I started this process through the internet. Brandon immediately called me and went through what I was looking for and what options they had available. I set up an appointment for the next day. Brandon was not available but he had given his colleague Sterling all the information we had discussed. Sterling handled the process from there on but Brandon stopped and met with me to make sure everything was going well. Very impressed with the team work and with the finance team.

Seth was very friendly and was very fast in performing both the oil change and the two manufacturer recall services. I was told it would take about an hour and a half, but I was on my way in about an hour. Very pleased and will definitely be back!

Due to their location I was able to hit multiple dealers the same day. I told all of them what I wanted and what was needed to get my business. Tim Dahle was the only one to meet my needs, not to mention its a Titan. Brandon Lumbert is by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with. I never felt pressured and he knew his product well. Closing was fast and has my new truck on the road in no time at all. Thanks to everyone there.

Horrible service the salesman did not know any information about the vehicles. Was transferred to 3 different salesmen. I feel as if they didn't listen to what we were looking for. Kept trying to put is into a vehicle that was out of our budget and wanted us to fill out information to see what we qualified for even though I told them I already had financing through my credit union.

I went to the Tim Dahl Nissan a couple of days ago looking for a SUV. Spoke with Michael Spivey who was very polite and professional. He showed me several really nice used one's since that is what I was looking for. Going back in the very near future to purchase the one I wanted since it just come in that day on a trade in. I would definitely recommend this car dealership to anyone I know. My son-in- law is going Saturday to get a pick-up, I told him about my salesman and he was very impressed. A lot of car salesman tend to treat women like they are very ignorant about vehicles and that was not the case at all with Michael Spivey.

What an EASY car buying experience. No lie, the best my wife and I have had. I had been looking at cars online, ended up on the Southtowne Nissan site. I get a call from Tom Worth asking what we re in the market for. A week later, my wife and I go to meet him and we ended up leaving with a new Rogue that he got us a sweet deal on. Thank you Tom! We ll be back!

This is the 4th car I have purchased from
Tim Dahle and my second NV.
Alan has been my salesman on all 4. However on this purchase, after receiving a promotion he handed me off to Juan. Juan was great and treated me As Alan would have wanted him too. He answered all my questions (with me, there is always a bunch).
He responded to all my phone calls and texts.
He is very much appreciated.
I have a unique situation being self employed and they handled my funding and saved me a bunch of money....
I m not sure I will purchase another car elsewhere!

The salesman that I worked with was young and very nice.
However, when it came to working with the "numbers guy" (as he called himself), he was kind of rude and not very knowledgeable. He came back with a monthly payment for me but didn't even know the price of the vehicle.
He gave a blue book price on the vehicle I wanted to purchase that was very inaccurate. I had the blue book up on the phone and he had no explanation as to why the dealership was quoting the blue book at $4000 higher.
The tires on the vehicle will need replaced within a year. Front tires don't pass the "penny test" but they meet state standards, as he said, so they refused to do anything about that. They're going to let someone drive away on tires that barely meet state standards.
To top it off he tells me "oh by the way, there is a $785 shop fee on top of the price for detailing, emissions and inspection, and whatnot".
I found that to be very irritating. $785 to detail the car and whatnot, I don't think so.

Over all I found the experience to be very poor. Needless to say Tim Dahle isn't where I'll be buying my car.

I have never left a poor review in my life but I would hate for anyone to experience what I did first off they charged me a 2,000 fee to finance and added it on to the cost of the vehicle without telling me. When I said something to them they said they would split the charge with me. The bank actually gives rebates to dealerships so they cannot charge you for the financing it is illegal from my understanding.

because I work in retail during the time we couldn't go into work the bank decided I didn't work there. they then made me gather information Wich I provided and still decided not to lend to me. at this point I have had the car for several weeks trying to get everything they asked for.

a few days ago I told them Nevermind I'll just pay for it. they still tried to charge me an extra 1,000 even though I reminded them that needed to be removed because I wasn't financing.

on my way in today to give them my card alternator gives out and the power steering goes out and the belt goes out. in order not to blow up the engine I stopped at the nearest mechanic. I called the dealership and they told me they couldn't do anything more for me that they already gave me discounts, discounts are not adding thousands and then having to reduce them when your called out for it.

they told me they would take the towing costs out of my down payment and said that they could even take my 2,000 down payment because I have had the car for so long even though that had nothing to do with me.

the manager Ernie called me back and told me they wouldn't be helping me either.

