At Tarbox, my overall experience was great. Bill Derby made my first car buying experience a positive one. I was never pressured and was able to meet all my needs. Bill was very nice the whole time and very reasonable with all my requests. After dealing with BIll I will continue to buy future cars at Tarbox and will definitely refer friends and family.

Got a decent deal on my car , everyone was great during buying process . Salesperson was VERY helpful and a great guy , Service dept was also usually pretty awesome ... THAT BEING SAID ... A year later I totaled my vehicle , luckily I had purchased GAP and all the extra coverages . Ive never been through the process it has been HELL . Its a year later and I still have not received my GAP coverage refund ( I had to come out of pocket 3k$ to cover what I owed the bank . NO ONE in finance is helpful , they can not locate any of my contracts , no one knows whats going on . They do not return phone calls from myself , the insurance agent and even the nice rep at the warranty company who went above and beyond to reach out to them ... So they're great when your buying a car but dont expect a bit of assistance post sale , its a real shame that no they cant maintain a decent level of customer service after the sale has been completed .

So Far over 1 year there has been 26 useless phone calls , 2 visits to the dealership and I still have had to do ALL the sidework myself , writing my own cancellation requests for services , making phone calls over and over again to remind them to fax particular information and then following up when they do not return phone calls ... Never doing business there again , bunch of crooks, take your money then you don't mean anything to them .

Although it always seems to be a big deal to buy a car, my salesman at Tarbox tried to keep it moving along, even allowing us a lunch break! Thanks Anthony for walking me through the entire process, keeping me somewhat sane, and having a sense of humor. Staleni was a big plus too!

I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealer. I purchased a vehicle in June 2017.
1. I was promised a spare key, after 6 months of running around through other dealers, I still have not received the key. 2. They took a longer than usual time to have the car registered . 3. I purchased an extended warranty and they stated that I could cancel at anytime without any hassle. I am now trying to cancel the warranty and they are telling me that I have to come back in and sign paperwork to proceed and Edgar Pinto will not return my calls/e-mails. BE WARNED!

I m extremely disappointed with the service department. I took my Tacoma for an oil change and after getting out and driving around for a few days I heard a really loud whining. When I stopped I looked under the hood and whoever did the oil change left a big Gatorade bottle under the hood. It looked like they were using it to catch oil and the bottle fell right onto a belt and wore a hole through the bottle causing all the oil in the bottle to go everywhere the belt could splash. This was not fun cleaning but on the bright side my engine bay wont rust but who cares about rust it it catches on fire. This was my first time paying a dealer to do an oil change and they ruined the experience the least they could do is do the job right. =(

I recently bought a used 2012 Sienna from here and was very disappointed!! The inside smelt of wet dog and the detail job was horrible. I expected better coming from a top dealership. I also feel like no one is on top of their game. My 20 day tag runs out tomorrow and I just received a call today that they needed me to come in to sign the title to proceed with the registration!! What!!?? They said they tried to call me!! Well, if you did, I missed your call and you NEVER left me a voicemail!! Oh, and they won't give me an extension on temp plate even though it is their error!! I also feel like there is no communication between salesman and service. When I went to pick up my new key and fob I mentioned to service about the smell and they said I had to talk to my salesman, I went to my salesman and he said I could just go to the service dept and I didn't have to make an appt....the following day I went to service, again, and they said I do indeed need to make an appointment!! I'm sorry Tarbox, but I won't be referring anyone to you unless you step up your game!!

I had purchased from other Toyota dealers in the past and had a great experience, so I didnt really think anything of it when I drove into Tarbox. At first glance this place seems great, then you start talking to the employees. Its as if the giant lot is run by some dictator overlord, they seemed absolutely miserable and it was off putting from the start. Nothing about this place is friendly or inviting and they really dont seem too interested in selling cars, they certainly didnt sell one to me. The Hyundai dealer up the road however has great people working there. :)

Initially saw on Tarbox Toyota's website a RAV4 that interested me. When I arrived at the dealership I was told that that RAV4 had been sold the day before. The sales person then started pushing other vehicles on the lot that I was not interested in. He even went as far as belittling my wife and I for definitely not wanting a minivan. Later that day I saw a Highlander on their website so back to the dealership I went. Again was told that the vehicle had been sold the other day. Either Tarbox doesn't keep their website inventory up to date or they like to pull the old bait and switch. While there the sales person showed me a different Highlander that they had. Even though it was a little above what I was comfortable spending I decided to see if we could work out a dealer. What a joke that was. They tried to mega low ball me on my trade in and wouldn't come down a cent off their asking price. I ended up buying a Highlander at Wellesley Toyota that was the exact same with less miles. Not only was Wellesley Toyota selling the Highlander for less they gave me more than double what Tarbox Toyota offered for my trade in.

