We were previous visitors had a concern with a picture that fell off the wall when a cot was being moved in our room (not properly secured for a facility that is child centered), we had to pay $250 replacement. Thought we would try the facility again despite this. Front desk didn't process credit card for a gift card purchase despite copies of front/back of card and all info was written out and faxed on their form. Front desk left the issue from Dec 17 until Dec 23 to notify me. The resolution offered was that they wanted me to take a photo of my credit card print the picture and then re- fax that copy! An attempt made to speak with me by Lolita re: the situation. We declined, no interest in patronizing this company. Great Wolf lodge from now on.
