the interest down as low as possible and he was able to bring the overall price of the car down. Jose is amazing as well! He has great communication skills, he's very personable, and wasn't a pushy sales guy! They both worked really hard to get us the best deal for our situation. I could tell they really care. We're excited to be working with TD Nissan and look forward to future business with them. Love my new car! Thanks, Mackie and Jose!
Jose Feliz couldn't have been better! Not only was he very quick in getting into my new Nissan Altima, he referred me to a great insurance company & enrolled me into a credit score repair program. I had my 3 year old daughter with me and Jose helped me keep her happy and occupied while he helped me find my dream car!
My boyfriend and I recently bought a 2009 Corvette and traded in our Cruze. Brandon made it an amazing experience! He was so friendly and professional. He made us feel like a priority and didn't beat around the bush. We were working with Larry H Miller and it was a horrible experience. So glad we chose a different route and went to Tim Dahle. Thanks Brandon!
DO NOT BUY a car from this dealership. They will lie and misrepresent their cars. I bought at 2019 Telsa from them on Saturday night after they confirmed this car had full auto pilot navigation and summons. They sold this car for $51,500 stating it does have the features requested. I found out the next day that it does not have the features as represented by the dealership. I called Tesla gave them the Vin number they stated that this car does not have the features the dealership stated it has. I called the dealership and told them that it did not have the features as they stated it had. The salesman stated that he thought the car had the features, and he checked on it with the sales manager. I told the salesman I would come in to discuss the misrepresentation of the car. I went to the dealer and talk to the sales manager who stated he doesn't care that it doesn't have the features as represented and stated he is not going to do anything for me. I explained that this car is not worth even close to that amount of money that they sold it for if it does not have the features as represented. The sales manager told me there is nothing they would do. I explained to him that I have a recordingof the salesman stating that it had the features I requested. The sales manager stated he does not care and he will not do anything. I was absolutely mortified that this business would not stand behind the cars as they represent them. They out right lied to me to make a sell and then when caught in their lie simply stated to bad we don't care we will not help you. This is unbelievable this is fraudulent. Again I state do not buy a car from this car lot. They do not stand behind what they tell the buyers and they downright lie about the cars! I am lucky I Have proof that they lied and mis represented the car. I will be going to the Attorney General's office to see if there is anything that can be done about the fraud. I will also be contacting my own attorney for a lawsuit. If you buy a car from this lot make sure that you take audio or video of what they represent they will lie they don't care. Their service department seems to have good reviews but if you read through all of their reviews the sales department has very bad reviews. Please make sure to read through everything.
I own a 2012 Infiniti G37X that only came with one key when I Purchased the vehicle. I called the Infiniti dealership and several other Nissan dealerships to compare prices. Tim Dahle Nissan Southtowne quoted me $125. They also would charge the same to program three additional keys as one key. I went into today and they took care of it quickly. I was very impressed with their friendliness and professionalism. I was 100% happy with their service and would gladly recommend Tim Dahle Nissan Southtowne to program Nissan and Infiniti Intelligent Keys.
Love love love the service department and the sales staff, (if it weren't for them this would be a one star rating) but every time I'm here I find myself just hating the receptionists! You have to ask 3 or more times for them to do ANYTHING and then you can just listen to them talk loudly about boys and who they hate and everything else except seeing them do their job. I've had customer service and receptionist jobs and it really isn't hard to get up and fill up a coffee machine every once in awhile. The last time I was here, one of the receptionists spilled some coffee powder refilling the machine (also after asking 3 times) and she made a joke about it being cocaine. I'm sorry, but that is not appropriate for work, especially when there are 5 customers in the lobby within ear distance. Today I find myself just as disappointed as I sit here listening to them gossip after asking multiple times to refill the damn coffee machine. They reallly need to hire some new girls up there. I guess I need to just give up on trying to get free coffee here when I come for my routine oil changes!
I had the best experience with Jose Corona at Tim Dahle Southtowne. Before going to Tim Dahle I had gone to a couple of different places and I kept getting promises that weren't kept. Finally I found a Rogue that I loved and Jose kept me in the loop with everything. I will for sure purchase my next vehicle from him and send friends and family over to him!!
My husband and I just leased our second vehicle from this Tim Dahle dealership and are again very pleased with our experience there. One employee in particular; Stephen Galaso, went out of his way to make sure we were given the very best deal we could get. It's rare to find a salesperson who is as honest and fair as him. I would (and have) highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Nissan.
