Tim Dahle Nissan in south Jordan was amazing! They were fast and very friendly, they got me into the vehicle that I really wanted, and kept my payment within my budget. I had the pleasure of working with Juan Cortez, and Jose Feliz they were amazing. 10/10 would recommend working with either of them, they worked with the style I wanted. They said you want this, well we will make it happen. They really know how to take care of their customers. Will be back, thank you!

Use a different dealer! When I purchased my car 2 years ago the service was decent - although it took hours longer than it should have. My problems began after I had a problem a year later. I could never get anyone to address my issue, and after waiting days and leaving multiple messages trying to speak to a manager I had to contact the Salt Lake Nissan dealership to resolve my issue. I will never do business with Southtowne, and I have asked them to remove me from their solicitation list, but I am still getting phone calls, emails, and letters trying to get me to buy a new car.

Bought a car about 4 months ago and since then it has been nothing but trouble. The shocks broke off the back the first month because they were the wrong size. There were no brake pads left on the rear so the brakes and rotors had to be replaced. And now the engine is leaking oil which is causing the knock sensor to malfunction. I purchased the warranty but still have to pay out of pocket to get it fixed because the warranty doesn t cover anything. It s been a nightmare.

This was my first time buying a new car from a dea...

This was my first time buying a new car from a dealership. Definitely not my first choice when buying a car but thankfully Mitch made it super easy and i was comfortable with the choice i made. As soon as i walked in Mitch was there to help me out. I had been previously talking to a different sales man but he was busy with another customer, so i had no problem with Mitch helping me out. The whole car buying process took me a couple weeks, due to the fact i had a lot to consider. Nissan was the first place i stopped in to look at a car and was the ONLY place i felt welcomed. I had stopped in another dealership after going to Nissan and within the first few minutes i was walking out of that place back to Nissan. Mitch was more than patient with me. There was a few times my plans would change but Mitch was always very understand and was ALWAYS prepared even when i would walk in with no notice. Overall i m really happy with my experience there and the decision i made. Yes Mitch is a sales man but he was able to connect with me on a personal level still making me feel like i was human rather than his next pay raise. So for anyone who is a first time buyer or a 10th time buyer, i highly recommend that you go to TIm Dahle Nissan Southtowne and you ask for Mitch. You won t be disappointed.

I bought my Nissan new in North Salt Lake four years ago. I am now in Eagle Mountain and drive out there to North Salt Lake for all my service work because I like them and trust them. I have two minor items that need repairs but after reading these reviews I am hesitant to switch over to this Nissan dealer, which would be much closer to me. And every response appears to be the same as the previous one, ending in please call me. That doesn't seem very sincere.
I guess I need to think about this some more.

Horrible experience working with this dealership. Nobody could answer any of my questions regarding the car I was interested in. They couldn't even tell me what service they had done to it in their own shop the week prior.

After speaking with several different employees over the span of about a week about purchasing the car, I was told by all three of them that they would give me a call back. Never heard from any of them again. Then they sold the car... Won't be shopping here ever again.

This was the second car that I have purchased from...

This was the second car that I have purchased from Tim Dahle. The first one was in Murray and they were great years ago. I purchased last car at the Southtowne location. I purchase the car from Dorian Sanchez. We assigned an agreement that if I purchase a car they will provide me a owner manual. It was a written agreement. To this day I have not received one and he never returns my messages. I also sent a message to the manager and no response. My car was not even fully cleaned when I drove it off the lot. I was finding cold medicine drops for weeks after I bought the car.
Also, the tire light was on and he told me do not worry about it. It is always on due to the cold weather. A week later I found a nail in the back tire. I paid to get it replaced and the tire light never came on again even.
Bottom line they only care about selling a car to you and that is it. I will never buy another car from Tim Dahle again.

Be prepared for a good ol' bait and switch.

We bought our first car here (which we love) but went through an awful experience to buy it. While the salesman was nice, his boss and the finance manager were awful. First, after we finally settled on a price, we come to find in the finance office that, even though we wanted a 60 month loan, they increased it to 72 months so they could meet the monthly amount we wanted (all without telling us). Second, the dealer fees are outrageous; in fact, the amount that the car was sold to us was over $1000 more than the price online because they said that price was "an internet special and was for cash only." Wow, that would have been nice to know while we were negotiating the deal! Third, it took us over three hours to close the deal because we had to wait for the finance manager. So ridiculous. The experience was so terrible that I cannot believe people deal with this all the time in order to buy a car.

I will never buy another car from Tim Dahle Nissan again. I doubt that I will ever buy a car from a dealership again because of how bad this experience was.

