Fraud company with fraud technicians. They will do anything to reject your replacement request just because they take money from sellers and help them to reject replacement of their faulty products. All their products are of second quality. Please beware and never ever buy anything from them as it is not worth it. They don't care about customers anymore. All they care about is money and how to protect their fraud assured sellers after they sell fake and faulty products.

I had ordered these shoes for the second time and this second time I also got the issue with the same. I had ordered 7 number of shoes. And again you had delivered the 8 number shoes. Seriously, Is this any kind of jokes. And this time I am frustrated. So I have destroyed my shoes. And now I will never order on Flipkart in the future. And also I will share this issue in all social media platform. Just because this issue will not be repeated again.
They are losing the standards. Never buy anything from this fraud company Flipkart friends. They are scammers. What this fraud Bansal do is that they take your orders on their website/app and if you wish to cancel or return your item, they don't refund your money in your bank account. Good place to work. I often visit here for office meetings.. one suggestion is that if you are planing to leave this place around 4pm-5pm please make sure to make your owl traval arrangements. As u will not get single cab.
Worst experience in my life we ordered a 6 seater sofa. That was never delivered to us every week they say. We will change the date. Worst logistics team I had to deal with and last time I make an order from them. One of the head seniors called and said that it will be delivered today and to our surprise they decided to change the date again. I still didn't receive the product I'm a bit concerned.
I ordered Realme 5pro with 6gb ram 64gb memory on 3rd Oct 2019 with Complete Mobile Protection provided by Jeeves Consumer Services. On 22nd my phone was accidentally exposed in rain and it was stopped working. I registered claim on 23rd of October 2019 with Jeeves Consumer Services. I paid Rs 500 as processing fees on 24th Oct. After so many follow-ups my phone was picked up by courier on 1st of Nov and was delivered at their service centre on 4th Nov. I am still waiting for my phone gets repaired. I daily called at jeeves customer care to know my phone s repair status but I never got any satisfactory answer from any of their employees, since last 7 days. They even don t know what is going on with my phone at your service centre. They, daily reply me your request has been escalated to our backend team and you will get a phone call within 48 hrs . But I never got a call from back end team. I asked to talk with their supervisor or manager but I never get contacted. They don t have any contact with repair technician, really I don t know how this customer care is running. I called flipkart as well to resolve my issue because I am a regular customer of flipkart and trust flipkart. But what I heard from them is we are not responsible for whatever is going on in Jeeves . Flipkart claims 10 days repair guaranteed. Please guys if you cannot keep your promise don t make it. I don t know what I do, where I escalate my issue, what s going on with my phone.
