I am here for a dance competition. The hotel was pretty good, I like that it comes with Waterpark entrance. The rooms were spacious and big but the air con was either blasting too cold, or the fan wasn't enough and we sweat through the night. The rooms are renovate but could stand to be. It's decently clean. There aren't any soaps or amenities.

For breakfast there is a small resto that is $14 for a breakfast buffet. Very pricey. And there wasn't much there. Just scrambled eggs some meat and waffles. I'm going to tell myself I am paying for the convenience. There is a Boston Pizza attached to the hotel. There are also some good restaurants around this side of Niagara, including Syndicate Brewery.

Staff are super friendly despite everything. Great service.

Stayed there 5 years in a row now and it never disappoints. Hotel is beautiful and clean and the waterpark is amazing for kids of all ages, and many lifeguards around at all times.

Breakfast at Embers was very nice. Kids are enjoying the waterpark. House keeping is fabulous. The junior kiddie suite is nice and spacious. I love the little kitchenette. Front desk staff are helpful with printing passes etc. Good value.

The resort is well designed and lots of fun. The waterpark is tons of fun for the kids but the only negative is that the waterpark is getting a bit dated. A little upkeep could go along way. My family really loves this hotel/resort and are definitely looking to go back for another good time.

We were previous visitors had a concern with a picture that fell off the wall when a cot was being moved in our room (not properly secured for a facility that is child centered), we had to pay $250 replacement. Thought we would try the facility again despite this. Front desk didn't process credit card for a gift card purchase despite copies of front/back of card and all info was written out and faxed on their form. Front desk left the issue from Dec 17 until Dec 23 to notify me. The resolution offered was that they wanted me to take a photo of my credit card print the picture and then re- fax that copy! An attempt made to speak with me by Lolita re: the situation. We declined, no interest in patronizing this company. Great Wolf lodge from now on.

Excellent place for kids to swim & play at an indoor water park. The pool is not big enough for adults to swim but the kids will find plenty of things to do. Convenient boston pizza restaurant connected to the inn. Only reason I gave 4 stars is the room that we used was too cold and there's no way to increase the temp

Great waterpark. Not large but has all the amenities that are in larger waterparks. It was not humid inside so breathing the air felt okay. High chlorine so would suggest swim goggles to protect your eyes. Life jackets for kids are available on site.

The staff was friendly however the rooms/ hotel is outdated, they charge for everything and the breakfast "buffet' is nothing but a continental breakfast - This was not worth the money!

They allow people to go into pool with full clothes.. men and women..

We had a great time at the Americana Waterpark. We have four kids (4, 6, 7 and 11) and they had a blast! The room was a perfect set up. We had the family suite with 2 bunk beds. It was very clean. Our only complaint was that the kids had very irritated eyes after 3 hours in the Waterpark. I would recommend goggles!

I'm here with my family just now and I'm seeing people with boots inside the waterpark! It's horrible... where are roules of hygiene?

Floor layout is amazing and easy to get around. The water park was great and the resturant was good as well.

Got tickets for the indoor waterpark for my kid. Can't wait to go back there, its way too much for him.

Nothing to say about the very spacious rooms and comfortable beds, but breakfast in the morning was very scarce almost non-existent

This was the worst. No any better or worse than greatwolf lodge. The rooms were very low budget and didn't seem clean. They didn't have soap bars or shampoos, just cheap dispensers like you would see in a public washroom. The room services were poor. I asked for towels, and the lady I saw in the hall said she would get them for me right away. I waited for 30 mins and then had to call the front desk which by the way they didn't answer the first time. I called again 10 mins later and it rang many times before anyone answered. The water park was absolutely disgusting. The slides were in poor condition and I am sure the water was something like re heated recycled toilet water..eeeewww! The life guards were very young and didn't seem to like their jobs very much. I paid 295.00 for 1 room and the passes included. My sister came by to join us and she went to the front desk to get passes but the front desk tried to charge her full price when after 5p it is half price. VERY DISSAPOINTED! Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I had Rosa at the spa (I'm pretty sure that was her name). She was super nice and did a wonderful job. After a hard week and a very hard day she helped me relax. The place was spotless, and the tea was delicious. Thank you ladies.

This is a great place for families..... Kids love it. The hotel is ok. Food options are kid oriented and not cheap.
Boston pizza is Boston pizza..... Which is fine. It's attached to the hotel.

The staff is ok to great... Depending on who. So no complaints there. They don't have extra staff....

It's all about the Waterpark. The arcade you have to walk through to get in and out is a little cheesy.... Be prepared to get loonies sucked out of you.... The kids can't help themselves with all the flashing lights and sound. The Waterpark itself is great fun with short people. I'm coming back.... Cause we had fun.