It was pretty busy being Labor Day weekend, but we were greeted by at least 3 people ready to help. We came there specifically to talk to Jose Feliz, because family recommended him. He got straight to asking me what's most important as far as features go and brought around the cars that matched it. When I picked out the car I wanted we went to negotiating which was very quick. They came down to what I was willing to pay, and gave me more for my trade in than I could have gotten out of it anywhere else, including if I sold it on my own. They take the time to teach you about all the features of your car, which was important for me since I got a fully loaded top of the line rogue. It ended up costing 10k less then the exact one I built on the Nissan site. Im very excited to have such a safe, reliable car, and to have Tim Dahle Nissan Southtowne to take care of it if anything were to happen to it.

Drove 70 miles to look at a car, we get there to drive it sales rep says we can only go around the block since it didn't have any gas. Start the car and the check engine light is on, (remember we can only go around the block) sales person in the backseat hounding us to like the vehicle and reassure us that there is nothing wrong with the car. Get back to the dealership from my 5 minute test drive and come to find out, the car they were trying to sell us is scheduled to go to AUCTION; since the TRANSMISSION NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. Decide to look at another car, they bring it around it's nice, but there is no gas AGAIN; forced to go around the block once again. Go to leave from the paring lot and the car goes up to 4500 rpm before it will shift, sales rep in the back still trying to convince us to buy the car; Turned around at the nearest corner and took the car back, excuse for this "tires are a little more rugged, that's why it shifts like that. You just need to buy some NEW TIRES". As we are in there they started jacking around another customer who drove over 300 miles to get a vehicle. I WILL NEVER EVER DEAL WITH TIM DAHLE. If you want WONDERFUL customer satisfaction and service THIS IS NOT THE PLACE.

In my opinion DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! We bought a vehicle for my daughter here and it was a total trash. When. We drove it ito seemed to be fine..... we're we in for a surprise. It was trash from tires,to transmission and they were UNWILLING to negotiate even tho they were informed that we found out it was a lemon. Problems with the starter, not starting up right to even leaking in the engine. You name it. All they told us was that we bought the vehicle "as is" so even though they knew of the problems they still sold it to us and told us "it's a great car, no problems so far." That was when we were at the dealership but when we called to report the problems, they told us that they sold it to us "as is" because it "had mechanical problems" only thing is THEY NEVER INFORMED US of these so called "problems" at time of purchase. So after we bought the vehicle and all of these things happening to it, I told some of my friends and it turns out that my friends knew of atlease of 2 other people who have bought lemons from them also!!!! So be advised and take my opinion to heart and BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

My worst nightmare has been purchasing a car here. The waiting is ridiculous, after we bought the car we have had to come back several times because the car is doesn't work. I wonder how it passed inspection???
Not only that but I go pick up the car because they called it's ready, it is not. They did not even checked the car, and now after just buying the car and going back and forth, and paying several thousands of dollars for a warranty I have to pay out of pocket.
I am amazed, I went here to have a peace of mind that was not delivered, a service that had religion that dis not lived up to their mission.

Bought a titan xd from this dealership and honestly will never buy another Nissan again simply due to this dealership. I have added many mods to my truck and each time I come in they copy my mods exactly. There must be pics of my truck taken each time. I'm going to sell my truck and go back to Toyota because I'm not able to have a unique build. I've now referred 8 customers to Ken Garff and will continue to do so. By far the worst dealership I've ever dealt with and would give a -1 rating if possible.

My wife bought a brand new Titan XD 2017. Two years in an engine knocking prompted a brand new engine replacement. 90 days later an oil leak began. I m no mechanic but the oil pattern on my garage floor looks like it could be a bad seal. I bring the truck in again and I m told by Steve Slater the service associate that it ll be a couple of hours they don t have a bay open. I m like ok may I have a loner vehicle please? He explains to me that they are a week and a half out with loners?!!!! Well luckily it was the oil filter somehow worked itself loose or there was a bad gasket on it. So I purchased an oil change 3 pack because it s cheaper. And the customer service experience continues?

Our sales guy Jose Feliz was very professional and very easy to work with. The Finance Department was great also they found us the best interest rate for our new vehicle and the process was very quick and easy . I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone who is looking for a new vehicle at a great price! By far this is the best experience ever! Financed two vehicles with Tim Dahle. First went OK, second one fell to the whole bait and switch. Offered one loan and ended up signing for a different one when the first wasn't able to go through due to problems on THIER end. Their finance manager promised me a few perks for doing the loan. After a few weeks of no contact, I was told that this manager just walked off the job with no warning. I asked about the options he promised me and was told "Our managers would never be that stupid to promise anything that would cost us money". Shady deal from the start, not to mention prices were high here, my fault on that one for not looking at one if the numerous other dealerships that had a lower price on the same or NEWER truck. My salesman was nice, but looked uncomfortable when he realized he got caught peddling a crappy loan!!