I know I am not spending the money that makes me a important customer. however, if they would treat a person with very little money like this I can't imagine the shady dishonest things they have done to people who don't notice or read the contract.

I'm currently paying 800.00 to get a car fixed I haven't even bought and they say I need to take responsibility......

outraged and appalled

I found a truck listed on KSL for 14,400 I went in and liked the truck and was going to buy it. I was then told that the actual price was $1800 more because they had to do repairs and put new tires on. I was also told that if I didn t finance through them it would cost another $1000. So if you see a car advertised with them you can not trust the price. I assumed that if they were advertising a vehicle for a certain price I could go in, give them the money (obviously adding tax, title and license) and leave with the vehicle. No so!!

HORRIBLE experience form the moment we got there. We test drove a used car and liked it. Went inside to do paperwork. That was an absolute nightmare. They weren t will to negotiate on anything. The visor in the car was missing, the starter needed work, the passenger window auto feature wasnt working, and the car needed to be detailed. We decided to just push past all the negative and hoped it would get better. Took a bill of sale to our bank and went back the next morning and they still didn t detail it. We tried to talk them down $300 on the car because of the few things wrong with it and They would budge one cent! Absolutely the worst dealership and service I have ever experienced. It upsets me because I bought my fsecond car through them a few years back and had such a positive time. I won t be going back.

I really enjoyed coming to this dealership. In the past I have had horrible experiences with a Nissan dealer ship out in Virginia Bristow area. As soon as we entered, not even out of our vehicle, we re greeted with a wave. Once parked with in 15mins Bryan cook came up and was super helpful and very relaxed I didn t feel at all pressured. Plus he was very easy on the eyes and treated us like old friends. One of the best showmen I have met yet. He was even nice to not walk to fast cause of my height challenge. Now reminder that I was not the one looking for a vehicle but I was highly considering trading in my Toyota to get a Nissan.

Now my friend had horrible credit but was able to get approved for a vehicle and I can say the staff here worked reallly really hard to make sure that one way or another that my friend would walk out with a vehicle. Also offered car washes for life... life.... 5-11 dollar car washes can add up butt their is nothing quite like free.

Dakota Lee at Tim Dahle southtowne is the best salesman I ve ever met and used. Complete transparency, easy process, he will do everything he can to get you the car you want. The whole team is wonderful and there s an aura of honesty and transparency that I don t think any car dealerships can match, I had a wonderful experience buying my car yesterday and I will never go anywhere else. Avoid at all costs. They tried to sell me an suv with a faulty rear differential. When I challenged them they said nothing was wrong. When I asked for a manager they said that they did have it in their notes that they were going to replace the rear diff. After I had signed paperwork they posted my car on ksl to generate leads. My brother even contacted them and they said he could come in and test drive my car. From my first test drive to when they had the differential fixed was almost a month. There was an additional charge in my final documents and I asked them what it was. They said it was the maintenance that was included with the purchase of the car for oil changes etc... I told them I m not interested and to remove that. Their answer, we can t remove that fee. This is the most dishonest dealership and I will never set foot in their dealership again.

I want to start out by saying that I bought my car...