It felt more like having a friend car shopping with me than an actual car salesman! I am very happy with my Tarbox experience

I recently purchased a Toyota Rav4 from Dave Corrigan at Tarbox Toyota. It was a really great experience. Dave was helpful, informative and very open to hearing what I had to say. It was a no-pressure dealership.

Good dealership! I just bought a 2020 Camry. They gave me a fair trade in. The price of the new car was definitely a good deal. What I also liked there was no surprise fees or fees that were not necessary. Last but not least, the finance guy I had told me what I should do to fix my credit score. Not once did I feel less of a person for my lower credit score. Thank you for making me feel good about my purchase and the laughs in finance!

This facility is very bright at night after hours. It is unnecessary and a huge contributor to light pollution in Rhode Island. I am sure this extremely bright display costs Tarbox a lot of money in electric bills. We see the billboards all over the state. We see the commercials on TV. We don't need to see the building beaming to brightly at night when the facility is not even open for business. I would not even consider purchasing a vehicle from Tarbox based on this. It is a gaudy and egotistical display, and I do not support that attitude or behavior. It is a glaring sign that Tarbox only wants your money and does not care about the community.

Way too lax on the finance process otherwise I would have rated 5 stars. They were disorganized with their paperwork after the sale and did not have everything ready as stated. When we came back to finalize paperwork after our purchase they missed 3 documents that needed both of our signatures. Not convenient for busy people who are in the process of moving and are between two states.

Our sales experience was good otherwise. We purchased a 2019 Tacoma with Josh. He approached us on the lot while we were looking for trucks before we got to the showroom. He was proactive without being pushy and easy to work with. I would recommend purchasing with him if you decide to buy from here.

My experience with Tarbox Toyota was just great! My sales rep Anthony Mancuso was very knowledgeable about the features of the Rav I was interested in and was pleasant, professional and courteous. During our test drive he was excellent in pointing out the various features of the vehicle. He was also helpful to me when I realized the next day that I left music CD's in the vehicle I used for trade! Mitch Carter the sales manager worked to narrow the options to get me the vehicle at a price that worked within my budget..... I stopped into the service department for a minor adjustment the next day and they were friendly, personable, and helpful!

I would highly recommend Tarbox Toyota to friends and family. It is very clear they are a service oriented company and a pleassure to deal with!

This dealership has poor customer service and in my opinion is dishonest.

I contacted the dealership about a truck. I specifically contacted about purchasing a vehicle, that I was putting a deposit on. After two days of requesting information. The sales person specifically told me that they are able to set the vehicle aside for me with a deposit, which I provided per their Sales Manager.

I purchased airfare to fly out and pick up the vehicle, and today I received an email saying that the sales manager had taken a deposit prior to me leaving my deposit on the truck and the vehicle sold over the weekend.

I won t speculate but one can assume that they just didn t care about being honest and sold it to some off the street.

So let talk truth in advertising....Saw some really good deals on Tarbox's website for lease specials on Rav4 & Venza ($87 & $97 respectively). Having been around the block before, I read the details of the lease(copied below) and understand that there is $2000 down plus a $650 acquisition fee along with the normal registration, taxes, first month payment, etc.

I walk in expecting to pay $3000 is down for the lease rate I want. After test driving multiple vehicles and waiting around for the sales manager, he walks over and states that the price I am looking for includes rebates for being active duty military and a recent college grad, which I do not qualify for. I show him the details of the offer and he "educates" me that that line "All factory rebates promotions and incentives to dealer" means that I need to qualify for other offers to get that rate, even if they are not listed in the offer. The man was demeaning in his attitude and stated that I should expect this from any and all sales ads I see for cars in New England and that "it is what it is".

