Have called 3 days in a row and have not even been able to be transferred to the required dept. After waiting for 15 mins i get told they are very busy and to leave my number. I got a call 24 hrs later. Called back and got the same thing again.

Fake advertisement- saying price beat guarantee . We went there to buy the dishwasher and ask them to beat the price. They said we can beat only next door prices. They are giving 30 days price beat guarantee. LIARS. Don't trust them good guys Narren Warren. Don't waste you time there. Don't buy before checking the prices around. Good guys say price beat in 30 days but they refused price beat the before we buy. Lucky we ask them. I even show them different price in different store not even online.
MISLEADING THE CUSTOMER. should be reported consumer affairs about misleading the customers VERY DISAPPOINTING

Went there looking for a fridge to replace my old one extremely happy with the service and the prices including the delivery and installation of the fridge I ended up buying at a discounted price under what was advertised with extremely friendly staff members from the refrigerator section to customer service cashier and the Delivery Man was extremely efficient and great and his job didn't take long for the installation and they took away all the packaging and mess and he moves my old fridge for me to where I wanted it which was great because I can't do it as a single mum it was very helpful 10 out of 10

My partner and I went to this Good Guys store looking for a new fridge and we were served by the wonderful David. David was incredibly helpful, knowledgable and honest! He has the best customer service skills I have ever seen and his hard work most definitely should not go unnoticed. David made purchasing a fridge a easy and stress-free event by taking the time to answer our questions and find us the perfect fridge within our budget!

Terrible customer service. Asked for assistance from 1 staff member and they said they would get the right person. Right person never came. Went to the service desk. The name should be desk because there no service. Didn't even answer our questions. Never experienced this low level service from any other good guys in the past.

Purchased air conditioner also paid for installation got a very good price. Salesperson friendly partner had to explain the price online was different to the shop for All good Guys stores after this was rectified we had a savings of $350 dollars

It's not often I post a negative post but Good Guy...

It's not often I post a negative post but Good Guys aren't any good. Dreadful service. I waited onto half an hour to be served for a return of a spot carpet cleaner 210$ used 3 times has a smell of dying electric drill. So return on behalf of my son who wished me Good Luck! The staff a polite but they have to be so it's of no importance. What is important why I can't get a refund for a faulty spot carpet cleaner. I left it in the store and the chap said he needed to phone some dude for approval as the lady who kept me waiting for half an hour didn't see a problem with it as she has one and hers works, so an offer of repair was made, why repair if hers is working and she didn't think it was broken. Any way see how it pans out. Be very careful buying goods at The Good Guys as refunds are difficult to get. Good Luck

The Manager name Jullie or something, is an useless, rude and hopeless manager. I hope she not the only manager or just an employee, because someone like her will kill the business.
Purchased a fridge and washing machine, but will definitely not returning unless shes gone.
On the other hand, the delivery team is awesome, tries to help in all ways. But please, get rid of her . She literally yelled on the phone to my female friend,
All we wanted was to work out an delivery time, as they only offer 1pm to 3pm deliveries. But this is what she yelled at us on the phone "THE DRIVER WORKS FOR ME , SO HE DOES WHAT I SAY"

I was a deal, had researched everything and just wanted to buy and walk out.

Lost my business when they told me there was a several week wait on several products, uh if I'm looking at buying it maybe i want it now?

Front desk arrangement is confusing and some st safe behind the desk seem to have no idea what's going on. Off to the side is a dodgy testing area where they let customers test returned products.

The "line" to the front counter is poorly designed and people just end up walking in, and in front of you.

Went online, got the good far cheaper, free delivery and within an appropriate waiting time.

I don't like to give bad reviews but this one is warranted. My mum and I were trying to organise a refund on a vacuum cleaner but they were not helpful at all. The way the "rude red haired lady" spoke to my mum, a senior citizen, shocked and appalled me, we have never been treated so badly. I can't believe they let their staff talk to customers like that! We definitely won't be going back to Good Guys, in the future we will be going to Harvey Norman and Godfrey's, they have way better customer service! I would give no stars but it won't let me.