Long story short we were provided with incorrect information and the time of booking which started our stay on a bad note. We were willing to overlook the errors with some help provided by manager Ian going above and beyond. However that stopped with next manager at check out ... No constintent customer service ....will not return for price we paid !

we just went to the resort onDecember 3by the groupond. the first day experienced fun. only found out the water park management is not that good. we waited for 4:00pm child activity by the announcement, but just no any resort leader appear. before we go to sleep, we confirm the receptionist that the waterpark will be open tomorrow10am.

the second day was horriable!! we waited till 10:18, but the park was not opened. then go toask the front desk. the receptionist just answer that THE PARK IS NOT OPEN TILL FRI. Dec. 8!! the answer is do upset us and kids!!

finally the manager gave us the day pasess for the other day coming back. however, the management was terriable!! our schedule was totally went wrong!!

Took my young family here. It wasn't the biggest indoor waterpark we have been to. But it was perfect for my 6 and 4 year old. Chlorine was a lot for our eyes. But this is a great spot for young families and has tube waterslides.

Went there with my family we enjoyed it a lot but the check in line was really long I had to wait almost half an hour in the line. Our room wasn't ready so we went into the pool. The pool was really fun especially the wave pool. Then we went to get our room key and again the line was really long. We went to our room and the key wasn't working. So again we went and waited in the long line and the secretary told us she gave us the wrong room number at this point we were furious the kids were very tired and in my opinion the guest services should come to us if we need help. The hotel room was also good. The pool also had too much chlorine it turned my black tights to brown tights. I think 1 day is enough for a family.

We stayed overnight through a travelzoo deal. The waterpark was great and the kids had a blast. Unfortunately upon checking into our room we noticed that the floors had not been vacuumed (cheerios anyone?). We had to ask for a crib for our room a couple of times before it was sent up to our room (complete with a pop bottle cap and feeling about as comfortable as the the old pull out in your grandparents basement). They did not have any crib sheets either. The consierge said the smallest sheet they have is queen, even though the one they had provided was a twin. Once everyone tucked in for the night we got to play slip and slide with the top comforter on the bed as it seemed to be made out of ball bearings and slid off if you so much as looked at it. The water park is aweome and I would encourage families with young children to go. Just maybe don't rely on the ammenities to provide too much in the way of comfort. We found the staff to be very kind, with the exception of the consierge whom we talked to about the crib.

The Hotel was decent. The pool was good. We went on a Monday. We had the place to ourselves. The water in pool was nice warm and clean.

Super fun me and my kids enjoyed it. The water park it great i would say some of the food is over priced but other then that its great. Definitely staying there again!

Theybreally need to up their game with shampoos and soaps. But they staffbworl hard and try to be flexible and helpful within limits. The waterpark was so cool

We loved our stay!! The waterpark was so much fun for everyone!!

Rooms are average. Family change rooms in the pool area are filthy. We used them first thing in the am and you can tell they haven't been vaccuumed in a while. Checkout it 11 am while the pool doesn't open until 10 am. Makes for a chatoic transition with a family. Pool should definitely open sooner. Front counter staff are amazing and do whatever they can to help you out. Very friendly people.

They told us the room has 2 bunk beds and a queen. It had 1 bunk bed and 2 Queens.

It took a lot of energy and becoming upset before they gave us the room we expected. Just be aware that when they say 2 bunk beds it's 1 bunk bed with 2 single sleeping areas.

Very good value. Not too busy. Overall a good stay.

I would suggest going to Fallsview, or better Great Wolf Lodge. I got this on a Groupon for half off, otherwise... do not think it's worth $30 entry. Limited rides and spacing.

Ghetto waterpark.. foyer carpets in terrible condition.

The room was very nice and clean, staff was friendly. I was shocked to learn I had to pay over $45 for parking for 2 nights. It's common however at Niagara hotels, even though it's ridiculous!!!! The waterpark was great for my 4 year old, he loved the arcade and the pizza. Would recommend the stay. Park at the Fresco next door save some money.

The room was large. Bathroom is clean. The room smelled like paint though. There is no directory in the room. The receptionist was okay. Didn't smile though.

I only went for the water park. It was a lot of fun and very clean.

We had my daughters wedding here in August of 2019. I am a very particular person, I also have my own business and teach customer service to businesses. Trust me, the Americana was amazing, food was perfect, The staff from the bartenders were quick, friendly all night long. The servers and manager Stephanie were amazing, they get it and you could tell they wanted to be there. Don't waste your time looking for another place. Thanks again everyone for making our day perfect in every way.

Didn't really stay there. I drove into the parking lot and ate lunch in my car. Seemed like a decent place. Got a splash pad and indoor water park. Got a Boston Pizza beside it.

Not a bad place. Rooms are clean,had a mini fridge with bar sink and beds were comfortable. Waterpark was OK for kids. Water was cold and way too much chlorine however.

Friendly, helpful staff, prices run on the high side which they offset with the inclusion of water park access. If you don't plan on using the pool amenities, you will not see the value, just on the quality/feel of the room. 3rd floor room was very warm and 3rd floor hallways were noticeably warmer than the first floor for a late summer stay. Rooms were standard, but mattresses were very underwhelming. Bathrooms have a tight layout, all soap provided in bulk dispensers.