I want to start out by saying that I bought my car someplace else. When it started giving me issues it turned out that my awesome extended warranty was not as awesome as I was told it was and that I should take it to a dealer. So enter Tim Dahle Nissan Southtowne (which is close to my house). From the moment I walked through the doors of their service dept I have been unbelievably impressed. I started working with Seth and he was so nice and pleasant and really went out of his way to see if we could make my extended warranty work but unfortunately he wasn't able to. They fixed my car (2017 Nissan Rogue) and worked with me on the price because I was under the impression that my warranty was awesome. A few weeks later, the check engine light came on and so back to TDNS I went. Turns out Seth was promoted and I met Tim (not Dahle at least) and he was just as nice and pleasant as Seth. Turns out this new issue isn't under warranty either, what a surprise! By the way, I forgot to mention that I bought my car at the end of May 2020. I guess the reason I am writing this review is that in looking back (you know what they say about hindsight - well now that I think about it, I should chalk this whole thing up to the fact that it is 2020) I truly wished that I had just gone to TDNS to begin with. The fact that I have been given such an amazing service experience and I didn't even buy my car there is just incredible. Tim and Seth are great but seriously EVERYONE I had contact with was just SUPER HELPFUL and SUPER NICE not to mention knowledgeable about their product and services. My goal is to get my car fixed (it really is a nice car) and then sell it and go buy a car from them. The other dealer ship won't even call me back. Thank you Seth and Tim for treating me like I have been not just a lifelong customer but also a friend. Kathy Houghton

If I could give this a negative star I would give it a -5. Never have I been treated with such condescension, lack of empathy, manipulation and deceit. I can not believe that this kind of treatment is even tolerated in a place of business. I was yelled at, lied to, and jerked around for 5 hours. They don't honor their word and they were unethical in their negotiating and explanation. I have worked in Retail, Sales and Customer Service for 15 + years and I would never be able to sleep at night, or look at myself in the mirror if I manipulated and lied to people the way they do. I'm just shocked, SHOCKED at the way I was treated! They were really nice at first, but as soon as I called them out on their haggling and manipulation tactics, it got ugly really fast!

This is the worst Dealership in Utah. They don't d...

This is the worst Dealership in Utah. They don't deserve a star...Don't by a car from these guys... They sold me a Jeep Wrangler that had the check engine light on, a bad driveline, bad 4 wheel drive, and won't start all the time. I took a test drive in it with my family and it hadn't even been safety inspected yet it was at the very front of the dealership on display for purchase. These guys sell unsafe vehicles and will not care if it's unsafe. After I signed the papers they told me it hadn't been inspected. They had it a week or so and finally got it to "pass inspection" by their standards. I finally got the Jeep and it wouldn't start. So I took it back to them and let them know it wasn't starting. I repeated this 4-5 times over the last 2-3 months and it still has problems starting. I got stuck and hour away from my home even. It had to be towed to the dealership. After months of issues and the Jeep being in the shop over and over and over again because it was not starting and noises coming from the bottom of the Jeep (aka an unsafe driveline). I took it to a mechanic shop and they confirmed that the driveline was unsafe and adviced me not to drive it. When I took it back to the dealership for them fix the existing issues that they never fixed initially they said that the driveline isn't under the warranty that I purchased from them and it will cost me $1490.00 to repair. Gino the sales Manager said he was going to take my issue to Tyler Slade the general manager because of the major issues I've had and I never heard a word from anyone. These guys will screw you over. DON'T BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!!!

I was nervous about going car buying because of very negative past experiences, where the salesmen would try anything (but give us a good deal) to keep my husband and me from leaving.

However, this time, immediately upon meeting our rep, Stephen from Tim Dahle Nissan, we knew we would be taken care of. He answered all of our questions, gave us options (even less expensive options, to make sure we got what we truly wanted), and became a friend who knew a lot about cars and shared in our excitement instead of a salesperson trying to push a deal.

He even allowed us to test drive and leave TWICE so that we could research and test drive the other cars we found online, without ever trying to rush us into buying their car. We fell in love with the vehicle from Nissan, but the customer service was unbeatable and we couldn't ignore that.

