No towel service for waterpark if your not a hotel guest. Lockers are extremely limited and really small and cost you $$ everytime you open. Maybe they should think of that we live in Canada and in winter you have alot of baggage even if your not staying as a guest (Coats, kids change of clothes ect..). You pay premium price for 1 star place. Next time we are going to Fallsview Waterpark where we always go more than a dozen times a year but this time we thought we would try somethibg else. What a huge mistake. Never again.

Been coming here for a couple years now. My daughter absolutely loves the waterpark and arcade and even better this year they added the characters like pawpatrol and trolls. So our daughter can meet all of her favorite characters.

I would totally recommend this place to any family looking for another option away from the over priced Great Wolf Lodge.

Located close to attractions in Niagra Falls. Has indoors water park for both kids and adults. A good place to stay.

I have never seen a place this bad. It s wasn t worth the money we paid for. I checked in to the hotel, they gave me a room on the back on the 3rd Floor. After checking in we went to the room with our one year. The room smelled cigarettes. The carpet had a lot of dust and the comforter s on the bed had ripped. Totally disappointed and dissatisfied with the room. As soon as I saw all these, I checked out. I was sick, I couldn t breathe in there.. also my one year start coughing because of the suffocation in the room. I had to book a new hotel.. I called Expedia and explained them everything, they contacted the hotel, spoke to the front desk manager and they said they can t offer me a refund or at least partial refund. This is how these people make money. Just because they have a Waterpark don t book rooms there.. it s not worth it!! If I had a way to give them 0 stars I would have done that. I hate to even rate 1 star.

The location is very nice we're around a lot of activities and food. The rooms are very nice most of them are super spacious and the beds are totally comfy. The service is okay could be better. The main thing that hurt me was the waterpark it's not very fun it gets boring quickly and the level of chlorine is crazy high so people's eyes tend to read quickly and we start getting headaches. If the waterpark is bigger and more kid friendly with the chlorine it would be 10 out of 10.

Our family enjoys going every year to spend fun quality time together.. great breakfast.. great food.. the kids always have blast in the water park and arcade!!!

I was providing Makeup services for a wedding at the hotel. The room was beautiful

Very disappointed with our trip. The water park was small and freezing cold, the lockers are located in the archade which you have to walk threw to get to the water park, so after freezing in the waterpark we had to walk threw archade to get our towels. The internet was cutting out all the time there is one dryer in the hotel for everyone to use if you want to dry your swimsuit. Service at the food place in archade was not accommodating we ordered and wanted to go to room to change clothes and they said we had to wait there. Boston pizza service terrible too. Very disappointed for the amount of money we paid. Will not be returning.

Great place, nice comfortable beds, great water park

Stay away from this hotel, very dirty room and bad maintenance, humidity extractors really noise, my room smell bad. The main attraction is the old and out date water park that smell like bleach . just put $40-60 more and stay in a decent hotel like Hilton or Marriott.

Quiet location and friendly service. The arcade and decor needs updates. Our room felt like a mix of 80's through to 2018. Most games at the arcade were out of order and the ones that did work were even faulty at times. We had a great time but for the money would expect better upkeep. $200 a night seems pricey even for Niagara falls

A great place to stay and have fun with your family if Great Wolf Lodge is a bit out of budget.

Very outdated, not very clean. Customer service is terrible.

The resort was good but the receptionist dint inform me that I was going to be charged $200 on my credit card for security deposit!

Great time for the kids. Smaller then the other parks in the falls but the price also reflects that. Better for younger kids then tweens.

The food and service for a bridal shower was amazing!

Came here to check out the indoor water park with the kids. It was well staffed, well kept, and lots of fun. Not a huge space but lots for a couple littles to do for a few hours. If you have older kids, I'd suggest something more intense but it was perfect for the under 8 crowd.

Hotel is dated. We were in the junior suite, good for 5 people. 2 queen beds and sofa bed. Unlike other hotels that I've been to, this one doesn't have little essentials like toothpaste, lotions, bottled water (usually 2).
Has 2 TV, but other one near sofa not working. Parking costs us 20cad a night.(which I thought should be free)
Bought it from Groupon, we didn't use the coupons that comes with it, coz we don't want to shell more cash out of the spa and food that comes with it.
Waterpark was okay, it's a wave pool and has body and tube slides. I have 3 youths (13-18 ), we have unlimited pass for 3 days, they went on the waterpark and used it for only 3 hours. They said it's small and kinda boring. So maybe kids under 12 would have a grand time. Chlorine was high, they said it's because of the high volume of people that uses the waterpark

Waterpark admission included. Boys enjoyed the slides and wave pool.

Horrible experience! Too much chlorine
My kids and nephew were in there about an hour and we re screaming that their eyes were burning the rest of the night. Sent a message and all they could say was the choline levels were fine hope the kids are ok.
It was almost like they ve had this complaint so many times all they had to do was copy and paste! Won t be returning that s for sure!

