Sold old chocolate that had been hot, was very expensive

Wonderful outdoor environment with garden.Fine rooms and comfortable beds.Nice staff and the food supergod (as mum's food) good coffee, of course, which is part of the experience.

Very nice staff. Nice room with balcony - superb! Great location in town. Unfortunately worse with the food, only meat. A bit boring vegetarian options. However, thank you for the chicken - happy for it. Cleaning only v 3e ..? Blame the corona?

Clarion Collection Carlscrona is located by the harbour a few minutes walk from the city centre and the train station. There is both hotel and on street parking available. The hotel is in a renovated packhouse, with a contemporary look and feel. The rooms are a good size with modern furniture and amenities and well planned. The is a good size gym as well having a defined running track. The lobby is small but leads straight into the restaurant where you will find both complimentary breakfast and evening meal. If you want more it is available from the bar. A nice hotel with a great offering.

Very good quality of the hotel, I came across spacious rooms. Breakfast a very large selection for everyone will find something, we were in a fairly large group and there were people with different culinary preferences, everyone found something for themselves. Apparently completely renovated in the part we lived in. Great service and the food was perfectly ok although there were no fans any menu to choose from. An option for everyone. An absolutely fantastic patio. Quiet location. Dogs are allowed in some rooms.

Nice and very helpful staff. However, the dinner was a real disappointment. Macaroni and minced meat sauce. The macarons were incredibly overcooked so they became a porridge on the plate. The boiled eggs for breakfast were hard boiled. Room nicely cleaned Thinking twice before booking again

Good hotel with friendly staff. The location itself was okay but not really perfect.

We (two adults and toddler) stayed for around a month at Clarion hotel, it was very very nice, the staff are so friendly (especially the ladies at the restaurant area, especially Theresa and Kerstin.. Rosella from the housekeeping gives you positive energy and smiles that last you the whole day) the rooms are very nice (especially with respect to other hotels in the area which had tiny or outdated rooms)
They offer (listen to this) free: breakfast, coffee/tea all day everyday, teatime dessert, and dinner - with daily desserts.

OK. Quite responsive. Knocks in the doors of the corridor. Hear neighbors flushes toilets and faucets. Plus for dinner in the evening is included in the hotel price.

The right place to stay in Karlskrona. Quiet and close to everything

The location is central, we had the dog with us and it worked great. The breakfast buffet was very good. Minus because there was no ac, it became unbearably hot.

We arrived a few hours early and went in and checked if it was possible to get the room already then, which it was! Many thanks for that! :)
The room was large, spacious and well designed and had a view of the water. Many people experience the traffic as disruptive, according to the reviews, but we did not think it was a danger at all.
The bathroom was really nice and a plus for underfloor heating.
TV with many channels and extra plus because the remote control was wrapped in a zip bag.

Coffee was included between 15 and 17 and consisted of cookies and tea / coffee / water / chocolate.

18-20 included dinner and for the evening it consisted of pasta bolognese which tasted very good! The salad and bread that were there were really good! The desserts were top notch too!
The environment in the restaurant was very nice and cozy.

The breakfast was top notch! Everything was fresh and nicely laid out and I missed nothing there.

The staff were very nice everywhere and had a very good welcome and the whole hotel felt clean and fresh!

Will be happy to return again next time we visit Karlskrona. :)

A little too expensive for what you get. The rooms can not be ventilated so it gets very hot and the breakfast was like that, strange aftertaste on the scrambled eggs.

We were double booked so unfortunately never slept over (which is not the hotel's fault but hotells.com) but the staff were so incredibly helpful even though we were not "real" guests. Very grateful !! We ate breakfast there the next day anyway, very nice!

The menu for food and drinks is simple. Not much options for foringners.

A nice hotel close to the center. Stylishly furnished rooms, very nice and helpful staff. An additional advantage are meals included in the price (half board, sweet buffet and breakfast). I would recommend!

The best personnel I ever met during my trips! The rooms are clear, the location is close to the sea and railway station. Meals twice a day - morning and evening.

The room was very warm even though it wasn't hot outside. The bed like that. Otherwise nice and a big plus that they offer supper.

Homely, cozy, close to everything, a hotel with well-stocked and good breakfast. In the evening, an evening buffet is served (included in the price), even though our dog was welcome with his own food and water bowl and sweets.

The hotel is a bit old. The bathroom is in need of an update. The phone in the room could be from the last millennium.

Unfortunately, there is no hygiene concept for dinner and breakfast. Put everything in a box to take the cutlery. Then you can take butter out of a saucepan. Unfortunately, one guest did this in a very unsavory manner.
He smeared and topped his bread right at the buffet. No hotel employee pointed this out.
All other things are also touched by all guests.
A pair of tongs was in the glass with the radishes completely in the water.
Unfortunately, not all guests are aware of the minimum hygienic requirements for such a common breakfast buffet. That would be disgusting even without COVID 19.

The staff was otherwise friendly and helpful.

Have been to many hotels around the world, but the treatment of the staff was outstanding, everyone was very nice and helpful and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. The food was also very good. (An example of world-class service: One day I missed breakfast, but despite that, the staff made exceptions and arranged for breakfast!) Highly recommend this hotel!