When we decided on the vehicle from Nissan, Bill helped us with our financing and was so easy to work with and personable. Everyone at Tim Dahle told us congrats and were very kind.

We absolutely love our new car and are still blown away with how pleasant the process was. We will recommend Tim Dahle Nissan and Stephen to anyone! When we replace our second car in the near future, we know where to go. Thank you!

I waited one and a half hours for an oil change. When I asked if there was a problem with the oil change or my truck, Doug said it had been ready for a while but it got lost in the shuffle. What's interesting is that while I was waiting I read the sign on the wall that said they value my time. Ha ha ha, jokes on me.

I bought the worry free maintenance package which was my mistake. I won't make the same mistake again.

I bought a used car and it took about 5 hours for them to close the deal, even though I paid cash. Part of the time they were cleaning the car, but I still wonder why it took so long and why the car wasn't cleaned prior to showing. They seemed to be sliding in additional fees as much as they could. We paid $289 in document fees and they charged us $99 for an emissions test that is normally about $25 anywhere else... I felt like they were trying to manipulate whatever they could out of me. In the end, I like the car I bought, but would never use them again.

Wow. My salesman Michael Jensen was so informative and NO pressure. One thing I was nervous about was how car salesmen usually tell you they will give you what you want, but then they make you feel like you are asking for too much, or aren't "worthy". It's almost like emotional abuse to coerce you into buying more or taking a higher rate. But not Michael, or the Tim Dahle finance guy! They were so respectful and kind and friendly. No haggling. They gave me exactly what I asked for and although I wasn't sure I wanted to buy that day, they gave me the car I wanted, for the price I wanted ,and the interest rate I wanted. So I felt so good about buying that night. I still feel great about it. The car was at least $3,000 less than anywhere else I had looked. The free keys and oil changes are nice perks that make me feel like I will continue to be supported. Thanks! I will definitely recommend you and buy from you again.

Only giving one star because zero is not an option...

Only giving one star because zero is not an option. When we called to enquire about purchasing a vehicle that was posted online, they tried to change the price from what was posted. We held our ground and made them honor the posted price. Now, almost 2 months later, we still haven't gotten license plates, and our credit union has not received the title. Between my wife and myself we have spent over 10 hours on the phone with them trying to reach a resolution, but just get passed from one person to the next with no actual answers.
**Update** I received a response to this review from an Ernie asking me to call him. I did so and he gave me a completely different story than what the last 4 people I had spoken with had told me. Two weeks later and I had to call and get another set of temporary plates issued (third set). I have no choice at this point but to file a complaint with the Utah MVED and hope they can get an honest answer out of someone.

What an incredible feeling to know there's still geuine people who truly run there business & care for the clients in the auto industry!! An awesome dealership whom delivers the expierence of uniqueness & professionalism. I wouldnt of believed it myself had I not expierenced first hand there type of repair credit program they offer!! Thank you a thousand time's!!! Tim Dahle Nissan of South Jordan is a force to be reckoned with when it comes to the full package of what I call a "DREAM TEAM to be victorius and advocate for their clients!!" They've not only assisted me in a second chance to rectify and repair my credit history. But, didnt turn me away nor humiliate me because of my bad credit history (a nightmare going into BIG brand name dealerships in the past)!! Instead they promised to help me restore my credit and gave me a resolution on how to work with them in the process of this special program while driving in a fairly new vehicle!! Never thought id qualify for a 2015 vehicle model with a credit score in the low 400's!!! Amazing and blessed indeed to find them in my path of searching for a family vehicle!!! I know the people working @Tim Dahle Nissan have the biggest heart that deserves nothing else but true sucess!!! Thank you a thousand times for your hard works in making others like me whom suffer from bad credit have hope again!! My family and I gives you all HUGE 5 star rating!!! You ALL ROCK!!!!!!!!

Do not go through this company to buy any vehicle ...

