When I first went in to see the vehicle I was interested in, the "experienced" salesman that helped us didn't know ANYTHING about the car and it's not because they had just gotten it in, they had had it for a few months. (How embarrassing is that?!) He didn't know past history, where it came from, the type of engine or features or anything. My husband knew all of that info. The only thing the salesman was good for was to allow us to take it on a test drive. Once we started talking numbers, we liked the offer we got and decided to go ahead and purchase the vehicle. We went into the financial office and signed paper work. We were very very rushed during that process and I was told more than a couple of times "oh you don't need to read that fine print, I've already explained, just go ahead and sign here" it made me feel as if they were hiding something, not a good sign. To top it all off, the vehicle was super dirty when we drove it off the lot. Jose, our salesman, told us that while we filled out paper work that he'd have it detailed and have gas put in. They put in a 1/4 of a tank of gas and had the wheels shined. The inside had greasy finger prints, foot prints, there was mud all over the inside trim, the center console was sticky like a drink had been spilled and the windshield, front any back, were disgusting. Just because it's a used car, doesn't mean it shouldn't be detailed and filled up. The last two other dealerships we have dealt with had filled the tank of gas to the full line and had asked us to inspect the car to make sure it's clean enough before we drive it home. It gets worse, My temp tags expired in May, it is now August and I still don't have my plates. Every time we have asked for new temp tags they tell us they can't give them to us because it will delay receiving our plates by a month. Then they started telling us they LOST the paper work and we had to go in a fill it out again but still refused to give us new temp tags. They just told us that if we got a ticket to take it to them and they would pay for it. Still no plates, this time they not only LOST the paper work again but apparently the finance guy didn't even fill it out right. What the hell?!! We filled out paper work once again and were promised plates in 2 weeks. Two weeks later still no plates. Apparently the paper work got lost and part of it wasn't even filled out when it got filed. This time we told them we were returning the car. They told us that they could drop the payment by $20 and that they could extend the payment due date by a month, told us to take a few days to think about it and come back and fill out paper work, AGAIN. Over the weekend we got pulled over by UHP. They told us that the VIN number on the vehicle isn't even registered to their dealership. Hell, it's not even under the previous owner or anything! They said that even if we are awaiting for plates and the dealership lost the paperwork, the vehicles VIN number should still be registered to them or us but it's not. UHP told us that it's no where to be found and that its in our best interest to return the vehicle as soon as we can, that the dealership has no right to treat us this way and that the VIN not being found anywhere is more than a little red flag. We did just that, returned the car and paid for the mileage we put on it. Good riddance!! This has literally been the Worst experience EVER! Do not buy from these people! So many bad reviews and they are notorious with not being able to provide plates let alone temp tags. Not worth your time!