Came in on Monday very late in the afternoon to purchase a fridge as mine had died earlier in the day. Was served by Daman and I cannot express my gratitude enough at the way he helped me and also assisted me price-wise. He checked firstly that I was a regular customer (which through the years I've purchased many things from TGG) and then he went onto offer me a discounted price on the fridge and free delivery and removal of my old dead one. He was courteous and efficient and the fridge was delivered by a really lovely guy who installed it, right at the time that Daman had advised me that delivery would take place. Cannot fault these guys and would recommend them to anyone, and will be a customer of there's for many more years.

I recently purchased a new fridge from Good Guys Narre Warren. Good price in store . I had organized for it to be delivered to my new apartment on one of the only days they could deliver to my area. However , I had made it clear that I would not be home untill at least mid morning between 10am( minimum) onwards . I was told that the truck delivered does not start dispatching untill around 9am so this would work out fine . Cut to moving day when I receive a txt saying my fridge is arriving between 7.30-8.30am. I call the delivery person back and tell him of my situation and that no one will be able to collect the fridge so early . He is frustrated and I feel belittled. Thankfully , he agrees to deliver the fridge to my brothers home not far away . I now had to pay extra costs to transport my fridge from there to my apartment ( so now 2 sets of delivery fees) This situation made for a very stressful and unecessary experience. I place no blame on the deliver driver as he is doing his job but poor customer service.

Visited the store today. Great service and wide product range. I was in the aisle and a lady forgot to her name was terrific and asked us if we need help few times. She helped and answered our question regarding one of the product. Bought almost all my appliances here. They also give you good deals and discount if you ask one of the staff for a good deal.

Walked in to get an electrical appliance today but...

Walked in to get an electrical appliance today but could not get anyone's assistance, even though there were 3 staff members in the vicinity over the 20 minutes I was standing in front of the product I was planning to purchase. They either approached other customers in the area (who had not waited as long), or walked past saying they were attending to other customers in a different area of the store. I left and got my appliance at the Dandenong store (where I was attended to within 5 minutes). I won't be going to the Narre Warren store again.

Very poor experience at this centre. I definitely would avoid this place in the future. I'm posting this to warn others.

I went on to get a dyson mattress attachment tool for my v8 vacuum. The online site displayed the one I wanted but it was associated with the wrong code. The code there was for a different dyson mattress attachment tool.

Two store staff, including one alleged dyson store rep insisted that they were the same. They insisted that there is only one dyson attachment tool even though I showed them the photos. I've attached the photos here for reference. In fact, the rep told me to buy another attachment just to convert the mattress tool they want to sell me.

They never apologised, in fact they would not admit to their mistake even though I politely told them I just want them to know a mistake was made by their side and to please update their website to prevent similar incidents. The answer I got was they are not responsible for the website. There was no initiative at all to communicate with their online team to address the issue.

Waiting for approximately 20min to buy a a Dyson vacum. Sales person attending a customer for some time, we waited to get service next to the sales person, after the sales person walks off and start talking to what appear to be friends..took them on tour to the TV section. I had to approach a TV sales person..whom told the other sales person to sell us the item we wanted (in a firm and polite way)

I have bought a few appliances from this store and...

I have bought a few appliances from this store and I have been very happy with the items and with the service of the staff.

David especially has gone above and beyond my expectations each and every time I have sought his assistance. He is exceptional with the care he shows towards his customers. He answered all my questions and during delays due to COVID-19, he kept hassling the suppliers about items I had ordered to keep me updated on expected delivery. He quoted me a great price for all the items that I purchased and even helped when I had some difficulties with a manufacturer and he sorted out the problem for me in no time.

I have also used the click and collect service and it was efficient and easy.

I will definitely shop here again.

Absolutely happy with the store and the person that served us.
We ended up buying what we needed, a microwave oven and a vacuum cleaner. She gave us specials on the items and helped us with product selection.

Terrible service. Purchase stuff from eBay goodguy with 20% discount and pick up from this store. The stuff refuse our pick up. Very bad service. Waste my time. Call back ask what is the reason she s refuse our pick up. she s talk so quick and I don t have chance to said anything. She told me it is your responsibility to do this. it is your fault. you don t check your email. Finally I talk to Tim (store manager) and he s good at customer service. But I have to go back again to pick it up.