Do not go through this company to buy any vehicle !!! As stated by other reviewers, Tim Dhale Nissan Southtown is one of the most dishonest dealerships I ve ever dealt with. They lie about the price to get you in, then inflate the price by adding a ton of unnecessary fees. They ll also feed you blatant lies to your face as to why you deserve being taken advantage of. Their service department was even a greater horrible experience. The dealership agreed to do paint touch ups for free as a curtesy for buying their vehicle. When I went to pick up my car, not only did the touch up paint not match the cars original color, but they did the touch ups without washing the car first. They offer free unlimited car washes, so this made no sense to me. The excuse handed to me was that they hire a third party vendor to do the work, so it was out of their hands as to the quality of work performed. After my frustration with that same visit, I tried to start my car and it wouldn t turn over. The service department seemed shocked and immediately said it wasn t their issue. I reminded them that I drove into their service bay literally an hour before then and had no previous issues. There s more complaints on here of their dishonest fee of a multi point inspection. They refuse to provide me with the checklist. This seems convenient considering my car is missing an inner fender cover they also refuse to fix. I m currently looking at resolving these issues legally. Some companies just need an extra reminder that you can t and shouldn t take complete advantage of innocent hard working consumers. So in conclusion, if you d like an experience of being fed complete lies, like being treated with complete disrespect, and find it exciting having to fix a bunch of hidden issues with your new vehicle, absolutely buy from this dealership.

We ve had such a horrible experience with this place! We ve had our lease for 3 years, and it was finally time to decide whether to trade it in, or do the lease buy out. My dad decided to do the lease buy out and he was told he was approved, we went through all the financing process and paperwork was signed. Only for them to wait a couple of weeks to come back and tell us he wasn t approved and we need to turn in the car plus be charged the extra mileage. Now my dad is stressing because we no longer have transportation and no idea on what to do. These people don t seem to care, once they realize they didn t make a sell you re basically on your own..

I called from Idaho on a truck they had posted on ksl and Facebook market place for a while. The salesman I was working through was Andrew. I only have great things to say about my experience with Andrew. He went above and beyond all he could possibly do to earn my business. If Andrew worked at almost any other dealership I would buy a vehicle from him any day. The problem was the management.
After giving Andrew multiple offers on the truck the managers not only didn t take a cent off the price of the truck but once they found out I was planning on financing the vehicle through my own bank and not one of their lenders they RAISED the price of the vehicle from what was posted all over the internet. After this I asked Andrew to have a manager give me a call so I could hear from them myself. One of the floor managers gave me a call and kept on saying things like, We are the highest volume dealership in the state! and We move more vehicles than anyone else in Utah. I even asked him flat out that if I came in to the dealership with cash for the truck that he would not honor the advertised price! After about a 15 minute conversation of a SALES MANAGER telling me over and over that they don t need my business I was fed up. The only thing he was willing to do for me was ask another manager about selling it to me at the price that is advertised with my own financing! Took him that long to get back to a spot that we should have been starting at in the first place.
I have honestly never written a bad review in my life but after having that bad of an experience I will not buy from these guys. I have gotten a better buying experience from a teenager in the mall.

Update 7/10/20 I still havent received my bed cleats that Im paying for. I was told by my sales rep that they were being ordered but the guy in Parts said they have them in stock I went in to service my 2017 SV Titan and I ended up leaving with a 2020 Pro4X and I love it. Shout out to Big Al, hes definitely one of the go to guys over there. Jeffrey is also always helpful. My truck was missing some things like the cellphone holder, tie down cleats and the all weather mats which should have all been included with my truck so one thing I would like to say to future customers and 1st time buyers is to make sure you always check that everything advertised on the truck sticker comes with the truck cause at the end of the day, your paying for it. Overall i was still pleased.