Decent place when not busy.. forget about weekends or holidays! I found I lost interest in about 3 hours.

Rooms were nice and clean. Great outdoor playground for the kids. Rooms were quiet. The kids loved the Waterpark. Only disappointment was the $10 free arcade tokens were not for the arcade but rather a different place on Clifton hill. We were there with another couple. 4 kids total ranging in age from almost 7 down to 3yrs and there was something for everyone.

perfect for babies younger kids and us adults ! it's literally perfect minus it's like .usually ALWAYS pretty busy but I can say they still run everything pretty smoothly. :) and the rooms are just regular but nice and clean and once in your rooms although it's usually busy it's ALWAYS nice and quiet Nd calm ... enjoyable all way around

Water section great for kids. We are in here in middle of week and it's not busy which is nice. Wish there were more modernized here. Tv is basic and no cool bells or whistle at hotel really. It is nice that they have a Boston pizza though.

The place to play with water is good, but the hot spring feels not very good. The price of the hotel is OK.

The only concern I have is with the lack of parking near Boston Pizza

So neat and clean, fantastic service. I do have a wish: I wish that there were more than one towel rack in the room. (two queen beds were so comfortable). With four of us, it would have been really nice if there were more towel racks. so many positive things to say, great service. So friendly and helpful. the pool was clean and well maintained. The waterslides were so much fun; my kids had a blast. The room was comfortable and warm. Thank you for great memories!

The very regular rooms the only good thing is the water park

The hotel and room were clean, the reception service was pretty good, they have a coffee vending machine next to the reception area, in general was great. The water park was not so busy so the kids were able to repeat the slides, hopefully all the waterpark amenities are open again soon since they said that due to COVID19 they had to be closed. We did the extended checkout without any issues.

Freindly staff and clean room. Reasonably priced and excellent service. It's not located within walking distance to the Falls or the casinos however if you don't mind driving 10 minutes and don't want to pay premium price for hotel it's a great option.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and taste of the food and service. I attended a Christmas party and it was very well done.

Front desk staff are pleasant and efficient. Housekeeping is well done. The room was ok, smelled musty. The tv was sub par, kept cutting in and out. Kids loved the water park. Breakfast buffet was way over priced.

No breakfast included. Water park is ok. It's 10 min from the Niagara Falls. A little too expensive for my taste. Good overall costumer service.

The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly. However the water park is very small do plan other activities as there is not enough water park the cool your day

We had a great time here. The water was nice and didnt burn our eyes or anything. Clean rooms.

Show up early for the 1pm check in because you will be in line for 90 minutes just to check in. They seem to run groupon deals so the number of people waiting to check in on a weekend is overwhelming. It also makes for a very crowded waterpark.

The rooms are very basic. A supreme room had no room safe, no toiletries and minimal towels. The shower gets "Deb" brand shampoo/bodywash in a wall mounted pump dispenser. The sink gets a "Deb" brand hand soap dispenser. Janitorial supply cleansers in a so-called "Resort" are completely unexpected and disappointing. The coffee in the room was a budget off brand.

The breakfast buffet was far overpriced. It was a step down from a lot of "breakfast included" hotels I have stayed in Ontario and Quebec. Breakfast buffet was almost $60 for a family of 4, and it was not worth it. The coffee was weak, the selection was about what you get for a free standard breakfast at any standard 4 star hotel.

The water park is ok, but of course it is nothing like what you imagine it to be from the pictures. The snack bar is ridiculously overpriced, and even though there were people eating and drinking outside food in the lobby, they were military about not allowing me to bring a small clementine orange into the arcade. You are not allowed to bring outside food in the common areas of the hotel, but apparently bare feet and beer are allowed in the lobby if you look 'right'.

It was definitely worth going all the way to Canada from New York city. Kids had time of their lives. Indoor water park, arcade, hotel rooms, staff and facilities everything is very nice. Me and my family had amazing time I'm definitely going to recommend it to my family and friends.

Not a bad place for a quick "vacation". The hotel rooms are a bit run down and the water park as well. Over all a decent experience. I would recommend it for a family with kids younger then 10. Smaller scale, and easy rides ect.

to be honest i asked to speak with the manager when i was there and she must have been busy as the front desk agent asked me to go to group on, absolutely no support from either party. in the end i am out the money and a trip.

Rooms were great.. waterpark was awesome. Parking was a major issue.. after payi $16 for parking we needed to park at the grocery store next door and go out in the evening to move our car.. after complaimts to staff we were treated rudely and no apology was given

Nice resort, on the WeGo so not far from the Falls and Clifton Hill. Breakfast buffet was adequate but could have better yogurt selections.

Great hotel and staff is very pleasant. Kids love the waterpark and breakfast was yummy.