My advice for folks looking at online sales offers from Tarbox (or any large dealer) is to call and verify the requirements prior to going in and wasting your time. Due to the condescending manner of the Sales Manager, not only will I not be purchasing my new vehicle through them, I will also no longer be bringing in my Toyota Sienna for service there, which as I have been for the past 3 years....c'est la vie!

Check with your salesperson on EVERY detail of your purchase. Just purchased a new Rave 4, a Limited Model and found out floor mats were not included. They ended up putting in the mats for me, but they said it wasn't on the sticker list of items. Did ask about the mats prior to buying the car and the salesperson said they were included, but because we had tried several models, the one I happen to purchase did not have them included (even though it is there Limited model). Ask a lot of questions before giving them a check to make sure you get what you are expecting to get. The finance person, Scott was great as was Howard the store manager. Jared, our sales person, was very nice to work with, but not very good with the details of the transaction.

I wanted to say thank you to Eric, Mike, and the team for figuring out a long existing problem with my 2011 Honda Accord. I can honestly say that this crew provided the best customer service I have ever experienced at a service shop. They listened and worked with me carefully to help diagnose and fix the problem. I felt respected by the team, which I do not always feel with most auto care providers. Additionally, they were very honest and did not try to nickel and dime me. Overall, it was a great experience and the issue has been fixed after months of going to different auto care service providers who looked at me like I was nuts. I recently moved back to RI and I am happy to make Tarbox Toyota my new service center. I may even purchase my next vehicle through them when the time comes. Five Stars!

I was looking for a used Toyota CHR and went to multiple dealerships, test drove multiple vehicles but overall experience at Tarbox and Josh s exceptional services convinced me to spent more than my budget to purchase a CHR. I can't say enough good things about your Service Dept. They are all so friendly, helpful and easy to deal with.. every single time I visit! The service is great, the free nail salon is awesome.. all of it from start to finish, not to mention what a pleasant place it is to sit and take a breather while waiting for your vehicle. On July 02, 2016 after purchasing nothing but New Fords for over 35 years I purchased my second new Toyota. It was a white 2016 Toyota Tundra SR5 which replaced my white 2009 Ford F150. Everyone we meet and was associated with the purchasing of my new truck at Tarbox Toyota was fantastic and went out of their way to help and satisfy you. The sales person was polite, professional and was extremely knowledgeable of the products at the dealership. The sales person was cheerful and upbeat from the test drive to the completion of the paperwork. He also went out of his way and even contacted our auto insurance ensure the paperwork for the transfer of my old vehicle to my new vehicle was completed and correct so that when I drove off with my new truck had coverage. Everyone at Tarbox Toyota went way beyond just selling us a new vehicle they made us feel like family. The selection and quality at Tarbox is fantastic. Everyone during and after the purchasing process went far above and beyond. I would recommend my friends and family purchase their next vehicle at Tarbox Toyota.

2020 Camry LE. First Maintenance check 5000+ miles. I was little surprised the oil was not changed. Only tire rotation and fluid checks performed.
I have 3 years of oil and basic maintenance free.
They said I could not make appointments for this type of work. I prefer appointments. I live about 40 mins away and would not have been happy if I had a long wait. My other car is a Honda Pilot. They offer appointments for the same type of work. The other nice thing Honda offers is a free car wash.
I visited on a week day around 1:30pm. My total wait was around 45 mins. I wonder what the wait would be at a different time. I asked what the best times to visit but no better times offered.
The service rep was friendly. I would have given 5 stars if the oil had been changed. My Honda Pilot required oil change less than 10,000 miles. In general I was satisfied with my first experience.

Went to look for a used car. I did an online pre-approval and in a matter of 1 hour they had called and left word @ home for me to set up an appointment. I set it up, at this time 3 hours had past. The following day my wife and I went to the new showroom in North Kingstown, RI and when we arrived drove around the 3 rows of pre-owned cars. We had already looked online, but it does help when you see them in person.
After that we drove to the Showroom and met Howard. He treated us very kindly and was willing to met the needs we had. I was convinced that I would be swarmed by sales people, but I was not. we arrived at 9:45 am on Wednesday the 12th of March and by 1:00 pm that same day we were driving away with a 2008 Hyundai Azera with less than 73,000 mile on it.
Compared to the 2002 Buick Rendezvous we were driving with 136,000 miles on it, we had stepped up a great deal. Thank you Howard and Anna and Anton for helping Linda and I to get into a comfortable and affordable car that Linda will soon be driving. She is getting her license soon, and this car fits her perfectly! And it is fully loaded.
Tarbox stepped up and hit a home-run with us! Thanks for a wonderful experience and making us feel great about our purchase!

