I have only put 1 star, so I could write a review, totally unrecommended, drove from doncaster all the way to narre Warren (not a 5 minute trip) to pick up a panasonic 4k blu ray player to be told everything will be there, to then arrive and they had no remote, no cables, they had a remote for the Panasonic TVs, it's the exact same remote, refused to give the remote due to them not being able to use it to show there customers there tv, this is fair enough. But to have nothing but total inconvenience, all they want to do is pack up and go home for the day. It would of been a $600 sale this will go to another store, but I will not recommend to anyone to come to this store. Unbelievable, lazy and completely unprofessional. They even had my contact details, yet couldnt be bothered to contact me. Knowing that I was going to be there to pick up the unit.

I can only recommend for everyone else to GO TO ANOTHER STORE

I love shopping at the Good Guys in Narre Warren! Their customer service is always fantastic. Their concierge service can't be beaten. The last time I was in the store I was served by Brooke and she was really knowledgeable and lovely.

I am not a person who writes bad reviews. But these guys deserve it...! Appalling and rude customer service to say the least..!

I had bought a 3.5kW AC unit from Good Guys Narre Warren to be installed to my investment property. Collected the stuff, and to see they had given me a 5kW outdoor unit for same. Which is their error.!.!
The AC technician had come to the property and discovered there was an issue and called me. Getting him on conference I spoke to the Narre Warren branch to rectify the issue. The technician was to charge me $150++ for the service call since it was not his issue hence, I needed to have a resolution on the same day. And Good Guys been a reputed company was required to give a solution to a customer who is suffering from their mistake...!

The person who answered the call was just lashing out and extremely rude and harsh and gave no instant solution. The best they could do is to deliver the next day. I wanted to handover the goods and exchange it going to the nearest Good Guys branch and she said it is not possible since the stocks of the Narre Warren branch would create a mismatch ! The best they could do is asking the technician/me to come to the store and hand it over. Then I said, I could do that at least they should look after the service call charges of the technician. The person on the other end of the phone was lashing at me, again extremely rude offering just $50. Then I requested to transfer the call to the manager - Kyla of the store. Believe me she was no different ! While negotiating the $50 she told me off saying You had already wasted 16 minutes of my time for this call . I didn t take a step back and got a $100 refund leaving me at a loss anyhow...!

I had to go to the Narre Warren Branch on the same day to return the outdoor unit. The black lady (not been racist here, I just don t know her name) were not even speaking to me properly, not even looking at the face, rude in every possible way while checking and replacing the item. The next day we discovered the fixing brackets of the outdoor unit was all wrong, but I wouldn t want a 2nd service call fee cancellation hence the technician managed to buy some other brackets and fix it.

This is for the Good Guys management The people at the Narre Warren Store is damaging your reputation while being harsh, rude and aggressive towards the customer ! The experience with Good Guys has been very good thus far, but I will never ever purchase from this store again ! The Good Guys will lose loyal customers if they are treated this way...!

I have bought appliances from this store a few times and each time I was able to get a great deal. I purchased a dishwasher and a dryer on separate occasions. The first time I walked in and the second time I called and bought over the phone. Thank you to the wonderful lady who was able to help me get what I want within my budget. She was able to better Appliances Online Price and while I did call other stores, none were as helpful. I'll be back again

Very disappointed, bought a washing machine ( samsung) ,ordered it in , explained to us all the good bits , then when we get it home the next day it turns out to be a fire hazard and no one told us , they should not be for sale, as they have known for more then 12 months, can,t use it ,as don,t wan,t to kill the family, steve

Service is brilliant every single time. Staff always readily available to answer questions. I always come out with more than i intended because they are priced so well too. Wished we'd discovered the good guys earlier. Very happy with their consistently great service.

15 days since I requested a replacement for a broken blender under concierge membership. Already signed me up for next 3 years and charged me the fee 15 days ago but I'm still waiting for the replacement. Called today they cannot even give me an ETA. Ask me to call back again on Monday. Didn't even offer to call me back. Bad Service.

Staff at counter have a bad attitude problem. A young lady name Grace seemed frustrated at a question I asked and gave me a sassy and rude response. Been here only twice and received poor customer service. You re often wandering around looking for assistance and when you do, they send you all over different sections as if they don t know which department deals with what. Also short old lady with red hair and glasses should not work in retail. She is looked me up and down with a product I was holding and said what do you want with that? Disgusting way to talk to a customer. Steer clear from the one guys!

I had really good experience with them, 1: Linh T was very helpful and know the product well. 2: I didn't need to bargain much, they price matched my choices with online retailers and beat them on some goods. 3: I had to change my order a week after I paid my deposit, all done through the phone with Rob without hassle and no restocking charges and whatsoever. Deserve a 5 star review Good Guys Narre Warren!

I have bought plenty of items from Narre Warren store and staff has always been nice and helpful. We recently moved and ended up buying a lot of things. Our sales person David S. was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions with patience. With restrictions in place he was happy to help us via phone and made sure we go the best deal. Even after sale he was more than happy to answer all the queries we had. Great customer service! Definitely a store to go to!

I wonder I rang them five times and get answered by reception. Then they have transferred my call to Refrigerator section and waited more than 15min at each times. No one answered either and always backing to reception. one year ago bought air con and they refuse to change after one day. Never valued their customer at all. Don't know why, they still in the market???

