Amazing place to stay in Palm harbour, Tampa. Beautiful courses and setting and staff can't do enough for you and your family, well worth a visit.

Best overall golf resort and convention facility in Florida. Only the ocean is missing but great beaches are nearby.

So this is my second review in consecutive years. Last year my primary complaint was the service. Long waits and ride staff. We're back this year because we come for a junior golf event and quite honestly, it's just convenient. The staff this year was much more friendly but the service and amenities remain outdated and poorly maintained. Three floor hotels with no elevator. No offer to assist with our bags and room just plan sucks. The cable was out and took an hour for them to respond. Arrived for buffet breakfast which is readable but not extensive. We showed up with 20 min left in serving and there was virtually no food and no service. We were still charged full freight $35/for two. Still hungry, we stopped at a small market off the restaurant and I bought a 12oz can of soda. $2.50 for the can....now I understand the concept of price discrimination (you know, paying $10 for a beer at a sporting event), but the price of sodeis the same on the course as in the shop. Ridiculous.

Highly recommend playing Copperhead for an all-around fantastic round. The Island Course is surprisingly more challenging than Copperhead, and significantly narrower. The South Course was a surprising gem, opening up on quite a beautiful Links-style course. Worth the trip from NYC.

Went to a concert on the driving range. Going to the event was very frustrating, not enough parking and the vendors did not have enough food for everyone there. Stood in line for a 2 hrs to get a burger for them to tell us they are out. Bathroom lines outrageously long, kids going to the bathroom in their pants. The only upside was that Toby Keith was great

Innisbrook is a beautiful resort with excellent golf courses, many pools and various other activities.

I have stayed and played at Innisbrook 3 or 4 times and have never been disappointed. The accommodations were very good and the golf courses a joy to play. Look forward to returning and playing the "new" Copperhead course.

Great setup, great service, great people... if you're in the area definitely a course to try to get to.

What a GREAT PLACE! My experience was at least 5 STARS!!!

The spa services were amazing! The facilities are beautiful, clean and relaxing. I received a 50 minute massage, it was fabulous and the customer service was great, I really enjoyed the experience.

Good property. However there is a lack of services.

I recently participated in the Par4miler held at Innisbrook and it was a fantastic event.

Beautiful course and grounds. Open to the public restaurant.

The hotel does not care about the safety of their travelers. They just care about money. They would not let me change the date or cancel my trip because we were under a state of emergency and a hurricane was coming.

Absolutely wonderful, i went for my college's student government training and every aspect of the hotel staff and amenities was perfection.

The gym was excellent. The rooms were clean and the pool was beautiful.

I was there for a work event. Staff was friendly and facilities were clean.

Met with an old friend from high school. Food was great at the restaurant. Came out on time. I also enjoyed the customer service

I was there for Valspar PGA tournament and as always had a great time.

Golf,courses are Fantastic. Island might be even harder . worth a stop,100%

The staff is amazing. .. The beds are like sleeping on air.. We stayed 2 weeks so I could recover from my surgery. Best recovery every..

Was therw for the Valspar. Got to see Tiger play. A great course.

Love this course. I could play it everyday. Greens were slow today but a very enjoyable round. I played from the tips and the tee shots were beautiful to see. One of my favorite courses in Florida.

The course is beautiful, the streets are difficult to navigate, but the neighborhoods are gorgeous

Wonderful setup, but confusing to find your way around

Was here for a golf tournament and the course was stunning.

Played the North Course. Staff was friendly, helpful and there to make sure we enjoyed our round. The course was in great shape and pace of play was great.

Big place wish I had more than one day to stay so I could play golf

Pretty nice place, overall. It can be a bit confusing trying to find the different buildings.

It's beautiful, the food is above average, the service is excellent & they have live music. It is a terrific evening out!

Rooms are fantastic and staff is very friendly. The only issue we ever experienced was that the shuttle service could be a little slow \ unreliable.

Playing Copperhead before PGA Valspar tournament course is tight

Beautiful location! Friendly, helpful staff! I was here for a Beachbody Coaching Event and would gladly return to the resort for another event!

It was very pretty but the food was gross. It was cold and not seasoned

Understaffed at the pool, but those that were there provided great service. Maid service was questionable and rooms were very dated.

The resort was super clean. The staff was fantastic and polite. The tournament was run efficiently and everyone involved was hands on. It was a great experience.

I attended a conference here at Innisbrook. I wish I brought my family! The resort grounds are beautiful and well-kept. The golf courses are pristine and well-maintained. The Osprey and Copperhead both had nice restaurants with good food... Not too pricey. I stayed near the Lochness pool which my kids would've loved. This is merely scratching the surface of all that this resort has to offer.

unbelievable, deluxe room with not mini fridge , not microwave

I am a repeat customer of Innisbrook and from booking to arriving and checking out, the entire staff is wonderful. I so LOVE this place and will continue to visit For my upcoming visit for this July 2018, customer service rep name Brice did my reservation. He was Awesome. Excellent customer service skills.

A big group of us go to Innisbrook every year for a "buddy's" golf trip and it has been fantastic every year! I shop around to the different resorts each year (PGA Village, Streamsong, Saddlebrook, World Golf Village, etc) but nobody can beat the deals at Innisbrook! Four awesome courses including the famed Copperhead which are always in immaculate shape and the accommodations are absolutely four star! These have been the best golf trips we have done.

This is our second stay here and we won't be returning. It's not as nice as it was in the past. The staff is not very friendly or accommodating. I had to request a high chair be delivered twice and was ignored the first time and treated as a nuisance the second until it was delivered. The cleaning staff refused to give us another roll of paper towels for our suite. The AC is the rooms is not the best, not great for Florida summers. Too bad because we really enjoyed it last time.

Played golf at Copperhead. First class facility, awesome course.

It was great overall. Plenty of pools to choose from. Heated pools were nice for February. I wished our bathroom was like the photos but it was clean. I will visit again.

A destination away from it all. Copperhead and Island golf courses are outstanding, food is excellent, the property is quiet and relaxing

This is our 2nd visit to the resort. We tried it last July and came back this summer. We cannot express how much we enjoyed ourselves every visit. From the beautiful pool and the manmade beach, to the exciting water slides and delicious pool side cafe. The Blacken fish salad is a must try.
On the weekend they even put up a giant movie screen right by the water showing kid movies. Very fun.
The resort all around is family and kid friendly.
The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. The rooms are cozy, and housekeeping keeps them spotless.
Not to mention the Grill restaurant is always serving delicious specials and have live music on the weekend. This is our 4th of July go to annual location. Bring the whole family.

I had no issues. It was an amazing resort, all the staff were very accommodating.

I was told check in was at 3p. We arrived 3:15 and the room wasn't ready. Was told they would call my cell as soon as room was ready. We went to the pool. I called the front office at 5:30p the room wasn't ready but was told housekeeping was in there and it would be ready shortly. We went back to the office and after waiting 20 minutes we were finally told the room was ready we drove back to the building, got to the roomand housekeeping was still in there. The old linens were on top of the freshly made beds. We were all in the room for almost 30 minutes, it was awkward. We weren't sure what to do.