Andrew D. was very helpful in ensuring I found the Truck I wanted. Right off the bat I felt a sense of trust and transparency (unlike other car salesman I've dealt with in the past). Andrew is Knowledgeable, friendly, and made everything hassle-free. Tim Dahle is awesome!
I would like to take the time and say thank you to Jose Feliz for his patience and dedication to help me get a car also to Derick for his help and helping me improve my credit and Mackie for having to go through the ropes to get me my new car these guys have been awesome they played a big role in me getting my first brand new car and I really appreciate all of your help thank you guys so much
Not really thrilled with my experience.. I went in wanting to pay cash for a vehicle, but played it normal and wanted to see what they gave me ..was told it sold at auction.. then was told if it didn t sell at auction then they d call me... pretty pathetic service honestly, feel that because I was wanting a vehicle listed on the pre auction that I wasn t worth their time.
I went in to buy a q50 for the wife and Ben rojo was a great salesmen! He took us out on a test drive he made sure all of our questions were answered and made sure that we got the best deal we could thanks again!!
Was told after purchasing a car that its not their job to check a car out. they aren't in the business of telling customers that a car has a problem or finding problems on the cars, their in the business of selling cars. Silly me I thought i was paying a premium price 1000 over kbb max retail for a inspected car
Sterling Smith has been super helpful. He is very knowledgeable and quick with the deal making process. It s been a great pleasure dealing with him. He has gone above and beyond to include late nights the entire time in talking with him and couldn t have been happier. He is the first salesman that I felt actually listened to me and my needs rather than being pushy.
Picked up a new (to me) Nissan Rogue from @naomihooper this week. Buying a used car isn't fun but @naomi and her team made the experience comfortable and easy. Love the car. Thanks to the team for making it a pleasant experience.
If you come to Tim Dahle ReachOut to big Al he is the most generous person and will make sure you are taking care of, he is now someone that will have my respect and someone that I can always tell other people he will honestly take care if you . So great that we as a family left with two vehicles thank you so much
I drove down from Wyoming to buy a used car here yesterday. Dorian was the sales representative that I worked with--first over the phone and then when I got there. He was wonderful and a delight to work with. I found him very trustworthy and helpful. He answered all my questions thoroughly and provided exceptional service. Thank you Dorian!
Travis is AWESOME! He is always so friendly and takes the time to explain what is being done to my car, what I need to plan for the next appointment. He is just fantastic!
Looking to buy a truck, walked the entire lot and inside the building. Wasn't approached or asked if I need help once. All the salesman were sitting in their cubicles on their phones. Went elsewhere instead. Even the front desk lady was sitting in a chair watching TV in the lobby area.
They went above and beyond to help my family and me get into a vehicle that fit our budget and our preferences. The dealers at Tim Dahle Nissan in SANDY never pressured us in any way whatsoever. I know it sounds like an oxymoron but they are honest car dealers at this dealership. They did the math and got right back to us with the best offer from the banks. They gave us the best deal for our trade-in (another dealership told us we'd be in the negative a couple grand more than Tim Dahle). We had agreed to put $500 down on a vehicle but we still couldn't afford the monthly payment so they found us another vehicle that worked perfectly (even better actually!) and they asked for only $300 down instead! We were in and out in a considerablly quicker time than ever before at a dealership because they cut to the chase, they didn't try to squeeze every little bit they could out of our pocket books. They were straight forward and we appreciated that. We ended up with a vehicle a few years newer, a couple seats larger, with almost 50% lower interest rate, with almost 20,000 less miles, with the same length of time on our new loan that was on our old loan, with a better safety rating, and for not much more than we were paying on our old vehicle. All around I'd highly reccommend Tim Dahle Nissan in SANDY to anyone and everyone who is looking into buying a new vehicle. You won't be disappointed. BTW DON'T GO TO TIM DAHLE IN MURRAY. THEY WERE TOTAL HUSTLERS.
Absolutely horrible experience! I went in to look at a handful of cars off their trade-in lot. I had 3,000 cash and wanted a quick and easy transaction. After test driving several I decided on a Nissan Cube. It was listed on KSL for $2,250. The dealer told me it was $2,250 and that all fees should add 10% on. Then I sat down to sign papers and the dealer brings my offer to his manager. He comes back telling me that actually the car had been listed at the wrong price and it was really 4,000 plus fees. Needless to say I walked out very upset ,What horrible business!
