I've never had a worse experience at a car dealers...

I've never had a worse experience at a car dealership. First, my salesman told me he would get me new tires and car mats after I purchased the car. Four months later after he said he had ordered the parts, I had called and called and NEVER got any response from my salesman, I went back to the dealership for the third time since buying. They told me they could get me the tires and mats but they tried to get me to pay for it. My salesman told his boss that I was lying and I was never promised those things. The head manager on duty treated me like crap. I was floored. If you are looking for good customer service, DO NOT buy from here.
Oh and one more thing, one of the tires they put on my car got a bulge in it after 7 months and they wouldn't replace it for me. Seriously so frustrated with this dealership and I will not purchase from Tim Dhale again.
