Love the hotel. Its very clean the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

We enjoyed ourselves...but one night was good for us... Rooms definatly suited for kids.

An older but nice looking resort! A great water park is here as well! Overall, this is a good place to go to.

Ideal for families with small children. Clean, friendly staff, not overly busy. Everything needed on site so ideal to check in, enjoy the amenities and not have to leave.

Is an OK hotel but there is so much noise during night in the hallways that will keep you awake all night long. Hotel facilities need to be updated.

We were lucky enough to come during kids days. Our 3yr old grand daughter loves paw patrol and pj masks. We got to see paw patrol characters and sky even stopped at our room! The water park is amazing! Even our 13yr old grand daughter loved it! The staff were very nice and helpful as well.

Dont stay there for that price but if u have to stay in the updated section

Good for 3-6 year olds. Not as much for older kids. Small. Good for a few hours.

Kids had a great time at this place and slides were small enough for my youngest who's 4 to go on.

I stayed here over the past weekend with my nephew and my mother. This was an absolute horrible experience. We stayed during the covid pandemic. When we tried to go to the pool it was full; which is understandable- what is not, is the fact that when you put your name on the list to get called to come back to the pool they will only ever do this if there is no line, which they do not mention unless asked and almost near to impossible. The worker who was in control of letting people into the water park told us the it was basically her job to SEND PEOPLE AWAY when the line was too long and put them on the list to never be called. On top of this you would think during a health pandemic that they are required to keep their playgrounds clean. They do not. They do not check and will leave dirty diapers around for the children to play with and when you tell the people they will give you attitude about having to keep their own facilities clean. They were EXTREMELY rude and hung up on us when we called the front desk to complain about broken parts of the cages on the playground along with sharp pieces that could cause harm. I would 100% not recommend this place because they do not care about you or your children or their health. I am not a mother but when I become one I will make sure to never bring my children here.

Had a great time at the water Park. All the staff were super friendly :) it was pretty expensive to stay on a Sat, $275. Considering the Sunday we stayed for Sleep Cheap promo for local Niagara residents for $85. Overall we enjoyed ourselves!

Took my son and he loved it. Get the Groupon and it's pretty good value. Not too busy this time of year either

Good experience at Americana. Front staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. The water park is very small compared to others in the area, but enjoyable - it wasn't full to the point that you weren't able to enjoy the activities. Would go back.

Came here for 1 night stay. Nice staff, the hotel room was super clean. The waterpark was awesome, my kids had so much fun. Plenty of life guards. Very clean place. Will return in the future.

Was at a ball for FACS. A good time was had by all. Very impressed with every aspect. Americana did a great job. Well worth considering for balls, weddings and formal events.

We only went to rhe Waterpark. It was ok, small compared to the other Waterpark in the area. Would not have paid full price, but it was ok at 1/2 price.

Our room was amazing newly renovated a separate room for the kids with 2 bunk beds they had their own tv and bathroom. Our kids really enjoyed it. We showed up a couple hours early and our room was done but the girl at the front Venessa was quite rude bc we were early and she said we could pay $40 to get it or come back at 1. The way she said it was rude she clearly hates her job. As someone who has a ton of customer service experience she could have reworded it in a different way and maybe could have been nicer about it. The water park is amazing the kids had a blast except one life guard who was not so friendly and also hated her job. My son went to down the tube slide probably his 15th time going down and the tube flipped at the end and he struggled to get out with the tube and she was yelling at him and being completely rude instead of getting in a helping his as he was struggling to get out. She clearly doesn t have experience with children and probably shouldn t be a life guard. Other then those 2 incidents the stay was great and I would come
Back again and hope that their customer service would be better. Oh also $20.00 for parking in private lot in completely unnecessary when we are paying over $300 for a room. Parking should not be a charge.

Services are good. The water park is too small for the amount of people staying in the hotel. WiFi has unstable connection. Everything else was good.