From the moment we walked in, we were impressed. Mike spivey, our salesman was more than helpful. He wasn't pushy at all. He took us right to the car we were interested in and went over every detail and perk without us having to ask. The finance department of course could always be better, they always seem a little less than helpful and your payment is never what you want it to be (this is the only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars) If this was merely about our salesman, Mike it would have been 5 stars. Mike has even followed up several times since we purchased the car to see if there was anything further he could do for us.
I've never had a worse experience at a car dealership. First, my salesman told me he would get me new tires and car mats after I purchased the car. Four months later after he said he had ordered the parts, I had called and called and NEVER got any response from my salesman, I went back to the dealership for the third time since buying. They told me they could get me the tires and mats but they tried to get me to pay for it. My salesman told his boss that I was lying and I was never promised those things. The head manager on duty treated me like crap. I was floored. If you are looking for good customer service, DO NOT buy from here. Oh and one more thing, one of the tires they put on my car got a bulge in it after 7 months and they wouldn't replace it for me. Seriously so frustrated with this dealership and I will not purchase from Tim Dhale again.
I went back to Tim Dahle Southtowne for the second time. I did have a car in mind that I wanted. Our salesman Alan Denner let me test drive the car, and I really liked it. He did tell me about another car they had that was very similar to the one I went there to buy. I decided to look at that car. Turns out that I liked it more than the car I wanted at first. Good job Alan at reading your customer and making sure they are leaving very happy with the service they received
Stoney is the best. I had quite and awful experience first buying my truck here. We came in for a service and our experience alone with Stoney is the reason we will be coming back in the future to purchase a car for my wife. Watch out Nissan, my wife says we will come back for a second car as long as we get to work with Stoney and he gets the commission for it. He deserves a raise.
Driving up from California with my daughter we had a problem with a part coming loose under the Altima we were driving along with low pressure lamp warnings. I called the service department from our hotel and explained these issues. I was told to bring thr cat in, being we had a 12 hour drive still ahead of us going to Idaho. The service writers name that helped was Logan. He was very polite and friendly. Even though it was around 11am and the mechanics were no doubt busy, he got my car in and looked at immediately after the work order write up. My car issues were resolved within one hour and included all tires aired properly, the part that came loose under the car repaired, all fluids checked and topped off and they even washed the entire car to look new again after the 600 miles I had from my drive from California. I was confident at that point to drive the car for the next 11 hour stretch to our destination safely. This was a most impressive dealership experience I have yet experienced. My daughter and I were very grateful for the assistance so far from home. Logan should be recognized for excellent communication skills and providing us with exceptional service and honesty. This dealership also had a awesome customer lounge area that offered free soft drinks and ready made popcorn which were much appreciated. I would have loved to been able to have purchased a vehicle from this location just to be able to have it maintained here. Great job Logan...thank you for your help. I am irate with this company. Not only was the purchase experience horrible (The price of the car was advertised on their website at like $17,700. They kept sending numbers over with a higher than their own advertised purchase price and I kept getting the Oh yeah! I ll adjust that for you and it ll be all reflected on the paperwork when you get here! ) I am from out of town. I was not shown numbers until signing, at which point THEY STILL WERE NOT CORRECT. Then, they wouldn t even GIVE me the price they d advertised and had even promised that they would before I drove over!!!! They gave me an extra $500 for my trade (which they were already lower than what I could have gotten in my own town, so the $500 was less than helpful. We drove because of the price on the vehicle.) They would not budge. Should have been my first clue to walk away, but my husband really wanted the car so we did it anyway. Unfortunately the car didn t work for us the way that we had hoped, so we ended up trading it back in within a few months. Now I am having one hell of a time getting anyone to call me back regarding cancelling my extended warranty and GAP and it s been TWO WEEKS of multiple calls, voicemails and emails. I don t know if they re trying to stall and delay and hope we forget about it, but I am giving them one more shot today to handle it or I will have my attorney contact this place. I would advise anyone purchasing here to do their due diligence, make sure numbers are corrected on paper and go over everything with a fine toothed comb. I will leave names out of this review unless they don t call me back yet again. Buyer beware.
First, I did not purchase a Maxima. I bought a Titan. I was frustrated by the salesman admitting that he lied to me about something small, but consequential. The truck was not ready for purchase and it took me more than 24 hours to actually take possession of the vehicle.
