Mediocre at best. While I loved the hot tub. I did not appreciate the black mold in the corner by it, where the wall and floor meet. The room was not cleaned properly before we used it and there was still snack food debris on the floor. And no shampoo or conditioner or bar soap for use like you'd find in other places. To call this a resort is overstating it. The fields breakfast buffet was very small and the options severely limited. The lockers for the waterpark would be better if they could be rented by the hour or day, that would be an improvement to having to pay a dollar or two EVERY time you have to get something from the locker! There is no meal plan so as to keep it budget friendly. Staff was quite rude when informed of a loose screw in the pool filter by one of my family members. Then the whole pool was shut down for half an hour to fix it. There is very little there to keep anyone over the age of 8(that may even be pushing it) occupied for more than about 15 minutes. I will NOT be returning there!