Kind Advice Please stay away from this Dealer , Especially Indians..
I was interested in leasing a toyota vehicle and talked with person called Andrew Wallace through email and conversation went on well and they asked me to visit showroom and i went to their room, What happened was horrible and i hope it wont be repeated for others.
The sales person started talking to me like a racist and he thought Indians are beggars..Sales person job is to provide details of various options and financing details.. Rather that guy was asking me like do u think any one will provide a loan and the leasing cost he was telling me 200$ which is much huge than what i got in mail from their own Internet sales person and i feel there is a kind of discrimination on the race.

Well if you wanna grow ur business u need to treat all people alike , dont treat us like beggars who dont have anything..

The engine died on my 14 year old Saturn, so I went to Tarbox Toyota to check out their lineup and offers. Upon walking in I was introduced to Joe Brodeur who would assist me throughout the process. I was interested in the new Corolla's considering my long commute. All in all I was extremely please with my service and will absolutely return to this dealership for my car needs in the future.

Joe took time to listen to what I needed in a car, what I liked, and was able to show me a car that fit my needs and likes. He was very friendly, very knowledgable and answer all my questions, and the couple nit-picky specifics I asked that he didn't know off the top of his head he was able to get me the answer rather than feeding me a line of BS. I had complete confidence in Joe as a salesman and will absolutely ask for him next time I need a car.

The rest of the staff I came in contact with was great, and the building is very clean with some nice ammenities. Their selection of vehicles was good, and the lot layout makes it easy to look around. If you are looking to buy or lease a car here I highly recommend Tarbox and that you ask for Joe Brodeur, you won't be disappointed.

By far the best experience ever!!!!! Before I even entered the dealership I was greeted by Hass who was great to work with and so helpful through the whole process. James, in Financial was great at explaining everything and gave some great advice regarding my options. I haven't had my car a week yet and everyone I talk to I have told them about my experience. The only thing that would have made it better would to meet Mr. Tarbox himself!!! :-) Thanks for making my experience a great one!!

TRASH! I was informed, after the fact, that I had a part replaced and that it would be an additional $190. When I brought this matter up with the Service Manager, he proceeded to argue with me and tell me that the part needed to be replaced. I repeatedly explained to him that I understood that the part needed to be replaced, but the fact that there was a lack of notification prior to the part being replaced was my issue. He was reluctant to reduce the price, but he did. It wasn't the best first impression of this dealership. And it will be my last time going there.

Andrew Potter, from the internet department was very informative, reassuring and eased the transition to the sales department, as well as making himself available as a trusted resource for multiple inquiries for the car buying process.

Has, the sales consultant worked with provided excellent customer service and was accommodating and personable. Howard, the floor manager is always hands on, and efficiently meets the customers needs while also directing the transition between sales and finance departments.

Having just purchased a car last weekend, and also having to service it a few days later (even though it was for something minor) was frustrating until I actually experienced it, which took a total of 20 minutes, free of charge, and included the same positive personable customer service experience from Nick, a free manicure, and a chai tea. I genuinely wish my oil needed changing more often than it does. Great experience!

Today, on my way North, my car told me that my battery in my key fob was :dangerously low so I stopped at Tarbox and they replaced the battery for free. I have also had the oil maintenance light coming on for about the past 4 months even though my next oil change is not due for nearly 5,000 miles. They reset it at no charge. I guess I will be doing my service there instead of driving over the bridges in the future! What great service for a non-purchaser! And what a spotless facility!!!

For over a month I have been driving by this dealership and seeing a red 4Runner Venture they have in stock. I have been wanting a 4Runner for a few years now and have decided to buy one. I pulled into the dealership and after being there for over 15 minutes and not getting the attention of anyone I approached a salesman who politely promised to get me some help.

I found this situation strange because just a week earlier I was on the lot looking at the same 4Runner. Only that day I was short on time but as luck would have it I was followed by a salesman in a golf cart who actually pulled into my lane of travel trying to stop me as I was about to leave. I had to turn to avoid hitting him! Like I said, I was pressed for time.