Staff was rude to us and our children. we were overcharged on our bill. Beds were dirty. We will never return or recommend

Awesome place if you want to see Canadian side of Niagara and have some fun at the water park and arcade. Groupon rate was really cheap and included water park passes for check-in and check-out days. They have a bar and pizza place.

The pool was great, Boston pizza was good, hotel was horrible! The staff was condescending, they gave out a key to our room to a complete stranger, the toilet didn't work. I would recommend just going for the day to the water park and skipping the stay

Friendly staff, It's ok for the price. But quite old. The AC is very loud in the rooms. The corridors and the rooms you can smell the oldness in it. The pool, ahh was ok. Not the best, something in the water made all my silver go black and all our eyes were very red.

Very fun day for a reasonable price and Great place for families of all ages!

Great hotel to bring the family to. They are very accommodating and seems like it is a well run business. The Waterpark is very fun and the kids love it. It's weird how they rotate between the waterslide and wave pool running. I have a feeling it might have to do with the over-obvious cost saving techniques.

Niagara is an expensive town and I have to admit it feels more normal here, including the costs at Boston pizza are not inflated like the rest of the city. The price of the hotel stay with all the amazing.amenitie made it worth the price.

I would recommend taking your family here, just don't drive to far down the road with them kids in the car goi g out of the city, the "gentleman's clubland district" is just a stones throw away, don't want to answer any strange questions for the kids in the car.

The room was clean, the staff were so nice. The water park was a bit smaller than we expected but good for small kids.

Service was friendly, plenty of parking for guests at the hotel and for the event, no complaints at all. I would attend another event here, but perhaps not book here for an event of my own. It wasn't remarkable, but quite good.

The hospitality and staff were amazing during my 2 night stay. There s so much to do! Very family friendly.

This was a good hotel to stay at. The rooms were a good size, though the floors were thin and could hear the people above walking around. The waterpark is a perfect hidden gem that gives a nice escape without having to deal with the crowds at other commercialized parks. Friendly staff and good food. Would definitely come back.

The hotel room was great, the bed was a little hard to sleep on. The kids really enjoyed the decoration in our room.. The waterpark was good but there was so much chlorine that all 4 of my kids got really bad rashes all over their bodies and faces... the best part my kids loved is the basketball nets in the pool and the fact that the wave pool is separate from the pool so when they waves are on they can still play in the pool

Great for the price! My daughter loved the outdoor playground. Played on it every day. Waterpark and Arcade were awesome. Both the husband and I enjoyed watching the kiddo have so much fun in the various areas and on the various slides for kiddos. He even went on the tube slide himself. The arcade had lots of fun games for the younger ones. Cant wait to go back.

Room was very cute, spacious and functional. Loved the decor and dining area inside room. Our room backed right on to the playground. Could sit on our patio area and watch the kids play.

I absolutely love all services & all products purchased from the Americana Senses Spa. The people there are extremely polite very caring very helpful & welcoming to each and everybody, male or female with a very happy smiles, great conversations &much more. I am a regular customer getting regular Services as well as products. The young ladies that sell you products do not try to push anything on you that you will not need only recommend things you do need and help you learn and educate you on how to maintain a wonderful healthy glow to your face and more.. I want to take the time today to say thank you so much for everybody that helps me very much in and out of the spa as I have been using Walker before wheelchair and nobody ever treats me anything but the best

Had a great time at the water park. A large pizza is reasonable priced at $20 plus extra for each topping. Suitable for kids up to about 8 but anyone older will be bored.

My daughter loved it here. Everything was kept nice and clean, it was easy to navigate, and close enough to the attractions!

Clean vacinity. Staff is friendly. Line up's for slides are non existent. Kids had a fantastic time

Went for a Graduation Ceremony. Was a nice evening. Temperature in the room was comfortable. Couldn't find any staff to ask where the washroom was though.

Lots of fun! Waterpark entertains for about 2 hours per day.

Hard to write a review on how amazing our wedding was, when WE COULDNT EVEN GET A RESPONSE!

My fiance and I were very interested in having Americana host our wedding, we would have had 200 guests, with many of them staying at the hotel.
We e-mailed them a week and a half ago, no response, e-mailed them again a few days later, no response, called them 4 times and it rings and goes straight to voicemail; we left many voicemails and did not receive a phone call back.

We were excited to book with Americana but they have very poor service, couldn't imagine working with someone who can't even pick up a phone or send an e-mail back. At least if you're full, LET US KNOW so we can look elsewhere.

We booked our wedding at White Oaks now and are very happy.

Room is fine but you are locked in as balcony are screwed closed. Fire a
Hazard in my opinion. Wi-Fi only works in lobby. Pool is good.

We arrived and our room was not ready at 4pm. Looks alot bigger on the website. I would say its only for kids n jot adults.
