Our room was amazing newly renovated a separate room for the kids with 2 bunk beds they had their own tv and bathroom. Our kids really enjoyed it. We showed up a couple hours early and our room was done but the girl at the front Venessa was quite rude bc we were early and she said we could pay $40 to get it or come back at 1. The way she said it was rude she clearly hates her job. As someone who has a ton of customer service experience she could have reworded it in a different way and maybe could have been nicer about it. The water park is amazing the kids had a blast except one life guard who was not so friendly and also hated her job. My son went to down the tube slide probably his 15th time going down and the tube flipped at the end and he struggled to get out with the tube and she was yelling at him and being completely rude instead of getting in a helping his as he was struggling to get out. She clearly doesn t have experience with children and probably shouldn t be a life guard. Other then those 2 incidents the stay was great and I would come
Back again and hope that their customer service would be better. Oh also $20.00 for parking in private lot in completely unnecessary when we are paying over $300 for a room. Parking should not be a charge.