Hi. We have spent a lot of money at this store, but no more. We purchased a dishwasher there on 5/6/13 and the service was good . We asked for a Saturday delivery time and where told no exact time could be given, something we accepted as we have bought a lot of items from here and it generally works out O.K. We both work so the weekend delivery was good for us. We got home on the Friday and a message on the phone said it would be delivered at 7 am on Saturday. I rang the store to say that was way to early and was told by a very rude (CONNY) that it was GOOD service to deliver it so early. I told her I had worked HARD all week and asked if we could possible get a PM delivery time but was told the driver (ADAM) liked to get his run over early. The CUSTOMER is always right and the driver should SUCK it up and realise that he works for the customer . We went back on the Saturday and got our cash back. We went to Pakenham Good GUYS and got it $10 cheaper and it was deliverd at 3pm the very same day.....I will never shop at the GOOD GUYS NARRE WARREN again.

Our washer and dryer decided to fail on a Saturday morning, so went down to the local Narre Warren store, asked to see some front load washers and dryers, the sales assistant was fantastic and explained about certain machines and so forth, decided on a Bosch and a Simpson dryer, with the great discount they gave us, plus delivery it came in under $1000, and the plus side, they delivered it on Sunday, 24 hours after buying it, you cant ask for better, the delivery drivers where fantastic, they took away the old machines, unboxed the new ones, put them in there place, hooked them up, ready in less then 10 minutes, washing 5 minutes after delivery, don't understand why the negative reviews???, always been fantastic and courteous to us, have bought many, many things there and will continue to do so for years to come, great service, treat people the way you would like to be treated.

Horrible customer service!
I Bought Bosch a washing machine and a dryer at 3000$ and I requested someone to come and install them but the sale person told me "Nah you can do it yourself there is nothing hard about it" hearing that and also being a bit handy guy my self I said sure I'll do it my self bare in mind I have never done any machine washing installation so when I got the good I install it by looking at the packaging and there was NO WARNINGS or anything on it so I put on top each other Dryer on top and washing machine bottom with the matt that the sales person told me is required for installing in stacking form. I did a quick empty test in the low speed and everything seems all right so I went to put my cloths in to wash them after 20 minutes in washing I heard loud bang noise and I found out the brand new dryer has fallen of the washing machine and it's broken. after calling the customer service after 3 hours of waiting in the line the told that the extra "GOLD Warranty" that I have bought for both them is useless piece of s***t that does not cover anything. and told me go the store and talk to them and they told me to basically trow them out and buy new one! I really hope this crappy company goes out of business.

Warning to potential customers: Do not buy from the Good Guys online store.
I bought a mandolin slicer online recently from the good guys online store and had the worst experience possible. I wanted to have the slicer before Christmas, unfortunately I received the wrong thing instead ; a cheese grater. Shortly afterwards I sent an online message with no response, so I decided to go in directly to the online store in Narre Warren- after christmas.. The staff were rude, disorganised and woefully under-prepared for doing even the most mundane, easy tasks like customer service and checking what's in stock. After getting the correct slicer they didn't even apologise for the dramas. In the end I had to pay postage for something I didn't have to as well. As a result of this I will not shop at the Good Guys and I have had better service on sites like Ebay. At least sellers care about what feedback they have.

Would give 0 starts if i could, went in over the weekend to buy a wine cooler for a birthday present and got the worst customer service. The staff member didn't even want to confirm that the item was in stock at another store for me if i paid for it. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND GO TO HARVEY NORMAN LIKE I DID AND GOT MUCH BETTER SERVICE!!!

Unbelievable service. They go above and beyond to help customers. I recently purchased a few kitchen appliances from David and he lets me know what the delivery updates are and when they arrive instore for me to pick up. Gave me detail prices on warranty and much more. These are really good guys.

We have purchased many items from Good Guys and always found them to be price competitive. We were particularly impressed when recently they put our needs as a customer ahead of making a quick sale. We came in fully prepared to buy a new dishwasher but they came up with another solution which saved us a lot of money. Thanks Good Guys