UPDATE: In response to Ernie's sarcastic and frankly very unprofessional response, our vehicle only needed a coolant flush and a new serpentine belt. The mechanic who did the work said our control arms were in perfect condition and most of the items on the list given by the Nissan mechanic were completely unnecessary. Your mechanic was not giving "recommendations", he was trying to charge us over $2,500 of work that WASN'T NEEDED! We ended up paying a little over $200 for the necessary repairs. Thanks, but no thanks Nissan!

Don t take your car here for service! We brought in our Versa Note for 100k tune up and were told our car needed $2500 worth of work. The mechanic said we needed both lower control arms replaced for nearly $800 and said our wheels could fall off.

We decided to get a second opinion from another mechanic because our car wasn t exhibiting any of signs of broken control arms. He told us we didn t need half the things on the list Nissan gave us and the things that did need done he could do for far cheaper.

We weren t only lied to, but were pressured into getting work done quick. Never taking my car here again!

Worst dealership ever!! Lie after lie I was getting told before getting my vehicle from this dealership . Was told my car was at the exhaust shop getting its muffler that it needed when in reality it was here at the dealership the whole time! I told dealership that I could pass my car without a muffler and they said they couldn t let me do my own emissions and inspection because they could lose their sales license. Dealership ended up letting me do my own inspection and emissions after they found out they were lying to me about my car but I thought they could lose their sales license? A month later my car needed an oil change I came in since I setup an appointment and I come to find out they didn t even have the specific oil filter my car needed and I would have to come back tomorrow. Worst experience and worst dealership ever last time I m doing business with these folks nothing but let down after let down.

I'm a fairly experienced car buyer and this place is the absolute worst to deal with. I knew exactly what car I wanted before I ever stepped foot into this place and the buying process still took almost three months to fully complete. I was yelled at and threated in person and over the phone a few different times. What I wanted, how I wanted it, and any other request I made was completely ignored by this place. I learned that this place will do what they want when they want to do it and nothing I say or do will change that. They added a bunch of extra unnecessary fees to the final contract to the tune of almost ~$4000. They hid them pretty good and it was because of my previous car buying experiences in the past that I even saw them. They finally removed them after I practically had to beg them. It got so bad that I had to add a fraud alert on my credit report for fear of this place. I would recommend staying as far away from this place as possible. Buyer Beware!!

I have purchased three Altimas and three Sentras, ...

I have purchased three Altimas and three Sentras, one of each from this dealership. The first experience a few years ago was great. I was very happy with the deal and the whole process. Something has changed since then. About a year ago I was getting my oil changed here and they gave me a flyer on my car with a good offer to trade it in. A month or so later I was interested in getting a new Altima. I went through the process of the test drive and the price negotiations which took forever and when they came back they dropped the trade in offer by about $5000 from what they had offered less than a month prior even though the offer said it was good for thirty days. The sales guy was embarrassed for wasting my time but the manager said that the market really changes quickly and the appraiser must have made a mistake. What a waste of time.
So about a year later I saw a good price on an a Sentra online and came into buy it even though I had hesitations. Once again the salesman was great but those above were just unfriendly and difficult to work with trying to charge more than the price listed online and add whatever they could to the price. I ended up buying it still but it was one of the worst experiences I ve had buying a car.
I have had good experiences with the service department and I have liked the salesmen I ve worked with but beyond service I will never go here again and I probably won t buy another Nissan.

I was in an accident that totaled my beautiful little Juke. Of course I was in the market for another just like it. I contacted Andrew at Tim Dahle Nissan. He listened to my expectations and fervently worked to find me a car that would suit me. I'm very pleased with my purchase and can highly recommend this dealership. Their customer service is excellent! They even shuttled my rental back to my house to save me an extra trip.

My salesman at Tim Dahle Nissan, Stephen Galaso was the best. He was very helpful and fun. Best experience with a car salesman I've ever had. The finance guy, not so much AT ALL but I should have been better prepared. Stephen will definitely take care of you!

Nightmare experience! Purchased a vehicle at this ...