When the salesman who was sent to me gave me the red 4Runner to drive, before I even left the lot I had to tighten the transfer case shift knob! It was rattling like crazy! How did the salesman not notice this when he drove the vehicle to me is beyond me.

As I left the lot now with the rattle silenced something felt wrong. I have driven several 4Runners and have even rented one on two separate occasions for week-long vacations so I am very familiar with them. As I said, something felt wrong! I proceeded to Rt. 4 and took the vehicle to highway speed. As the speedometer hit 65 the front end started to vibrate. Not a violent vibration, but a vibration all the same.

I accelerated to 70 mph but the vibration remained. I decided to head back to the dealership. Once there the salesman was surprised to see me back so soon. I told him of the issues and he said he "could have service look at it." Key word there was COULD, not WOULD.

I took this to imply he would have it looked at if I was interested in buying it, which up to that point I was! I told him I was no longer interested in the vehicle and that it was the only one on the lot I was interested in. He politely thanked me for stopping by and I left.

First, the salesman had told me when I was preparing to test drive the 4Runner; "This is the one that was at the auto show." The vehicle had over 80 miles on it so I will assume it was driven to the show. My concern here is why was this vibration not noticed before??? Obviously, someone has driven this 4Runner! Yet, no one noticed this vibration? Or no one mentioned it to management? Or maybe they did and no one followed up on it? Your guess is as good as mine!

One more point; this dealership is far from being the most competitive in pricing. As a matter of fact, I was in the market for a new affordable midsize car back in September and the Tarbox Hyundai dealership was the least competitive in pricing of the five dealers I contacted. You can beat the online pricing at both of the Tarbox dealerships with a simple search. And if you actually contact them as I did back in September you may discover they are more interested in bragging about sales then actually offering you a competitive price.

Everytime I hear a Tarbox Toyota or Hyundai add they boast about being the largest dealer in the area. Perhaps they should concentrate on being the best and most competitive rather than just moving volume.

Maybe then the salespeople wouldn't be trying to run you off the road to get you to talk to them?

Just a thought.

OK, you got me... I'm Batman!

But seriously, considering your dealership has a copy of the registration to my trade in, called me after the test drive and emailed me with a sales pitch that same day (but did not reply to my emaill stating the issues I found) I'm pretty sure you can easily find out who I am, my phone number, email, etc.

Moreover, I can say with 100% certainty that I am the only person who test drove the vehicle in question and complained about this issue. If I am not the only person, there is a much bigger problem here!

I don't own a car dealership, but if I did I would have followed up with the prospective buyer already.

An ongoing terrible experience. I was coerced into an extended warranty for $4000.oo on a brand new Prius that I was promised that I could cancel at any time and they would return my money! A month after I closed the deal I told the salesman that I did not want the extended warranty. He told me to see the business manager. I did and he reluctantly had me sign the paperwork for the refund of the $4000.oo for the extended warranty. That took place a year ago and the amount still has not been credited to my loan at the finance company. of which I am paying a very high interest rate of 4.9% with a credit score of over 800 the financing should have been around 3%. So far while waiting for the amount to be credited to the loan I have paid over $200.oo in interest on that amount. My original intention was to pay the car off in a couple of months. I cannot do that until Tarbox returns the $4K to the finance company. I want to get rid of this piece of over complicated piece of junk! I contacted the general manager at Tarbox months ago and he said he would take care of the issue. To date, going on a years time it has not been resolved! My emails are now unanswered. Now I have to engage an attorney to try to recover the $4K +. At the time of the sale all of these false promises were made by Tarbox Toyota. You can cancel at any time, we will issue you a check for the balance of the extended warranty, you can transfer it to another car, blah, blah, blah! The usual BS! My advice to you is to avoid these sales tactics by purchasing at a dealer other than Tarbox Toyota of North Kingstown, RI. Stay tuned, I will post the results of the ensuing legal battle!
There is a reply from Tarbox below stating that they have been in contact with me. The last contact was May of 2018, 14 months ago! Tomorrow will be September 1, 2019! I can prove that in dated emails! Now that nis service with a smile. Now you know what I have been going through!

Horrible experience. Had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with Joe who works with Howard. He was extremely confrontational, agitated and had zero people skills. Ed Tarbox, you may want to rethink having Joe deal with potential customers.