We just bought our 3rd vehicle from this dealership. Another location (same company) told me I couldnt get what I wanted. We walked into tim dahle southtowne last night said this is the vehicle we want at this price and if it doesnt work great. Ruben helped us and within 3 hours (including a run to grab dinner) we bought another rogue from them. They were kind, professional, quick and honest from the beginning. I will continue to support this dealership through the years.

We were looking to purchase a car, had narrowed our search down to a consumer car, for 7, and leaning towards a Kia Sorrento, among a few other choices. My husband emailed 2 other car dealerships, in addition to Tim Dahle, to inquire of the cars we had found to test drive.

Within a few minutes, Brandon Martinez, at Tim Dahle, Southtown, responded with a direct phone call to set up an appointment. He was friendly and explained that he and his boss also had Sorrentos for their family cars (later showed us their family picture with the car). We met after my husband got off work, took a test drive, and appreciated Brandons knowledge about the car and other similar cars to compare (and showed us differences). Brandon asked US questions to find out how to best meet OUR needs, without US feeling pressured. He answered all of OUR questions and gave US options that WE could fit within OUR budget.

It wasn't until we were signing final papers, when one of the other car dealerships returned our call, but that was 6 hours later! Their loss was Tim Dahles gain and a sale for Brandon. We were treated with kindness, prompt service and great explanations for their cars and their Forever Warranty. We have never been here before, but would have full confidence in recommending them, especially if you get to work with Brandon Martinez. He's honest and is taking care of many cars for his family and friends. We felt like he was looking out for us, his customers and their best interests, too.

Found a vehicle they were advertising online for a decent price. After test driving we started negotiating the price and it went down hill from there. First, he comes back with a monthly payment but couldn't tell me the sale price of the vehicle. After saying no, I gave them an offer on the vehicle and he comes back and says "Oh yeah, there is a $795 shop fee that is not listed online". So it was the advertised price plus another $795 shop and then TTL. At the end of the day, we couldn't come to a deal.

Why advertise a price...get us interested in the vehicle...then tell us oh yeah there is another $795 "shop fee". Shady....

Pretty much no pressure. I got what I asked for and no sleazy sales tactics. Just professional courtesy all the way around. They made it easy and I felt like I came out of the sale as the big winner. They didn't stick me with a bunch of crazy fees at the very end that I have seen at other dealerships. I especially appreciated Terry who was very considerate of our situation with rough credit scores.

Take care before visiting this dealership, I just had a horrible experience thanks to Javier H.

I reached out concerning a car found on carmax.com asking if I could swing by and test drive. Javier answered the phone and told me yes it is available and to come on down! Upon starting the car I noticed the monitor for the odomitor is not turning on, I ignored this until we returned to the dealership. After parking the car I waited to see if the monitor lit up after it was put in park and unfortunately no it was not working. I Informed Javier asking if this was normal or if I'm missing something. He says no problem we will get this fixed for you.

Heading inside I inquire about price to test the waters and see what kind of hidden fees to expect. Javier then begins to poorly explain the finer details of the so called "worry free" charge which adds on an extra grand to the price. At this point I tell Javier I have a trade in and would like to see how this changes the interaction. He says no problem and asks how much I would like for it, I tell him my price and he condescendingly tries to tell me it's not worth that and to bring my price down.

He pulls up the blue book to prove his point and it turns out my price is spot on. Now much later nearly an hour and a half later after haggling about the worry free charge and the price of my truck I bring up the odometer and how it's not working and what to expect.

He pulls up on his computer that they will fix the odometer at the price we have agreed on. I sign and tell him I would like to see these prices printed out before me so we can carry on.

He leaves again to go check out the odometer and within 10 minutes asks me to come out and see that it is working. I start the car and sure enough it turns on for a minute but shortly after turns back off. I tell him I'm concerned that this is an electrical problem but assures me it can be fixed.

We carry on with the car buying process I sign my name on the agreed upon price and he takes my info to check my credit after nearly half an hour of waiting he comes back and tells me there is bad news and the odometer cannot be fixed and that I would have to assume the responsibility or pay an extra 2000 on the car.

I remind him of the price we agreed upon and my signature and told him that was not the deal.

He returns with a manager who basically tells me that Javier screwed up big time and the odometer was a KNOWN ISSUE that should not have been sold at that price. And I can buy the car at that price plus an additional 500$ but it will not be fixed. Doesn't seem very worry free to me but whatever. I ask the manager that this was not my mistake and what can be done about this? He is in a hurry to get me out the door and says nothing we will not sell you the car at the already agreed upon price. And Javier will be "talked to" about proper training.

