Seen one seen all only difference is staff and the staff here were very helpful and knew their products.
I purchased a 50" Samsung QLED in store and received great service throughout. Upon installation, I noticed the tv had a crack in the screen and called the store immediately. Taylor answered my call and within 10 minutes she had found a replacement and arranged for it to be delivered within 2 days to my studio location. Whilst annoying to have to arrange a replacement, Taylor made the experience better by swiftly dealing with the issue.
I went to the Narre Warren store as I was recommended by a friend to see Sasha, as I was looking to buy some products. Sasha was such a great help and her customer service skills were really good. She listened to all my concerns and ensured that I got the right products. I will definitely be going back to her whenever I need to get something. I would recommend going to her for anything you need!!!
Great customer service from Monique at main desk. Price matched to get 200 off there sale price.
Really bad customer service.
Came in for a click and collect and got told to wait aside while all other customers could go in front of us and be served first (as we had a click and collect) and then when we did eventually get served we got told to leave and drive around to the warehouse. They could have told this to us before making us wait in store at the counter.
Drove behind the store to the warehouse and had to call a number and then sat in the car waiting for 20 minutes just so they could bring out our order.
Being 9 Months pregnant I am NOT happy.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are ok. When buying larger items always ask for better price.

Went down and saw Taylah and she was so efficient and helpful in regards to purchasing an Oven, I would go back there any day if she was on the floor.

Recently moved everything around but parking out the front and the staff are friendly enough. Seem to have quite a bit of stock!
My son was looking for a TV he wasn't sure which brand to go for and he had seen two TV he was interested in and Misty explained the difference between both TV and gave him the pros and cons with both brands. We had shopped around before coming to good guys. My son also had a budget and Misty was happy to help to make sure she could give him the best deal cost wise. I will definitely be coming back to see Misty in future if i need anything.
Keep up the good work Misty, as customer service is very hard to find nowadays. 10 out of 10.

Really poor service from their staff, unable to deal with simple customer requests and speak to customers in a professional tone. Will never buy from this store again and will take my business elsewhere.
I left my phone to be sent for repair bt due to some reason they forgot. So whn i walk in after 2 weeks, rather than saying sorry and sending the admin staff just replace it at no cost even when the one phone i chose was more expensive.

The stuff were very helpful they didnt have the module of the item i want of a irobot vacuum cleaner. So rang around found it and orgainised it to be there in 2 days time ... called me when got it in ... very happy with customer service
The sales person was very helpful. She picked out the 3 products I required , put them into a trolley and waited with me in the cashiers queue. Then she helped me off load in the car park.
I was looking to purchase a new fridge and the service l received from Misty was simply excellent. She explained all the options on each variant and took the time to ensure l got exactly what l needed. She definitely knows her products and provides a red carpet service. If only my Ford dealership had half of Mistys customer service. Thanks again Misty, will be back in the near future!

Great service from David over two visits led us making a big purchase on two split system AC units from here. He knew what he was talking about, there was no mucking around, didn't feel any sales pressure, and he organised the best price we found. Very happy.
There were not enough staff that were working at the time to provide quick service for most customers. However the staff i encountered were all friendly enough when you ask for service and ask questions about specific prices of goods because not all goods had prices on them
went there on boxing day, well, to leave home on that day is insane anyway. So we came into the crowded store after fighting for a car park, wanting to buy a telly. Stood there for a few minutes, all staff understandably busy. One guy was servicing an elderly lady and took care of her though she only wanted to buy something quite cheap. Once he finished he immediately looked for other customers and caught my eye, coming over he patiently explained functions and advantages of the telly we were looking at. He had great product knowledge and took the time he needed; I never felt rushed, he was efficient and helpful. His name is Jeremy. Highly recommended, a really good guy.
Always good for a discount beyond advertised price if you ask for one.
The price might be cheap but so is the service you definetly get what you paid for and not a skeric more GO to Applianes Online if you want service not this mob anymore
I had a disappointing morning, looking to purchase a Garmin watch. The box was there, but the young man said, he couldn t show it to me, and didn t have a display watch. I said how can I purchase the goods if I cannot see it. He said he couldn t help me. I guess I will take my $400 elsewhere to spend. What a shame, it s always been my go to place to purchase.
Purchased two split system air conditioners. Store manager was great to deal with. Easy collection with help to get them into our cars. Very happy. Thanks guys

was looking for a good sound system and a fridge and the sales person David was very helpful providing all the requested information. David help us to find the best deals and gave us good explanation about the products and the features.
He was very friendly and patient answering all of our questions making it very easy for us to find what we wanted.