The "salesmen" there are remnant of the past that needs to be wiped out. Since I was a female who had "done homework" I was ready to test drive and make offer based on my extensive research. From the time I walked in I was subject to backhanded, passive/aggressive comments such as "what is all that paperwork you have"; when finally Joe said to me, "I've been selling cars for a long time and you think you know everything" was when I got up and left.

Message to Joe: I do know 1 thing and that is you are a failure as a salesperson, you are the reason that people make the sign of the cross when they have to go to an auto dealership.

Saying "straightforward" to Joe at Tarbox is like throwing holy water on vampire!

No kidding - I found and closed on the vehicle that I really wanted, it was an upgrade trim and less price than the vehicle they showed me.

Guess things do happen for a reason. If it weren't for Joe being a disaster I may have bought that car and would not have found the dream car - I am picking up my car Saturday.

I've purchased about 7 different cars from various dealerships and this has been the most frustrating and poorly executed sale I've ever experienced.

Delivery of the vehicle took over 6 months.

Tarbox did not have a clean title when they sold the car and, though many circumstances seemed to prevent them from getting a clean title in a timely manner, they were exceptionally dismissive when asked for a timeline or why there was a holdup. I have all the patience in the world, but for 6months, no clear reason for the delay could be presented and no attempt to clarify was made.

Finally got the vehicle back and it was turned over with obviously no inspection from Tarbox. It had a headlight out and sitting in the lot since June has caused the rotors and pads to rust out.

They probably jumped the dead battery that morning and shipped it out just to get me out of their hair, since I'd started dialogue with the dealership licensing board.

I recently bought a Toyota Corolla from Tarbox Toyota. I went in with the intent of meeting with another advisor but they were unavailable. I was pleasantly surprised by Josh Reardon and his kindness. As soon I approached the entrance, Josh opened the door, greeted me and my mom, introduced himself, and shook our hands. From the moment we walked in, until four hours later, Josh was extremely attentive, polite, understanding, and charismatic. He was a true gentleman and sincerely genuine. He was patient with my changing of wants and test driving a couple of cars. My mother and I asked a lot of questions and Josh answered them all with diligence. The car-buying process was lengthy due to my mother and I s detailed wants; however, this was not an issue for Josh. He was so dedicated in taking care of us that he stayed close to two hours past closing time to make sure we were all set. He called my insurance for me and set my phone up to the bluetooth in the car. Throughout the process, we never felt rushed or pushed. He gave me his business card and days later, I called and texted with questions and he answered in a timely manner, within the hour. I even showed up at Tarbox again and Josh personally showed me things on my car.

Josh is new at Tarbox Toyota, being there for a little over a month and a half; however, his amiable nature made up for the years of experience that his coworkers may have above him. Josh Reardon is a great addition to the Tarbox Toyota company. I highly recommend that you ask for Josh when buying a car!

Drove up at 8:15 and was out by 9:45 after performing 60K maintenance, replacing front brakes and splurging on a new set of windshield wipers. Geoffrey and James M. really laid it on. Jess was wonderful at giving me all of the information to run my analysis, and the entire team at Tarbox was dedicated to creating a package that was something I could financially handle. Very impressed with the customer service and facilities. I excitingly drove home my new leased 2015 Prius last night!

I bought a car from this place a while ago, truck was good for a long time, my complaint is for their staff and the goofball owner Ed Tarbox. I took my car in for service and had them do a few things, the service dept. was a joke: first off, they charged me for a service that was never done, (brake job), I asked them before I drove 45 minutes to pick up the car if it was done, they said "No, but it will be before you get here". Once I got there I knew it was not done, since it had been sitting in the sun all day, but was still charged for it. After complaining to the arrogant, mouthy service manager he threatened to "Smash my head with a rock". Another employee had to hold him back, classy and professional employees you have staffed here; a 45 year old man threatens to kill a 19 year old kid who criticizes the horrible job he does managing his joke of a staff. After speaking with Ed about his violent employee he claimed it never happened, since it was all on camera, he was full of **it. Absolutely the worst and shadiest dealership in the state, not to mention all of Toyota's recent quality problems with their cars falling apart; since they are made so poorly lately. I suggest you buy anywhere else other that this dealership.

Update: Yes this actually did happen, pathetic of you to make up lies that it did not just to cover your own a**. You had video recording of the incident and I even spoke with Ed about it and he denied it back then too since he did not want any bad PR.
