I wanted to say thank you to Eric, Mike, and the team for figuring out a long existing problem with my 2011 Honda Accord. I can honestly say that this crew provided the best customer service I have ever experienced at a service shop. They listened and worked with me carefully to help diagnose and fix the problem. I felt respected by the team, which I do not always feel with most auto care providers. Additionally, they were very honest and did not try to nickel and dime me. Overall, it was a great experience and the issue has been fixed after months of going to different auto care service providers who looked at me like I was nuts. I recently moved back to RI and I am happy to make Tarbox Toyota my new service center. I may even purchase my next vehicle through them when the time comes. Five Stars!