Service here is a joke! After three times of pathetic customer service at the Narre Warren store over the past 12 months, I have kept kidding myself that it won't be as bad as last time - I've definitely learnt never to walk back into this store again! Tried to buy an oven today - after standing in the oven section for 15 minutes and having to ask THREE staff who walked past could they help - I walked out oven-less and went straight to Harvey Norman. Got offered service at Harvey Norman at the Springvale Homemaker Centre within 10seconds of arriving near the ovens and a great deal to boot. Won't even bother visiting a Good Guys store again. 1 star is too generous.

Excellent customer service from the management team ( Lars ) to the floor staff and to the cashier girls. Would recommend to anyone to experience what I do when visiting this store.... Thank you!!!!

One of the worst places you can deal with. Went back to return a faulty coffee machine and they wouldn t return it. I tried it once but didn t get the chance to return it right away, after couple of months they said they can t do it. I left the machine there coz it s rubbish and didn t get my money back. Bad shifty management. Don t go there.

Reception lady was terrible with customer service, I've asked for a call transfer, and mentioned I called 2 hours for this same thing again, and you have not called me back yet, and she said, "today we are busy, okay?" sounds like 'so what, I don't care'. Well, as a customer who will pay to them, I don't want to be served in that way. It wasn't a good feeling to deal with that lady. Buy good guys and not nice lady.

We bought our fridge from the Good Guy's in Narre Warren store and have since started having a problem with it. So when you have a problem, they tell you to call the Concierge service. After 1 hr of getting the run around bouncing from person to person and pushed back to the store and having to explain the whole issue time after time I finally got fed up. I called the manufacturer myself and am getting a service tech coming out to have a look. Also the Good Guy's apparently can't find you in their system after a few years even though I bought their extended warranty (obviously not worth the paper it is written on). The Manufacturer had all our details though and was more than happy to assist. Seriously don't waste your time. Go shop else where.

Purchased a samsung microwave. Bet the one I got was returned from someone as it was poorly packaged and missing some part. And the door was not opened properly. No reason to keep it so went back to the GOODGUYS Narre Warren. Met extremely unfriendly staff including a female manager and a girl staff who sold the microwave to me. Got a refund anyway but it was not good experience at all. And will never use the good guys at all.

Have made several large appliance purchases here over the last few years and each time the staff have been helpful, but not pushy, and the prices have been excellent, even compared to Appliances Online. Bought a washing machine last week and got an excellent price, and was able to have a look at various different brands and models on the floor, which helped me make an informed decision.

When the other customers start complaining to you ...

When the other customers start complaining to you about the lack of service while waiting for non existent sales staff, you know something is wrong. I was asked to wait for a price on a floor model. After 15 minutes I was told the listed price is the best they could do. What a waste of time. Describing the service as indifferent and rude is generous. Good Guys, if your the measure, I'd hate to meet the Bad Guys.

Service staff was a little rude, obviously had a bad day or a bad customer before me. I waited 20 mins for them to decide who was going to help me look at a tablet I needed replaced under warranty. Obviously no one was making a commission by putting through an exchange so the customer service wasn't the best. Ended up being helped by a lovely bloke who ended his break early to help me

There wasn't much 'Social Distancing' going on at this store yesterday, Friday April 17, 2020 - and absolutely no courtesy or respect for customers. Assistant 'Evie' and Manager 'Brodie' kept me for 25 minutes in their toxic environment (frequently approaching me) when I had walked in and asked for a product by product code which they had in stock but refused to sell. Some of that product were known to be incomplete and they were refusing to sell me a complete product unless their supplier could guarantee that they could replace their stock. Brodie is a rude, arrogant little fellow who is EXACTLY the kind of impostor The Good Guys don't need to sully their good reputation. This was the third Good Guys store I'd visited on that day and been treated well, happily, respectfully and SAFELY by all the staff I'd encountered.

Great service and very good staff. Bought a dishwasher not long ago and had some question to ask. They were as excited as they were to answer all questions just like the first time I walked in to the store. Also the delivery guys were very helpful and extremely accommodating.

It was very hard to get customer service, after 15 minutes of looking at 2 fridges when we asked someone walking pass for help, only to be told they get someone after another 5 minutes wait, we went to find someone. The person we found still wasn't from that department but tried to help. In the end we left without satisfaction. Still in all that time we still never saw a staff member in charge of fridges.

I bought several items from this store, worth over $3k.
Happy with discounted prices. However a Fisher & Paykel dishwasher turned up with a damaged door. I was told to install and use. It's now been over 2 months, still waiting for a replacement. Dealing with F & P customer service, they promise the world and have so far delivered 0%, with no follow up communication. I was however more than happy with the Manager of The Good Guys and they went beyond my expectations.

I purchased a fridge one of their clearance items on the floor in the store. I requested delivery For the next day. In which I paid $75. I contacted the store at 9:30 am for them to tell me they weren t too sure what time delivery would be and would call me and let me know once they did. 10:30 am came around I called again to be told the man has pulled up and is now loading at the store, he will give me a call the moment he has loaded. 11:30 am came around, i m still waiting for a call. 11:40 am received a call from the driver to say he would be here between 12 and 3pm and I was his second delivery. I have sat around all day waiting for a delivery, I do have other things that I need to do today. It would have been nice for them to be more precise from the start as to when they would be delivering so I don t waste my whole day sitting around waiting for them. So for those people that order delivery expect to be waiting all day for it..