Nightmare experience! Purchased a vehicle at this location in February 2017. We've run into lots of problems created by Tim Dahle Nissan Southtowne from the start.

When we arrived, we were assisted by a young man new to the job. Although it was a nice, no pressure sale, we found that he didn't have much knowledge on the vehicles or the process which made for a really long day with our kids and a lack of information all around. At one point, I was on his office phone, filling out his paperwork talking with our credit union about our trade in loan amount remaining because he left the room with them on hold and asked me to talk to them and fill it out.

They charged us a $1000 maintenance fee and we requested that they check the alignment because we felt like the alignment was out. About a week ago, mid April 2017, we took the car in to the mechanic to get the alignment done because it was so bad. The mechanic said that it was way out of alignment. The paperwork they gave us indicated it was out in 5 places. In addition, the air filter (which only cost $30 to replace with labor) was almost completely black. The mechanic said there was no way they replaced that at our time of purchase. We ended up paying more money for things that should have been covered in the $1000 maintenance fee we paid. It seems like they would've caught a $30 air filter during that maintenance, but they didn't, which makes me think they didn't do anything at all.

In addition to those somewhat minor things, they had a major mess up with our credit and SSNs. Both mine and my husband's credit is very good, in the mid to high 700s. We were told we could get a loan through Cyprus Credit Union for a low rate that we qualified because of our good credit scores. Almost a month after our purchase, our first loan payment was about a week and a half out and we hadn't received any information about where and how to make payment. Shortly after that, we received a letter from Cyprus Credit Union saying that our loan was denied because of, "High probability SSN belongs to another". The note said I could get one free copy of the report. When I called Experian, our information couldn't be found with our names, the make and model or our car and our SSNs. I called the dealership to find out what was going on and their finance person couldn't tell me anything except that our loan was now through America First. When I asked about the letter we received from Cyprus Credit Union, that the loan was denied despite our good credit and the reasoning for denial, all his reply was that the credit agency gave the reason that the "high probability SSN belongs to another". My first thought was that our SSNs have been used by someone else, but both my husband and I got the same letter, one for each of us. We've come to the thinking that they mixed our name up with another couples' SSN numbers even though our names and SSNs were on the same paper and we wrote them down ourselves. So although I don't think, or at least I hope it didn't affect our credit, I'm sure it messed someone else's credit. I still have to get to the bottom of this one. I feel like they knew what their mistake was, but they were trying to cover it up when I called.

Our overall experience was VERY upsetting! Now I'm getting letters from America First Credit Union saying that we didn't send them our declaration of insurance like we agreed to at signing. Which we never authorized the loan through America First, but through Cyprus. I won't ever be shopping there again and encourage you to stay away. If we had that many problems, you're bound to have at least one!

I am from out of town and was just passing through. I called in to multiple Nissan dealership as i was having issues with my Nissan and this location was able to get me serviced on a busy Saturday (with me having given them very short notice) so that I could be on my way and not worry about breaking down in the middle of nowhere. The reps on the phone here were more friendly and straight to the point than the others I spoke with at other surrounding dealerships.

Seth Mills from service was friendly, and even came by to communicate an update which was appreciated.

I arrived around 11:40am and was out the door at 1:40pm so 2 hours exactly.

For those curious of covid 19 specific details: Of about 20 guests in the waiting area 8 were not wearing masks if that is important for you. I also watched a guy sneeze right into his hands and wipe it but thats more on the local community here and not the dealership.

The dealership has suspended amenities such as their popcorn machine, and they don't allow for refills to reduce contact but you can still use their coffee and fountain drink area with new cups each time ( I did see people ignore this but again that's on the community not the dealership) Most of the staff have masks and keep a respectable distance although several of the staff were just wearing the mask on their chin. I did see one or two that didn't bother to use a mask at all. All of the service people I personally spoke with wore a mask properly. I also noted that the staff was using the hand sanitizer stations frequently which was a nice thing for them to do.