****WARNING!!!****** *****DON'T BUY A VEHICLE HERE!!!!****** Bought a used Leaf. The finance guy said the added warranty would cover everything electrical. I even asked about the hv battery. Was told it was under the warranty. This was why I bought the car. The hv battery kept loosing voltage bars. When it was 6 white bars and 2 red bars. I took it in to have the hv battery replaced. I have only had the car 6 months!! The extended warranty wouldn't cover the battery. When I called the company for the warranty to find out what the problem was, I was informed that the warranty didn't cover anything that was electrical. My entire vehicle is electrical!!! The finance guy lied to me to sell a useless warranty. I have repeatedly called the guy who will not return my calls. The only way to get my money back and stop the useless warranty is to cancel with the finance guy!!!!! The 12 volt battery died it should have been replaced before my purchase. Since it died 6 months after buying the car! And cost me 500.00 to replace (over charged and charged labor for a part and labor for installation of the part.) And got stuck with 2 towing trucks bills of over $160.00! On top of that! So now I own a car I can't use the heat and I can't use the a/c and can't listen to the radio either. Because it will drain the battery and you can't even go 50 miles round trip. The estimate on miles drops rapidly as it get colder.
DON'T GET A CAR HERE!!! THEY WILL LIE to you every chance they get!!!
Thought I needed brakes replaced was told not needed even though I kept insisting they were bad. They could of easily taken advantage of this but they did not. They did however change the brake fluid as it was due. Honesty earns respect and return business.
I live out of town so I wont be returning. Service provider needs to be more careful, possibly cover the driver side floor. I was left with an oily dirty footprint on my floor mat. The lady who checked me in and out was excellent!
Seriously screw this place. They had a car I wanted that they posted online way to early before even finishing a financing deal with the previous owners of the car. Waited over a month checking in on it!! Then as they said it was available I schedule to see the car. They litterally sold it to someone over the phone 20mins prior. Worse sales men ever that only think of money. Nothing more and will never keep thier word. Please for the love of God don't buy from this place.
I bought my car in here 3 years ago. I go every time to have my oil change and regular maintenance. As well, every year to have my inspection and new sticker. Believe me they had all my trust until today. During my last oil change appt (about 3 weeks ago) I was told I need to have my engine belt replaced. I didn't do it that day because I had not the money for it. I called in last week to have it ordered and set up the appointment for this service. Tyler told me it took about 2 business day to have the belt and they or he will call me. I called in TODAY (March 26th 2019) since they haven't called me. No problem, I can also call, or so I thought. Besides that whenever you call (even they have a specific number whether is for service, parts or sales) no matter which one, nobody knows a thing. Well, after talking with "parts team", I was transferred to Tyler without notice and that person (I guess his name was Brian or Ryan) did not even explain him... whatever there is bad customer service everywhere nowdays... So I moved forward and explained everything again. I was on hold for 7 minutes until he found out they got the belt but for no reason (he said he did not know) I wasn't contacted. Well I told him I could take my car down today (from downtown area). About 5pm was not good because people were leaving. Told me on Saturday instead. I told him I never liked going on Saturdays there because even you have an appt before hand, that never matters, and you ended spending 2 and a half hours for an oil change, can you imagine how much will I wait for a belt replacement?. Then I asked him how much it will be for my stickers this year, he said this: there is NOT way to know until someone check your car. I told him that for the last 3 years I've called to know much it will be, and always always year by year I was told how much (no more nor less). It's been the worst conversation or the most lacking information about what they "do" every day. I asked him more questions which showed he had no clue about cars or mechanic business. I think I know more than him about cars. Completely useless. Then someone at work told me to look for other places, they are not only ones you know. I can say that I went down from $205 to $85 with belt include at a dealer no too far from them. I did the math on how much I've been paying for every single thing they have told me and how they have been lying to me. YOU BETTER START REVIEWING YOURSELVES, BECAUSE I SEE YOU CLOSING DOWN YOUR BUSINESS IN A COUPLE OF YEARS. NEVER COMING BACK, NOT EVEN FOR THE FREE CAR WASH I HAVE WITH YOU.
I went in to check out a few trucks and other SUV's that I might want to get in the near future. I was working with Wil and he was amazing! I did not feel pressured at all to do anything. I feel like he really was able to get me into the cars that I would love based on what I told him I wanted. He really knows his stuff and made me feel like a friend instead of a customer!
I had an amazing experience at Tim Dahle. When you visit ask specifically for Juan Cortes! He helped me find exactly the car I was looking for and went over a lot of options that would work best for me. He was so kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful.