I do not normally lose my temper and post reviews but this was frustrating and completely unfair and I feel compelled to leave this Review.

As a side note while this whole process was going on another couple was trying to also buy the same car and was not told of the odometer issues.

Worst service department ever. Glad I did not buy from them, but will make sure that I never take my car there for service again. No communication. No One knows what is going on. No call back when they say they will. 6 hours into a 2 hour repair. Will I ever get to work tomorrow. Should the customer just be ignored? Go somewhere else.
Update! After 1 1/2 hours calling service during business hours and no answer, we just drive down to get the car, since it should be done, right. NO! In fact, the service guys walks out in the garage and 5 minutes later, comes back and said it would be another half hour. Great. We walk around outside. What do we find, You ask? Well, it is our car in the parking lot with a lot man trying to get in it to take it in to START the project! Luckily, the key fob was one of the problems, cause it took him 3 tries to get in. We just took the key from the guy and drove away. Wonder if they are even smart enough to figure out what happened! Place is a total joke. The phone rang off the hook the ten minutes we were there, and not a soul to answer it!

I used to work with JD. He knew how to take care of your customers. I had to find someone to help me, no one asked to help me. At some point I was turned over to Travis. I received a text 30-40 minutes after they took possession of my car stating if I had questions to text them. I waited quite a while and had not heard anything. I finally gave up and sent a text asking if my car was done. I received yes as a response. It sure would have nice of them tell me without me having to ask. I picked up my car expecting to be told if they found anything. Nothing was said so I asked what was written down. He said 60,000 mile service suggested. Problem is I had that done on the last service. Travis said that s why he didn t add it to the order. He mentioned that your service people do not have computers and therefore make suggestions based solely on the mileage. I am very disappointed and if the service is the same next time I will service at a different location.

I had an appointment with Jack at 10:45 a.m. Jack never showed so Ramon showed me the 2017 Mazda6 I was looking at so I could test drive it. The price listed on the internet the 17 773. When I asked Ramon what the price was he told me 18700. When I asked about the price difference he told me it was for the inspection of the vehicle. I asked him for an out-the-door price things got a little awkward. So I told Ramon I guess this it just isn't the car for me and walked out the door. Problem is this is the exact car I've been looking for. Conclusion is it was more hassle than it was worth to deal with these people. I guess we both lost out

Buying a car can be very painful to me, but Bryan at Tim Dahle is outstanding to work with. I approached various dealerships about trading in my truck and many of them would get bugged or angry with me when I didn't agree to trade my truck on their terms. It was almost like I owed them something. With Bryan, it was very different. I never felt pushed or like I was wasting his time by exploring my options in price and selling my truck on my own if needed. He was very honest and straight forward in our dealings and that is something I appreciate a lot. He went the extra mile to track down a truck out of state in a specific package I wanted. Other dealerships often made this seem impossible.

My car guy was Stephen gallaso (I think I spelled that right), he was super kind and knowledgeable. He's super cool and always comes in clutch!

This dealership ruined my credit because of their own mistakes after I traded in one of my vehicles for a brand-new one they didn't pay the old one off and now I have a collections on my credit for the next 7 years after they told me they were going to fix my credit for their own mistake, they didn't. I have had to take time from my busy schedule to talk to them over and over again and never get any where. Be careful when you do a trade in they ruin your credit and never fix their own mistakes or man up to it. Also they say they give you a lot of discounts but all they do is make you sign off your cashed back on old gaps and warranty and make it look in the contract as if they were doing you a favor. they are full of themselves and don't really keep their word. Unfortunately, I have a long term contract or else I would be going somewhere else for sure.

He also has a lot of knowledge when it comes to Nissan vehicles and that is very comforting to know that I was in good hands. He was very patient and friendly. I am definitely coming back to Tim Dahle Nissan not only because I love my Nissan Rogue but because Jose made it a great experience.

Purchased 2 vehicles from here. Their staff used to be amazing.

I feel that things have gone downhill. There have been weeks where I would receive 3 phone calls a week from staff wanting to know if I would like to trade my car in. Every time they tell me they can help me and then I tell them my scenario and they quickly get off the phone.

I finally asked someone to stop calling and hadn't heard anything until I got a phone call at 6:30am from a Florida number (representing themselves as TD Nissan) asking me if I was interested in trading my car because they desperately needed used inventory.

That was the last straw. I called after the business opened, asked for a manager. Got voicemail 2 times. I finally spoke to a internet chat agent who was willing to help me but I never got a call back from a manager.