My very large family went at an off time (during the week of the first week of school). It was really nice to have the waterpark mostly to ourselves. WiFi didn't work very well and the towels for the pool are glorified hand towels that you are charged $10 each for if you lose one. The waterpark is fun, but small, so it might be a bit frustrating to be there at a peak time for guests. There is a Boston Pizza attached though, which is cool.

It's nice hotel nothing fancy. The water park is nice and warm the water could be a little warmer. However there is only 2 tub slides, 2 body slides and a little splash park and pool. With there were more slides.

I was about to give it 5 stats but two things piss me off the WiFi is really bad on the third floor and the water park slides close more than they open it is really annoying

Great wedding reception and dinner. Nice facilities with clean bathrooms. Took a walk around the facilities and they were clean and the staff was friendly. Dinner for the reception was good. So hopefully it was catered through the hotel. Bar services were good and staff were helpful. I would definitely consider using this facility if I had a company event or training. Thanks for the good evening.

The rooms are definitely not well cleaned. Not even a little bit.
My kid found a hockey stick under the bed, with his foot accidently. Which means it was really only under the bed by a couple inches.

We didn't even shift the blue couch chair in the room, and there was a sock next to it and the wall - that did not belong to us.

The waterpark is nice and lots of fun, great for small kids. My 2 year old got a huge kick out of it!

This hotel continues to be a great family stay. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The whole family had a fun time at the attached water park. We stayed here last year and again this year. We will stay there again next year if we come this way.

Room reservation was messed up but the manager did her best to figure something alternative out with the limited about of room availability. Small park but everything runs smooth. Lots of games run through out the day. Only thing I would change is some of the life guards don't seem intrested in what they were doing while managing the slides.

They put us in between 2 partying rooms that lasted till 3am. Front desk advised that this isn t normal and they will take care of the situation. Of course the party gets more louder and my kids cant sleep. Nice small waterpark though.

Over night with the family. Water park was fun, and a nice room!

The front desk /customer care was useless. We were up early and I called to see what time the breakfast started , the girl said 7, we get dressed and head down.. it started at 8. We go to a local coffee shop instead. We call and ask what time the waterpark opens, a different lady tells us 9:30... we get ready and head down and it's not open until 10!!! I called them back and asked them what exactly they are there for if they can't answer BASIC questions about the hotel. It wouldn't have been so bad, except I paid extra for the JR suite so my son could use the sleeper sofa, and the mattress was so AWFUL sleeping on the floor would have been better. I had to squeeze him in with me. Why did I pay extra?! Thursday night wasn't as loud but Friday night we had people screaming in the halls and waking us up with the noise and the smoking right outside our window. I would not stay here again. The arcade was VERY small and smelled like chemicals or spray paint to the point you couldn't be there. The "waterpark" is VERY small, the hot tub was just hot water ( no jets), and the paint was chipping off and floating in the water. The water slide was "okay" and the wave pool was small but decent.

I didn t stay at this hotel, my review is for Brothers , they have the best pepperoni ever and oh don t forget the , thanks guys.

A smaller but less busy water park. Clean but not very many amenities. Slide and rides adequate. Food expensive but tasty enough. Staff were friendly and plentiful.

Nice place. Very clean. Amazing water park for the kids at a fraction of the price of the other bigger and more famous water park hotel. Very nice alternative option for the budget minded families.

We went to the waterpark. A good deal for locals, less than $90 all in for the 4 of us. Some nice smaller waterslides for young kids along with a wave pool, larger slides and a hot tub for anyone older. There is food right there but if there's not enough selection head over to Boston Pizza which is in the hotel as well. A good spot for a nice day with the family, would go again.

Kids had a great time. Had a minor issue at check in that the staff resolved quickly. Parking is not included with your room. A little far from other attractions.