Me &my husband are honestly not a big fan of Good Guys prior to our recent trip there. We were served by David, at the Fountain Gate store, and we cannot stress enough on how amazing he is and how polite and humble he is towards us throughout the our entire process of buying our necessities for our new house. He was not only honest, but he was also patient, very calm, professional but also very friendly and has a down to Earth personality that makes our whole process and decision making more smooth and just an overall, 5 star customer service experience. We don t think giving him a review on a Google page does justice over his excellent customer service skills. If you are planning on getting appliances for your home or just want to know what an amazing customer service experience really feels like, David s your man!! Also young David, who doesn't just stand in his section waiting for customers to come to him. He's always willing to approach customers in any section& offer help.
First place to buy appliances. Competitive prices, good range, helpful service. Worth shopping around (because it makes me feel better) but always come back.

BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME SHOPPING HERE!. Went in on the 14th June and bought an oven. Was informed it would take 1 week for the oven to get delivered. Waited 2 weeks and heard nothing from them. Gave them a call on the 3rd week asking where the product was or how long it would take until we received it. Got told they didn't know and had to chase it up and that they would call back within an hour. Days went by and nothing again from them. Called them back today, still chasing for answers and was told the same thing. Better chances at getting an oven from Harvey Norman.

I went in to have a look at a few items and was intending on purchasing too, however the customer service was non existent!! I couldn t even see anyone around to ask for assistance! Walked around for about 10mins hoping that someone may take notice of a potential customer, but nope, so I left.
I was going to 4-5 stars as they are normally good but in a two week period I've had to replace my fridge and my dryer there was a deal on the dryer but what they told us was not correct we didn't know until we went to claim a cash back from the maker.
Horrible service. Sold me a dud video camera and would not exchange or refund. Camera would not focus and they even said that themselves when testing. It is the retailers responsibility to deal with these issues. Will never go back here. Go to Dick Smith, Jb hifi or harvey Norman as they have better services and treat you properly.

Worst experience ever! I have never walked out of a store because of unbelievably rude staff. In the past 12 months I have spend close to $20k with The Good Guys so being spoken to like crap is shocking. The only staff member I know of was someone called Michael who lied to the manager and said I was being aggressive. This was not true at all. Wont be returning or spending my money with The Good Guys anymore

Rang them about an appliance. Very long waiting time, which would have been acceptable if not for the constant, frenetic yelling in the promotional advertisements while I waited. Worse than commercial TV. After a few minutes I hung up to prevent myself screaming: 'Just shut the f--- up!'

I visited the good guys at Narre Warren today .I was blown away with the service provided by Sasha she was patient provided us with extreme details of the products. Her knowledge was outstanding. She also spoke about the after care of the products . I highly recommend if you wish to purchase, visit the Narre Warren store and look for Sasha you won't go wrong.

Their prices are no different to JB Hi-Fi and Harvey Norman, Av service fairly average, no understanding of the products. I was looking for a particular Samsung Soundbar 2007 model he kept telling me it was last year's model, interestingly enough it was three times the price of the soundbar he was trying to sell me and came with the rear speakers and subwoofer as standard, it also included Dolby Atmos which is what I was after. We then spent a good 15 to 20 minutes looking at fridges, not one salesperson approached us or even acknowledged us to say they would be with us shortly.
As we are moving house in 4 weeks we were looking to order a new fridge a new TV including a Soundbar, approximately $8,000 budget.