I used to be a huge poster child for this company. I always felt the staff was first class. My career has brought me to a lot of different dealership and I was always amazed by the staff and how they treated me when I was there for work and not a customer vs other dealerships.

I felt if someone would have returned my call, they would have kept my business.

We have alway have a great experience. The amazing service that we have received from Mackie it's beyond our expectations always caring for us as if we're family. He has gone beyond his limitations and work it's magic to get us into the best deal to meet our budget. Jose has always been there for us, he has always given us the best guidance and advice like an older brother would and that's what always makes us come back to him. I bought a car last year 2017 and while in negotiations they promised a lot more than what was given. For example, they said for the credit score of 800+ we would get an interest rate between 2-3% but on the loan application they put that we were willing to pay up to 6% (never told us that) and magically we ended up with 5.5%. This made us very upset because honestly if they has told us this from the get go we probably would have taken advantage of the toyotas 0% interest rate but the sales person told me time and time again that 2-3% was what they were seeing with people over 800 on their credit score... if they hadnt had us there for 6 hours wearing us out then we probably would have walked away but magically one incident after another we kept losing the promised discounts that they have offered.

For the parts department... I was repairing my passenger side mirror and ordered the part via nissan. Which they then redirected me to the service department for an appointment. When I took off the day to get my car worked on, the part was never ordered nor did the service appointment have any record of my appointment. Needless to say I was a little upset.

For maintenance over the past year, things have been okay. Once I waited just under two hours for an oil change with an appointment but generally they take 50-60 minutes. I usually do my oil changes at 3 or 4 so I am not completely sure if other times are better or worst.

I had so many issues with previous dealerships I was looking at, before to Tim Dahle Nissan, but had the most amazing experience coming here. They truly did their best to not only get me into a vehicle that I could afford, but a vehicle type that I was looking for. They didn't try to push me into a vehicle that I didn't want, they worked with me to find a car I would love and I do. Everything was upfront and on the table. Tommy Terry and Jon B were wonderful salesman and the finance manager was hilarious but professional. I'll definitely continue to get my vehicles from here. Also, they heard about me walking my son 6 blocks to and from school (I also have a baby so she had to come with) and my new car from them still had to have an inspection so they let me use a lender (2014 Nissan Rogue. Awesome lender, if you ask me) so I wouldn't have to walk my children in the cold. They have such huge hearts and it warmed mine that they thought of us and our health/safety. Definitely will return and recommend everyone I know to go here.

I came here to look at a used car that was listed for ~$12K. The experience was fine and everyone was polite, etc., until we started talking price and financing. I offered a $6000 down payment. I was told there was a $1400 "bank fee" and $1500 "worry free" fee (despite offering a down payment of over 50% of the sale price). I offered to get a family member to cosign. They called and came back with the exact same terms and had the nerve to lie to me about my family member's credit, asserting that he had a credit score in the 500s. (His credit score is in the high 700s, and that's a fact).

Having a grown adult look right at you and lie to you to your face is....so awkward and a totally disorienting experience, it really left me speechless. It was a baffling, discouraging, and bizarre experience.

Do not bother with this deceptive, dishonest place.

Oh come on now.
I've had my car for three years. The turnover in the employee staff in the service department is pathetic. I never deal with the same person. A couple days ago I had someone call me as my "liaison " person to see how happy I was and if there was anything they could do for me. I said "MARK, i need an oil change and tires rotated and there was a recall on my car can I make an appointment and also get a rental car? ." He said "sure" I should've known better since my appointment was at 12:30 PM the busiest time of the day. OF COURSE No car available to me. I drive for a living and needed transportation for just two hours. Also when I went to pick up my car I said " I am here to pick up my car, the green one, the DIRTY green one" . They usually perform car washes. When I got to my car there was trash inside. A total neglect for my $30,000 investment. Also I bought a warranty to have replacement key fobs. Because the sales person said they're so expensive to replace. Hey heads up .....u can buy for $14 on eBay. I had previous lost the fob and they replaced it 6 months ago. I found my fob I asked him to reprogram the lost one. They told me it would be $100. Really seriously !!! My girlfriend is in the market for a car, she always complements my rogue. However this dealership is not the place to buy a car. Promises promises promises and no follow through. Beware.

Service department sucks charge over 200$ for a light bulb that I changed 4 months ago my wife took car in for issues of hesitation while driving and service writer told her it is caused by taillight lol. Watch out ladies they see you coming oh yeah they have supposedly replace and repaired transmission 3 times now which I don't think they have done anything to fix car same issue every six months. Definitely don't deserve 1 star