Mediocre at best. While I loved the hot tub. I did not appreciate the black mold in the corner by it, where the wall and floor meet. The room was not cleaned properly before we used it and there was still snack food debris on the floor. And no shampoo or conditioner or bar soap for use like you'd find in other places. To call this a resort is overstating it. The fields breakfast buffet was very small and the options severely limited. The lockers for the waterpark would be better if they could be rented by the hour or day, that would be an improvement to having to pay a dollar or two EVERY time you have to get something from the locker! There is no meal plan so as to keep it budget friendly. Staff was quite rude when informed of a loose screw in the pool filter by one of my family members. Then the whole pool was shut down for half an hour to fix it. There is very little there to keep anyone over the age of 8(that may even be pushing it) occupied for more than about 15 minutes. I will NOT be returning there!

The person at the front desk was very friendly. The room was a good size. My friends and I are very satisfied with the room!

Disgusting. The price I payed for one night ($400) was just insane, I had to ask to change rooms because the first room smelled like death. Then at night I checked the pillows and blankets and there where hairs everywhere, the carpet was dirty and it also smelled funky. There was like 4 Chanels no Netflix like come on . Then the next morning I went to shower and there were hairs in the showers and under the towels, plus there only was an one in all soap, shampoo, and conditioner in a soap dispenser R.I.P my hair. The waterpark was not that great it was nasty. Honestly for what I went through they should have payed me to sleep there.

My eyes burned for two days from the amount of chlorine that was in the pool and the men's changeroom/washroom had an overwhelming smell of urine so pungent that I refused to use it. The hotel room and bathroom where very clean but overall my experience was not great and I doubt I will take my son back.

Only visited Boston Pizza. Great experience. Will go back again. Looked at Waterpark. Looking forward to bringing my kids.

Great value for a young family. Friendly staff and overall had a wonderful time. Even during a busy long weekend the place didn't feel overbooked. Not recommended for couples.

Not impressed at all. Staff was rude, lifeguards rude, I didn't get the package I booked... Just told "no you didn't book that" when I know I did and water filled with so much chlorine our eyes are in fire. Went be returning.

I attended a paint night at the Boston Pizza. It was a great night and I enjoyed how we were in a separate room. Our server did a good job of keeping up with all the drink and food orders though getting our check could have gone smoother. Would definitely return

Great spot for kids, that waterpark is perfect for young ones and the arcade area is nice for a change of pace.

The water park itself was nice although it's odd that it backs on to a subdivision so at night you can see into peoples' homes. The hotel part is very dated and the walls are paper thin. Overall not bad for the price, but don't go in with high expectations. Also, be prepared to pay $20 for parking only to have to fight for a spot.

Everything was wonderful except that the ppl who worked there didnt seem to happy to be working there .. I mean questions were answerd .. Services were completed but no one ever smiled or seemed happy to do anything for you .

Further from the falls than optimal but we made day trips and ok overall. The waterpark was really fun for the kids to break up the day between sightseeing.

I'm very well known on Google maps and I always give the best most honesty about a place I attended. I feel my comments about this place well effect there business.so I'd rather not give feedback on this place. I personally won't be returning.

This review is for the waterpark only. It is a nice place to have fun with the family. Even though is small, it is more than enough for a good day of fun. It has 2 slides, one of them with tubes. It has a small wave pool, a water playground, a toddler zone, a hot spa, a restaurant and games zone. The good thin about the park is that is available all year round.

Outrageously expensive. Excessive add-ons to bill. No improvement or expansion in years. Not worth the money. Super expensive dull and unremarkable breakfast buffet.

I didn't stay at the hotel but I did buy day passes for the water park. Prices are good for adults but I do not think I should have to pay the same price for a one year old baby who didn't actually play in the water. Life jackets don't cost anything which I liked as I had a few small children with me and they have plenty of pay as you go lockers. Food is tasty there and they offer a decent amount of options for a little food bar. Prices were exceptable for the food as well. I really appreciated the staff there. They we're all friendly and helpful. I noticed the life guards were doing a good job of watching even if they chatted a little they were still on the lookout. This is a very small water park, smallest in the falls I believe but it also wasn't crowded. Arcade tokens we're over priced and prizes were expensive but it's expected of a place like that. We had a lot of fun here.

