TRASH! I was informed, after the fact, that I had a part replaced and that it would be an additional $190. When I brought this matter up with the Service Manager, he proceeded to argue with me and tell me that the part needed to be replaced. I repeatedly explained to him that I understood that the part needed to be replaced, but the fact that there was a lack of notification prior to the part being replaced was my issue. He was reluctant to reduce the price, but he did. It wasn't the best first impression of this dealership. And it will be my last time going there.