Did not enjoy. Chlorine levels were super high. Bothered our eyes a lot. Told by staff to pour milk in our eyes. Brand new bathingsuits discoloured. Can't comment on rooms as we were only there for a day visit. Won't be going back.

Don t ever go to this place . We went on New Year s Eve and experienced that the rooms are on the ground floor so the view outside is the parking lot . The rooms lights are so dim and unappealing . Floor is shabby and looks old because of less maintenance. Waterpark Chlorine is so high that everyone s eyes were burning and my kids were coughing excessively because of inhaling chlorine. No breakfast or meals included in the room charges which was overly priced as 723$ for two nights . No basic amenities like separate shampoo or conditioner or toothpaste . And on top of that 5 km away from Niagara falls. Never ever will i go to this place again. Not recommended at all.

It was a great experience! Most of the staff were friendly and the park itself was a lot of fun.

The hotel staff and management team has been amazing. Everybody was so friendly. Me and my kids enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back for more water park adventure!

Boston Pizza ---

Great place for families, value resort but very well kept. Excellent front desk service, I mentioned I had a 4 years old with me and the Front Desk agent assigned us a room right in front of the playground which helped a lot after we came back to the room each evening from the waterpark. We have been to the Fallsview before and find this one is smaller but way more suitable for younger kids. Enjoyed the buffet Breakfast and the convenience of having fridge and microwave in the room with a grocery store next to the hotel. Will definitely come back soon. It did help that we came during the week and it wasnt busy so our daughter got to enjoy and us to with no lineups.

Went to a volunteer dinner food was great, parking was easy and staff was very friendly.

Clean environment, the room was spacious, and the park and waterpark were an added bonus.

I find the beds really uncomfortable but the water park is nice and never crowded.

Definetley wont be returning! Took my son here for his sixth birthday and totally feel ripped off. Great wolfe lodge is a much better resort and you get what you pay for. Here the rooms look nice ar first but they're dirty and outdated, my bathroom was disgusting. Broken appliances its just gross. The water park is a complete joke! The pictures make it look 10xs better than what it actually is. I'd think twice before wasting money at this place!

I went to the Americana for a stag and doe and it was great. The food served was really good and the servers were good with cleaning up after and we're very polite. I have had a number of events at the hotel and I hope I will go back for more.

Totally fun! The water park staff are fantastic. The hotel is 3 star and the water park is smaller than most, but the staff make it a perfect spot for a weekend family get away.

The WiFi is terrible, so bring your swim wear and go for tube ride.

Rooms are pleasant, water park is fun. Very reasonably priced compared to some of the other water parks/hotels in the area

Rooms are nothing over the top and the water park isn't huge, but it's a good value for a family vacation.

We had a great time. The change rooms are a little small and parking can fill up quickly, but other than that, all positive things. Rooms were standard hotel rooms, nothing fancy, but not in a bad way.

Been coming here for years but this weekend we didn t get the best experience.
- The chlorine levels are astronomical. The above complaints from others aren t being drastic. They have never bothered my kids in the years before but this year my daughters back, belly and private area had a rash instantly when she got out of the pool.
- We noticed an ad on fb that was advertising a cheaper price for this weekend so we called to see if we are getting the best price possible. The receptionist was beyond ignorant and mouthy to my wife stating umm I m not on fb. How would I know ?? My wife reminded her she s an employee and should perhaps know what s being advertised. That conversation went nowhere and was not productive or helpful.
- Our room was apparently a Kiddie suite (considered to be a nice upgrade ). The heater was broken, there was no soap, bath tub plug was broken and our room smelled like moth balls.
Thank you again in your attempts to make things right however we are done here. We are finding it more and more difficult to support Niagara Falls despite being Ontarians ourselves. It s unfortunate because this was a yearly birthday tradition since our first child was born!

Perfect for a quick family getaway! The rooms could use a little work, staff was friendly. It was a plus having boston pizza attached to the resort.

It's not clean the bath is so old but is okay to save some money

We did our wedding reception here and I have to say thank you to all the staff who set up the reception and who worked the night of our wedding it was beautiful and perfect we couldn't have asked for a better set up you guys rocked that night and a special thank you to Jennifer for making sure everything was perfect from day one

The Water parks is fun, even though it's small compared to others. Definitely a nice place for the family and kids. I will definitely visit here again.

Came here many years ago, but from what I remember it was small and dirty. Me and all my family members got lice. I don t know if they have taken care of this yet but I really pray that they have. Would rather recommend great wolf lodge or fallsview indoor water park!

There was a lobby then many hallways that went to the room. The room had beds and a bathroom....also of note there was a mini breaker panel in the room...crazy. we went to the water park and got wet. The water was warm but the best was a MotoGP game in the arcade, so insane, just wow is all I can say

The waterpark and arcade were not as big as we expected!