So, I've only experienced the arcade, because I've just been here a few times to play Pump it Up. The arcade is a bit cramped because the games are close together but the staff are nice, the place is clean, and the Pump it Up machine seems to be well maintained, so I have no complaints!

I would NOT recommend this waterpark, the hotel itself I dont know as I just came for the waterpark. It's small, very dirty, very slippery, the staff could care less. I had a little girl hitting my niece for no reason, I tried talking to her parents and staff and nothing was done. This same little girl stole a bracelet and no one seemed to car. Also do not buy the groupon you have to pay other fees upon arrival. There are no signs telling you where to go or how to even get there. Its worth the money to visit great wolf instead.

Rooms were generally clean and were spacious. We ordered a crib and it was delivered promptly. Water was too cold in the park at times and my 1 and 4 year old were shivering.

It's a cute little indoor waterpark, what can I say. Only came for the waterpark, so not much to say about the rest of the site.

Getting into the park is a bit awkward, the change rooms are off to one side of the arcade, which you need to cross to get into the waterpark.

Inside, there's a couple large slides that you go down on tubes (my husband and four year old loved them), a wave pool, a hot tub, and a little kid's section that has a dumping bucket, a couple slides, and various spots that water pours down. Saw a lot of older kids in the toddler area, and no one corralling them.

That said, the lifeguards seem disinterested in their jobs, and many parents do not care what their kids are up to. Keep a close eye on your kiddos, to make sure they're safe.

Outdoor food and drink are not allowed, but buying booze onsite is definitely allowed. Which I found a bit surprising, as shouldn't the parents be with their kids? Hmmm.

We were given passes to visit here (not by Americana) but I can honestly say I will likely not be coming back unless we get in free again. Fun place, but young staff and lazy parents make it a problem.

We had the standard double queen room. The beds were comfortable, the TV and channels were sufficient and it was clean overall. The bathroom was updated and clean. The wifi was not very good.
Most likely the water park will be the highlight of the stay, we had a ton of fun. Good wave pool, a bunch of slides. We went in July, the water and air was warm, which was great.

We found an old used tissue under the first bedsheet. This leads us to believe that the sheets were NOT changed. We talked to the front desk and they literally did not seem to care or do anything about it. When we arrived, there was a used coffee mug and empty wine bottle directly in front of our door... This is pir second time here and most definitely the last...

Small water area its more for children rooms are ok

Writing a review for both the hotel and water park.

My family of 4 have been to this water park 3 times now. Twice in 2018 and now once in 2019. We tend to come here during the winter months bacause it is cheaper. The water park is always a blast but we have noticed the air as well as the water seem quite cooler this time. I have noticed the staff open a vent in the roof at the top of the water slide structure. When you are wet and waiting your turn this is incredibly uncomfortable as the cold wind blows right in. On this trip my family has been avoiding the slides for this reason. Other than the colder than usual temperatures, this place has been great.

This is the first time getting a room in the hotel (the other 2 times were offsite). I am pleased with the room. It is a suite with a separate room with 2 bed and another bed off of the main eating area. It is great if u have 2-4 kids. The eating area is a nice space with a table and 4 chairs and there is a counter with a sink and microwave . There is a small fridge ( when turned up all the way can also be a freezer, my mistake lol) under the counter ter with a couple cupboards and a drawer with lots of storage space. There is also an extra sink off to the side. Not sure why it's there, seems unnecessary but a larger family may utilize its existence. The only complaint I have of the room is there could be more labels/Instructions on what certain switches/feature are for.

I would recommend this place to anyone with younger kids and I will most likely be coming back for a fourth time.

Nice looking hotel. Water park was nice but alitte small. Rooms are a nice size. I would recommend this hotel to others.

They advertise with misleading and incorrect information . Think again before you book .
